GENERAL INFORMATION

Returns: All CHROMAGEAR uniforms may not be returned under any circumstances if delivered properly. Claims must be reported to our office within 10 working days of merchandise receipt. Returns cannot be made after 30 days of the invoice date. All returns must be clearly marked with an authorization number or label obtained from our office. When requesting an authorization label, the following information is required: Reason for return, Invoice #, Style #, Color, Size/Quantity. An authorization label will then be sent to you to prepare the merchandise returned. A 15% fee and shipping charges will be charged for merchandise returned that is either not damaged or the damage is determined not to be our fault. All worn garments must be properly laundered prior to return or they will not be accepted. Shortages: All claims must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. CARE INSTRUCTIONS To enhance the appearance and extend the life of your CHROMAGEAR uniforms, Alleson Athletic recommends that you follow these cleaning and storing procedures:

Production Time: Allow four weeks* from the day artwork is approved by customer for shipment on Green orders. Orders do not officially begin until a mock-up is approved and Alleson reserves the right to adjust the lead time based on the size of the order and availability of capacity. Orders taken after 12:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day. See details of the Go Green Guarantee for more information about delivery on Alleson.com. Delivery dates will be quoted at the time the order is approved. Color Matching: Scientifically, it is not possible to achieve a perfect color match from one CHROMAGEAR garment to another, or from CHROMAGEAR garments to Alleson stock garments. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a perfect match from order to order or from one fabric to another. Artwork Approval Policy: Alleson Athletic will not begin production on any order until a written artwork approval is received or submitted through the Alleson Athletic Uniform Builder or B2B (Green Order). Signed artwork approvals must be faxed or emailed to Alleson Athletic Customer Service, Attn: CHROMAGEAR. Production will begin upon receipt of approved artwork (this policy is also in effect for repeat or As Had orders). We cannot accept changes to any order after artwork approval is received. Green Orders: Green orders are stock designs and styles that are submitted with no special requests and only what is offered via the Uniform Builder and Catalog. Green orders are also submitted 100% complete and accurate with no need for customer follow-up. Orders with supplied artwork must be submitted with print ready vector art in the appropriate colors, as ordered. Customer account must be in good standing for Green orders to process. Green orders can be submitted via Customer Service or the Uniform Builder. Only Green orders submitted through the Uniform Builder qualify for the Go Green Guarantee. Yellow Orders: Those orders with submitted artwork that require customer contact after order is received. Yellow orders can be submitted via Customer Service or the Uniform Builder. Yellow orders placed online through the Uniform Builder do not qualify for the Go Green Guarantee until the order status turns Green. See Alleson.com for more details on Yellow orders. Red Orders: Custom – any order that falls outside the program offerings as reflected by current catalogs and our online presentation.

• Uniforms should always be laundered immediately after wearing. However, if this is not possible, rinse garments and hang individually on rust-proof hangers. (Moisture may cause color migration of acid dyes so we advise separating wet or damp uniforms.)

DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER

• Belts and any other contrasting color items should be washed separately from the garment.

DO NOT WASH WHITES AND COLORS TOGETHER

• It is always advisable to test wash a single uniform according to directions before washing an entire load.

DO NOT OVERLOAD THE WASHING MACHINE DO NOT MACHINE DRY ON HIGH HEAT DO NOT LEAVE WET OR DAMP GARMENTS IN YOUR TRAVEL BAG, IN A PILE WITH OTHER CLOTHING OR IN WASHING MACHINE

• We recommend presoaking heavily soiled garments in cold water with a protein release agent. Follow the instructions recommended by the presoak manufacturer. Wash garments immediately following the presoak in a normal wash cycle. • Wash and rinse all garments in cold water with mild detergent. Remove promptly after wash cycle to avoid color migration. Wash inside out. • For optimum results, hang garments

(especially those with spandex) to dry. If you cannot hang dry, machine dry on the lowest setting. Turn jerseys inside out before machine drying. Remove items from dryer immediately upon completion of the cycle. (Excessive heat can cause fabric shrinkage and discoloration.) • Make sure uniforms are completely dry before storing. Store in a dry area to prevent mildew. Protect them from sunlight and fluorescent light to prevent yellowing. PLEASE NOTE: Alleson Athletic will not be responsible for uniforms that are damaged due to improper care and maintenance. Failure to follow our specified care instructions will void all guarantees. Under no circumstances are CHROMAGEAR garments to be put through a screen print dryer. Dyes will migrate and the design will be ruined.
