MATRIX MATRIX è una gamma di pannelli con cuore di metacrilato rivestiti con KUIK o HPL e in seguito incisi. La SM’art offre un enorme numero di combinazioni, ben oltre 10.000, con un minimo di ordine di un pannello singolo, lavorando con materiali tutti disponibili a magazzino e quindi con tempi di consegna rapidissimi. Si possono abbinare 11 colori di metacrilato con moltissimi tipi di rivestimenti, e diversi disegni di incisione, dando origine ad un prodotto altamente versatile e personalizzabile. Alcuni metacrilati sono di colore pieno, e quindi non trasparenti, e con le incisioni si ottengono pannelli di MATRIX con effetti grafici e cromatici entusiasmanti. Con i metacrilati trasparenti invece si producono dei pannelli di MATRIX che mostrano una trasparenza in corrispondenza della fresata, che quindi si apprezzano al meglio se retro illuminati. I rivestimenti si possono selezionare tra tutti i KUIK Metal ed i KUIK Acrylic, oltre che tra molti dei laminati stoccati dalla SM’art. MATRIX MATRIX is a range of panels with a methacrylate core surfaced with KUIK or HPL before engraving them. SM’art offers a huge number of combinations, well over 10.000, with a minimum order of one single panel, working only with ex-stock materials, thus with very quick delivery time. You can mix 11 methacrylate colors with many kind of surfacing materials, and few different engraving designs, obtaining a very flexible and highly personalized product. Some methacrylate items are colored in the mass, thus non transparent, and you can get MATRIX panels with astonishing graphic and chromatic effects. With the transparent methacrylate cores you get MATRIX panels which show a translucency in the machined areas, and they produce the best result when backlit. The surfacing materials can be selected among the KUIK Metal and KUIK Acrylic ranges, and among all the HPL laminates in stock in SM’art. We present here some combination examples, but you can play and create your favorite MATRIX on www.s-m-art.it/configuratore/matrix.html SM’art can also supply the surfaced methacrylate board without engraving, so that the customer can machine it as he prefers. Moreover, if you have some ideas on special engravings, you can draw them on Autocad and send us the file, and, after checking the technical feasibility, we’ll produce you absolutely exclusive MATRIX panels. The MATRIX panels are in size 3030x1220 mm. The final thickness is the result of the sum of the methacrylate thickness, that is 4 mm, and the selected surfacing material thickness.

ONDA & BiONDA HDF

ONDA è un pannello scolpito costituito da fibra legnosa ad alta densità HDF in spessore iniziale 18 mm. Lo spessore finale dipende dalla profondità della scolpitura e varia da zona a zona. ONDA è pronto per essere verniciato o laccato. ONDA può essere fornito già rivestito con gli articoli in spessore 0,5 mm della famiglia KUIK Acrylic e con gli articoli della famiglia KUIK Leather. La SM’art tiene a magazzino una gamma di HDF colorati nella massa in spessore 8 mm. Questi pannelli possono essere rivestiti con moltissimi articoli delle gamme HPL, con KUIK Metal, con KUIK Acrylic, con KUIK Veneer e poi fresati con disegni poco invasivi, che lascino una piccola traccia di HDF scoperto, in modo che il pannello non necessiti di verniciatura. BiONDA è un pannello HDF bicolore da 16 mm composto da due strati di HDF colorato di spessore 8 mm ciascuno. Le scolpiture attraversano lo strato più superficiale, scoprendo alcune zone dello strato sottostante. Sfruttando il contrasto di colore tra i due strati e le finiture tridimensionali, si possono ottenere effetti altamente scenici. I diversi colori possono essere abbinati a piacere, così come le scolpiture disponibili, rendendo BiONDA un prodotto estremamente personalizzabile. I pannelli di BiONDA possono anche essere rivestiti con tutti gli articoli della famiglia KUIK Veneer e poi scolpiti con finiture che lascino intatte ampie zone superficiali. I pannelli vanno poi verniciati. BiONDA può anche essere prodotto in versione LAYER. Tra due pannelli di HDF colorato, dello stesso colore o di due colori diversi, viene interposto un foglio di alluminio KUIK Metal A000 o di KUIK Acrylic, in modo che le scolpiture profonde scoprano anche lo strato intermedio. Gli effetti di contrasto di colore, di lucentezza nel caso dell’alluminio, e le forme che si possono ottenere sono strabilianti. BiONDA LAYER può anche essere utilizzato fresando solo i lati con un angolo svasato che esalti la presenza dello strato interno. In questo caso le applicazioni naturali sarebbero tavoli, tavolini e mensole. I pannelli di BiONDA LAYER possono anche essere rivestiti con tutti gli articoli della famiglia KUIK Veneer e poi scolpiti con finiture che lascino intatte ampie zone superficiali. I pannelli vanno poi verniciati. I pannelli di ONDA e BiONDA sono tutti in formato 3050x1220 mm, che permette di rivestire qualsiasi parete. Presentiamo qui alcuni esempi di combinazione, ma potete sbizzarrirvi creando il vostro abbinamento preferito su www.s-m-art.it/configuratore/ onda.html e su www.s-m-art.it/configuratore/bionda.html Tutti i disegni sono stati studiati per garantire la continuità dei disegni quando due pannelli sono accostati sia sul lato lungo che sul lato corto. Alcune scolpiture sviluppate per ONDA non sono adatte a BiONDA. Le scolpiture che presentano una direzionalità verticale del disegno, si possono fornire anche in versione H, cioè con andamento orizzontale. Su richiesta possiamo realizzare scolpiture personalizzate, previo controllo tecnico e di fattibilità da parte nostra. I pannelli ONDA e BiONDA, essendo lavorati su di un solo lato, presentano variazioni di planarità. I pannelli devono quindi essere fissati meccanicamente o incollati ad un supporto stabilizzante.

ONDA is a carved HDF high density wood fiber board with initial thickness 18 mm. The final thickness depends on the depth of the carving and varies from zone to zone. ONDA is ready to be varnished or lacquered. ONDA can be delivered already surfaced with the items 0,5 mm thick of the range KUIK Acrylic and with range KUIK Leather. SM’art has in stock a range of colored through HDF in thickness 8 mm. These panels can be surfaced with many items of the HPL families, with KUIK Metal, with KUIK Acrylic and with KUIK Veneer and then machined with designs which are not very deep, which are leaving a narrow trace of HDF, so that the board does not need to be lacquered. BiONDA is a bi-color HDF panel in thickness 16 mm, constituted by two HDF dyed in the mass layers each 8 mm thick. The carvings get through the superficial layer, showing some areas of the layer below. Taking advantage of the color contrast between the two layers and the tridimensional carvings, we can achieve highly scenic effects. The different colors can be custom matched, as well as the available sculptures, making of BiONDA an extremely personalized product. One more aesthetic solution is to surface BiONDA with all the items belonging to the KUIK Veneer family and then process the carving with suitable finishes, that should leave intact some superficial areas. The panel has then to be varnished. BiONDA can also be produced in LAYER version. Between two dyed HDF panels, showing the same color or two different ones, a sheet of aluminum KUIK Metal A000 or a sheet of KUIK Acrylic is interposed, so that the deep carvings show off also the intermediate layer. You will get astonished by the color contrast and the shine of the aluminum layer. BiONDA LAYER can also be used by simply machining the sides of the panel with the right angle exalting the intermediate layer. In this case the natural applications are tables and shelves. BiONDA LAYER panels can be surfaced with all the items belonging to the KUIK Veneer family and then process the carving with suitable finishes, that should leave intact some superficial areas. The panels have then to be varnished. ONDA and BiONDA panels are all in size 3050x1220, which allows the cladding of any wall. We present here some combination examples, but you can play and create your favorite panel on www.s-m-art.it/configuratore/onda.html and on www.s-m-art.it/configuratore/bionda.html All designs have been studied to guarantee the continuity of the design when 2 panels are joined both on the long and the short side. Some of the carvings developed for ONDA are not suitable for BiONDA. The carvings presenting a vertical direction in the design, are available also in the H version, that is with an horizontal direction. On demand we can prepare custom carvings, provided a technical and feasibility check is approved. The ONDA and BiONDA panels, being machined on one side only, show flatness variations. The panels, therefore, have to be fixed mechanically or bonded on a further stabilizing core.
