TIMING
1. The early bird gets the worm. He who hesitates is lost. Don’t wait! Especially if you’ve got crazy art, or no art. The more time we have to tweak out your order, the better. After artwork is finalized and approved by you, standard production time is 2-3 weeks plus shipping. Plan on three weeks if we are doing individual names or numbers on your apparel.
TIMING TIP!
TIP: Think about the season in which you are ordering your apparel, especially if it is for team sports. Inventory gets really lean and production time gets longer approaching high school & college sports seasons. i.e. Early Spring & Early Fall. If you can plan ahead and order early, you will have more variety, less inventory woes, and faster turn times.
ARTWORK
2. We cannot do free art. We do offer free setup for existing art, and by existing we mean logos and designs that are already “vectorized”. Most vectorized files are either Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or Encapsulated Post Script (.EPS) file types. If all you have is a .JPG or .GIF (which are pictures) or a drawing on a napkin of your design idea, that’s cool. We can redraw it for you but there is an original art creation fee starting at $50. If we have to keep going back and forth with revisions, we charge $25 per revision. Once again, if your artwork is good to go in a vector format, no art charge or screen setup fee.

3. Maximum height for hat embroidery is 2.25” tall. Less is more in the world of embroidery. Remember, you are stitching at a small scale and resolution. Keep it simple and clean, and the end results will be much better.
EMBROIDERY
4. Minimum for embroidery is 6 pieces for knit hats and 24 pieces for caps. There is a one-time $50 embroidery disk creation fee if you do not have an existing embroidery disk (.DST) file to give us. Once your artwork is digitized and in our system, it is there to use as much as you want on future reorders without additional charge. We have to make this disk in order to stitch your art and it takes a bit of time & effort, hence the $50 fee.
