Každá expositura je vybavena bankomatem a je plně klimatizovaná. KOMA MODULAR CONSTRUCTION je dodavatelem těchto staveb s tím, že banka oceňuje hlavně kvalitu provedení, celopozinkovaný rám a možnost demontáže a opětovné montáže na novém místě při zachování reprezentačního vzhledu. Projekt byl navržen architekty firmy STORY DESIG.

One of biggest banks in the Czech Republic has decided to build some of its branches from modular structures near supermarkets and in individual cities so that the bank would be nearer its clients. Each branch has its own ATM and is fully air-conditioned.

KOMA SLOVAKIA sicherte den Wäschereiausbau mit den durch Firma KOMA MODULAR CONSTRUCTION hergestellten Modulen für die

finnische Firma Lindström in Trnava in der Slowakei.

Die modulare Wäscherei erfüllt alle hygienischen- und Baunormen bei Bewahrung der unersetzlichen Eigenschaften von modularen Bauten und der Möglichkeit der Demontage und wiederholten Montage an einem neuen Platz.

MEZINÁRODNÍ STAVEBNÍ VELETRH CONECO 2008 THE INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION EXHIBITION CONECO 2008

INTERNATIONALE BAUMESSE CONECO 2008 Naše firma byla společně se sesterskou firmou KOMA SLOVAKIA na největším stavebním veletrhu na Slovensku v Bratislavě - CONECO 2008. Rozhodli jsme se zde vystavovat hlavně proto, abychom podpořili prodej modulárních staveb na Slovensku, zviditelnili pronájem našich kontejnerů a sestav a představili nový kontejner C3V s vyměnitelnými stěnami.

Na veletrhu vystavovalo více jak devětset firem ze čtrnácti zemí.

O to více je pro nás cennější, že jsme byli oceněni Čestným uznáním v soutěži o Zlatou plaketu v tak nabité konkurenci. Byli jsme oceněni Čestným uznáním, což v podstatě znamená „stříbrnou medailí” za obytný kontejner C3V za „Za jednoduchý, variabilný konštrukčný systém, ahko montovate ný s univerzálnym použitím pre bytové, administratívne a sociálne účely.”

Vedle naší firmy byli oceněni Čestným uznáním: výrobce z Japonska za vázačku ocelových výztuží, dále firma ze Slovenska za inovativní vlepování vícevrstvých skel do oken a italská firma za lepicí tmel. Zlatou plaketu získala firma z Německa

ve výstavní hale. Seznámili jsme posluchače s historií, novými trendy v modulární výstavbě, pracemi světových architektů a představili jsme nejlepší práce studentů ze soutěží, které pořádáme. Po přednášce nám bylo nabídnuto prezentovat modulární systém na Bratislavské vysoké stavební škole.

Jsme rádi, že jsme byli vidět v této nabité konkurenci. Věříme, že se naší sesterské firmě KOMA SLOVAKIA podaří zúročit obchodní kontakty, které jsme získali.

Our company, together with its parent company KOMA SLOVAKIA, went to one of the largest construction exhibitions in the Slovak Republic, in Bratislava - the CONECO 2008. We have decided to participate mainly because we wish to develop a support for sales of our modular structures in Slovakia and to make the lease of our units more visible and introduce a new C3V unit with replaceable walls.

The exhibition saw participation of more than nine hundred companies from fourteen countries. Much more pleasing to us is that we were

residential, administrative and social purposes.” Besides our company, an Honourable Award went to a Japanese manufacturer of steel reinforcements, next to a Slovak company for their innovative gluing of window panes and to an Italian company for their bonding cement. The Gold Plaque itself was awarded to a German company for an abnormally thin floor heating board, to an Austrian company for a low-energy window, to a French company for their heating system and to a Slovak company for their original home-based treatment plant of waste water.

We have topped off the exhibition by seminar on Modular construction in the show room of the exhibition hall. We have introduced the audience to the history, new trends in modular construction, and the work of world-renown architects and introduced the best work of students from competitions we sponsor. After the seminar, we were offered to present a modular system at the Bratislava s University of Building Technology.

We are pleased that we were visible despite the fierce competition.

Wir haben entschieden, hier auszustellen, hauptsächlich aufgrund der Unterstützung des Verkaufs von modularen Bauten in der Slowakei, und damit die Miete für unsere Container und Baugruppen, sowie den neuen Container C3V mit austauschbaren Wänden vorzustellen.

Auf der Messe stellten mehr als neunhundert Firmen aus 14 Ländern aus. Umso wertvoller ist es für uns, dass wir mit der Ehrung im Wettbewerb um die Goldene Plakette bei so starker Konkurrenz bewertet wurden.

unserer Firma wurde mit der Ehrung der Hersteller für Bindegürtel für Stahlarmierungen aus Japan, neben einer Firma aus der Slowakei für innovative Einklebung von Mehrschichtgläsern in Fenster und eine italienische Firma für Klebekitt, ausgezeichnet. Die Goldene Plakette erwarb eine Firma aus Deutschland für eine anormale dünne Platte zur Bodenheizung, eine österreichische Firma für niedrig - energetische Fenster, eine französische Firma für ein Wärmedämmsystem und eine slowakische Firma für eine originelle Hauskläranlage.

Die Ausstellung haben wir um einen Vortrag über den modularen Ausbau im Show Room in der Ausstellungshalle ergänzt. Wir haben die Zuhörer mit der Historie, neuen Trends im modularen Ausbau und Arbeiten der Weltarchitekten bekannt gemacht und die besten Arbeiten der Studenten aus Wettbewerben vorgestellt, die wir veranstalten. Nach dem Vortrag wurde uns angeboten, das modulare System an der Hochbauschule in Bratislava zu präsentieren.

Wir sind froh, dass wir bei so starker Konkurrenz präsent waren.

2ND YEAR OF ARCHITECTURAL COMPETITION 2. JAHRGANG DES ARCHITEKTONISCHEN WETTBEWERBS Firma KOMA MODULAR CONSTRUCTION vyhlásila druhý ročník architektonické soutěže pro studenty vysokých stavebních škol a architektury v České republice a na Slovensku. Letošní téma znělo „NÁVRH ROZEBÍRATELNÉ BUDOVY V ZÁTOPOVÉ OBLASTI” . Studenti řešili návrh víceúčelové budovy pro ubytování, restauraci a kancelářské prostory.

Za účasti autorizovaných architektů, odborných vysokoškolských pedagogů, redaktora časopisu Architekt a zástupců firmy KOMA MODULAR CONSTRUC-

Jiří Šerek, FA VUT Brno The panel was most interested in solutions offered by architectural design by Radovan Vacik from the Faculty of Architecture of the CVUT in Prague and Jiri Serek of the Faculty of Architecture of the VUT in Brno, who shared the first prize.

The third place went to an architectural student from VUT in Brno, Miss Zuzana Mateiciucová. All her works were exhibited in the vestibule of the CVUT building in Prague and will be exhibited at the Faculty of Architecture in Brno from May to September of this year.

Radovan Vacík, FA CVUT Praha TION byly vyhodnoceny soutěžní práce studentů. Budoucí architekti prokázali invenci mládí při řešení problému rychle rozebíratelné budovy. Nenahraditelná vlastnost modulárních staveb a to možnost demontáže a opětovné montáže, umožňuje výstavbu objektů i na místech, kde nelze stavět klasickou metodou výstavby. S těmito výhodami jsme zájemce o účast v soutěži seznámili na jednotlivých přednáškách.

Porotu nejvíce zaujalo řešení a architektonické návrhy studentů Radovana Vacíka z fakulty architektury ČVUT Praha a Jiřího Šereka z fakulty architektury VUT Brno, kteří byli oceněni svorně první cenou. Na třetím místě se umístila studentka fakulty architektury VUT

The students' work has been rated with the participation of authorized architects, university professionals, editor of the Architect magazine and the representatives of KOMA MODULAR CONSTRUCTION. The future architects had proven the invention of youth when designing fast knock-down structures. The irreplaceable characteristic of modular structure with the option of disassembly and repeated re-assembly provides for construction of buildings even in places, where standard construction method cannot be applied. We have introduced the participants to these advantages our company has at individual seminars.

DIE Firma KOMA MODULAR CONSTRUCTION veröffentlichte den zweiten Jahrgang des architektonischen Wettbewerbes für Studenten der Hochbauschulen und

Architekten in der Tschechischen Republik und in der Slowakei. Das heutige Thema lautete ENTWURF DES DEMONTIERBAREN GEBÄUDES IM HOCHWASSERGEBIET. Die Studenten lösten den Entwurf des Mehrzwecksgebäudes für Wohnen, Restauration und Büroräume.

Unter der Teilnahme von autorisierten Architekten, Fachhochschullehrern, des Redakteurs der Zeitschrift Architekt„ und Vertretern der Firma KOMA MODULAR CONSTRUCTION wurden die Wettbewerbsarbeiten der Studenten bewertet. Die zukünftigen Architekten wiesen die Invention der Jugend bei der Problemlösung des schnell demontierbaren Gebäudes nach.

ROK 2007 A PLÁNY NA ROKY 2008 a 2009 YEAR 2007 AND PLANS FOR 2008 AND 2009 DAS JAHR 2007 UND DIE PLÄNE FÜR DIE JAHRE 2008 UND 2009 Chtěli bychom se krátce ohlédnout za rokem 2007, protože tento rok byl nejúspěšnější v historii firmy.

Patnácté výročí firmy KOMA MODULAR CONSTRUCTION jsme oslavili nejlépe, jak jsme mohli, protože na všech úsecích jsme zaznamenali nejlepší výsledky. Měli jsme nejlepší ekonomické výsledky za působení firmy, upevnili jsme si pozici na evropském trhu a nenechali jsme si vzít prvenství na tuzemském trhu.

Postavili jsme novou moderní výrobní halu včetně moderní lakovny a zdvojnásobili jsme tak naši výrobní kapacitu. Přestěhovali jsme se do nové reprezentativní klimatizované administrativní budovy s dostatečným počtem zasedacích místností.

V tomto trendu chceme pokračovat i v roce 2008 a 2009. První měsíce tohoto roku nasvědčovaly, že by se nám naše plány mohly splnit.

Vedle ekonomických plánů chceme pokračovat v revitalizaci výrobního závodu výstavbou nové výrobně logistické haly v roce 2008. Vidíme, že vracení vytvořených zisků zpět do výroby a zlepšování výrobních toků a pracovního prostředí se nám vyplácí a to jak ve stabilizaci výrobních sil, tak v upevňování pozic na trhu. V příštím roce 2009 chceme dokončit výstavbu výrobního závodu novým úložištěm kontejnerů s mostovým jeřábem a další výrobní halou pro specializované kontejnery.

Chtěli bychom také vybudovat novou

vývojovou dílnu pro nové výrobky.

Ruku v ruce s investiční výstavbou zdokonalujeme informační systém a modernizujeme postupně hardwarové a softwarové vybavení.

Na naše výsledky jsme právem hrdi a věříme, že týmovou prací dokážeme nelehké úkoly splnit.

We would like to take a short look back at 2007 because it was the most successful year in the company's history. We celebrated the fifteenth anniversary of KOMA MODULAR CONSTRUCTION the best way we could have because we had the best results across every sector. We had the best financial results at any time of the company's operations, we consolidated our position on the European market and we retained top spot on the national market. We built a new advanced production hall, including an advanced paint shop, and by doing so we doubled our production capacity. We relocated to a new representative air-conditioned building with a sufficient number of conference rooms.

We want to continue in this trend in 2008 and 2009. The first months of this year attested to the fact that our plans could be achieved. Besides economic plans, we want to continue in revitalising the production plant by developing a new production-logistical hall in 2008. We see that created profit returned into

production and an improvement in production flows and the working environment are paying off for us in the stabilisation of productive power and in consolidation of market positions. Next year, in 2009, we want to complete the development of a production plant with a new container storage facility with an overhead crane and another production hall for specialised containers. We would also like to build a new development workshop for new products. Hand in hand with capital construction we will perfect the IT system and gradually modernise hardware and software. We are rightly proud of our results and believe that with teamwork we will manage to fulfil formidable tasks.

Wir möchten kurz auf das Jahr 2007 zurückblicken, da dieses Jahr das erfolgreichste in der Geschichte der Firma war. Das fünfzehnjährige Jubiläum der Firma KOMA MODULAR CONSTRUCTION haben wir so gut gefeiert, wie wir nur konnten, da wir in allen Bereichen die besten Ergebnisse erzielt haben. Wir hatten die besten Wirtschaftsergebnisse während des Wirkens der Firma, wir haben unsere Position auf dem europäischen Markt gefestigt, und wir ließen uns nicht die Vorrangstellung auf dem heimischen Markt nehmen. Wir haben eine neue moderne Produktionshalle einschließlich

ein modernen Lackiererei gebaut, einer un wir haben unsere Produktionund ska skapazität verdoppelt. Wir sind in ein neues repräsentatives, klimatis tisiertes Verwaltungsgebäude mit ein einer ausreichenden Anzahl von Sitzungsräumen umgezogen.

Diesen Trend wollen wir auch in den Jahren 2008 und 2009 fortsetzen. Die ersten Monate dieses Jahres deuteten an, dass sich unsere Pläne erfüllen könnten.

Neben den wirtschaftlichen Plänen wollen wir mit der Revitalisierung des Produktionswerks durch die Errichtung einer neuen Produktions- und Logistikhalle im Jahr 2008 fortfahren. Wir sehen, dass sich die Rückführung der erschaffenen Gewinne in die Produktion sowie die Verbesserung der Produktionsflüsse und des Arbeitsumfelds für uns auszahlt, und zwar sowohl in der Stabilisierung der Produktionskräfte, als auch bei der Festigung der Marktpositionen. Im kommenden Jahr 2009 wollen wir die Errichtung des Produktionswerks durch einen neuen Containerlagerplatz mit einem Brückenkran und einer weiteren Produktionshalle für Spezialcontainer abschließen. Wir möchten auch eine neue Entwicklungswerkstatt für neue Produkte errichten. Hand in Hand mit dem Anlagenbau perfektionieren wir das Informationssystem und modernisieren schrittweise die Hardwareund Softwareausstattung. Auf unsere Ergebnisse sind wir mit Recht stolz, und wir sind überzeugt, dass wir durch Teamarbeit in der Lage sein werden, die nicht leichten Aufgaben zu erfüllen.

ARCHITEKTONISCHEN WETTBEWERBS - die Fortsetzung modularen Bauten und die Möglichkeit der Demontage und wiederholbarer Montage ermöglicht den Objektausbau auch an den Stellen, wo es nicht möglich ist, mittels klassi scher Ausbaumethode zu bauen. Mit diesen Vorteilen haben wir die Bewerber bei der Teilnahme am Wettbewerb in den einzelnen Vorträgen bekannt gemacht.

Die Jury interessierte sich am meisten für die Lösungen und die architektonischen Entwürfe der Studenten Radovan Vacík

von der Fakultät der Architektur ČVÚT Praha und Jiří Šerek von der Fakultät der Architektur VUT Brno, die mit dem ersten Preis bewertet wurden. An dritter Stelle platzierte sich die Studentin der Fakultät der Architektur VUT Brno, Zuzana Maticiuová. Alle Arbeiten wurden im Vestibül des Gebäudes VUT Praha ausgestellt und ab Mai bis September werden sie an der Fakultät der Architektur in Brno ausgestellt.

KOMA MODULAR CONSTRUCTION has made exclusive sanitary containers for a German company TOI-TOI & DIXI that will be placed in the VIP zones at European football championship EURO 2008 in Austria and Switzerland. The European championship will be played at stadiums in Vienna, Innsbruck, Salzburg, Klagenfurt in Austria and the Swiss part will take place in Geneva, Basel, Zurich and Bern. Our products will be represented at all these stadiums. Similarly as at the championships in Germany, the sanitary containers come in three types - sanitary containers for men, for women and combined men's and women's toilets. FROM THE LIFE OF THE COMPANY AUS DEM LEBEN DER FIRMA Jak říká staré české přísloví: "nejen prací živ je člověk", to si plně uvědomuje vedení naší společnosti a proto přispívá i na mimopracovní činnosti, při kterých je upevňována sounáležitost k týmu firmy. Vedení si váží svých spolupracovníků a pro kvalitní spolupráci je dobré poznat své kolegy i z mimopracovní stránky.

Všem pracovníkům se líbilo na společné oslavě patnáctého výročí firmy na hotelu Moskva ve Zlíně - tančilo se, pilo a veselilo až do rána. Vyhodnocení uplynulého roku v Orlických horách naopak proběhlo ve sportovním duchu.

Při netradičních sportovních

úkolech jsme prožili krásný víkend, který byl zakončen předáním firemních "Oskarů". Firma také pořídila firemní dresy pro cyklisty a milovníky míčových her. Každý první pátek v měsíci pořádáme nějakou sportovní aktivitu, začali

jsme s fotbalovým utkáním proti jednomu z dodavatelů, pokračovali jsme výletem na kolech a plánujeme motokáry, laser game, volejbal, bowling a pod.

Our company's management is fully aware of that and therefore contributes to out-of-work activities too, during which solidarity with the company team is strengthened. Management appreciates its co-workers and it is good to get to know your colleagues outside of work too for quality co-operation.

we experienced a beautiful weekend, finished off by the handover of the company "Oscars". The company also procured company outfits for cyclists and ball-game lovers.

Every first Friday of the month we organise some kind of sporting activity, we began with a football match against one of the suppliers, we continued with a bike trip and we are planning go-karting, laser tag, volleyball, bowling etc.

Wie ein altes tschechisches Sprichwort sagt: "der Mensch lebt nicht allein von der Arbeit", dessen ist sich die Leitung unserer Gesellschaft voll bewusst und deshalb trägt sie auch zu den außerbetrieblichen Tätigkeiten bei, bei denen die Zugehörigkeit zum Firmenteam gefestigt wird. Die Leitung schätzt ihre Mitarbeiter und für eine qualitative Mitarbeit ist es gut, seine Kollegen auch von der außerbetrieblichen Seite kennenzulernen.

Allen Mitarbeitern gefiel es auf der gemeinsamen Feier des fünfzehnten Firmenjubiläums im Hotel Moskva in Zlín - man tanzte, trank und war fröhlich bis zum Morgen.

Die Auswertung des abgelaufenen Jahres im Adlergebirge verlief hingegen im sportlichen Geiste.

Bei nichttraditionellen Sportaufgaben verlebten wir ein schönes Wochenende, das durch die Übergabe der "Firmen-Oscars" abgeschlossen wurde.
