Dear business friends, you are holding in your hand the sixth printing of our company bulletin. In this bulletin we inform you about the most interesting events in the year 2010. The elapsed year was not simple so as the year before.

Investors are more pondering and assessing their future investments, and so if the company would be successful and competitive, it must have quality products and services and also something more. In this bulletin we are going to introduce you things we added the last year.

We were pleased about the evaluation we got from the President of regional council of Zlin Region and we have been pronounced as the most innovative company. Further we also got some awards at international fairs in Brno and Bratislava.

We have got this awards for he new product line Comfortline, where we have combined the advantages of modular and low-energy buildings.

All product lines that we produce and all services we provide are from the year 2010 markered with KOMASPACETM. We believe that our trading partners will see this trademark as the trademark of quality, behind that stays a team of workers wich is good to cooperate with.

Zlínský kraj ocenil vizovickou firmu Koma Modular Construction, s.r.o. titulem Inovaní firma Zlínského kraje 2010. Toto ocenní pedal hejtman Zlínského kraje Stanislav Miák pedstaviteli firmy Ing. Stanislavu Martincovi v rámci slavnostního úterního veera vy­ hláení výsledk soute. Místem ocenní výsledk druhého roníku soute organizované Technologic­ kým inovaním centrem a jeho partnery bylo atrium Univerzitního centra Univerzity Tomáe Bati ve Zlín.

Koma Modular Construction, s.r.o., která ji v loském roníku soute získala estné uznání za inovace, zaujala letos nejvíce odbornou porotu soute zejména svými inovacemi v oblasti nízko­ energetických modu­lárních (peno­ sitel­ných) staveb, které mají iroké spektrum vyuití - rodinné domky, bytové domy, mateské koly, prodejny apod.

"Ve druhém roníku soute se objevila celá ada firem realizují­ cích zajímavé inovaní aktivity, pispívající k rozvoji tchto firem a tím celého regionu. Jsem rád, e i pes sloitou situaci v mnoha spolenostech ve Zlínském kraji s ohledem na ekonomickou recesi v nedávném období se do soute

zaregistrovalo 16 inovaních firem, z nich jsme ocenili ty nejlepí a chceme napomoci ke zviditelnní jejich aktivit. Vím, e výsledky soute budou nejen ocenné, ale i ostatní zúastnné firmy motivovat k dalímu rozvoji a o Zlínském kraji se bude stále více hovoit jako o regionu, v nm psobí celá ada úspných firem," uvedl hejtman Zlínského kraje Stanislav Miák.

Zlínský kraj vyhlásil letoní roník soute v beznu 2010 a pi organizaci této soute úzce spolupracoval s Technologickým inovaním centrem a strategickým partnerem Univerzitou Tomáe Bati ve Zlín.

Generálním partnerem soute bylo Sdruení pro rozvoj Zlínského kraje a na zajitní soute se partnersky podílela také eská spoitelna, CzechInvest, Asociace inovaního podnikání R, Okresní hospodáské komory Kromí, Uherské Hradit, Vsetín, Zlín, Agentura pro ekonomický rozvoj Vsetínska, Regionální centrum kooperace, Valaskokloboucké podni­ katelské centrum, Podnikatelský inkubátor Kunovice - Panský Dvr a Regionální podprný zdroj.

Pedsedou ídícího výboru pro realizaci soute Inovaní firma Zlínského kraje je statutární námstek hejtmana Libor Luká, místopedsedou námstek hejtmana Jaroslav Drozd.

The President of regional council of Zlin Region, Mr Stanislav Miák devolved this award upon the representative of the company Ing. Stanislav Martinec at the Thuesday´s gala ceremony evening.

The ceremony place of the second annual, which has been organised by the Technology Innovation Centre and its partners, was the University Centre Atrium of UTB in Zlín.

Koma Modular Construction, s.r.o. had already got an honorable mention for innovation last year and this year the professional jury was the mostly impressed especially by its innovations in low-energy modular (portable) buildings, which have a wide range of use - family houses, apartment houses, kindergartens, shops, etc.

"At the second annual of competition have been shown a lot of interesting companies implementing innovative activities, that contribute to the development of these companies and the entire region. I am glad that - despite the difficult situation in many companies in the Zlin region, with regard to the economic recession in recent time - were registered 16 innovative companies, and we have awarded the best ones from them and we would like to help them to raise the

profile of their activities. I believe that the results of the competition will both awarded and other participated companies motivated to the further development and about the Zlin region will be spoken as the region in which operate a number of successful companies, "said the President of regional council of Zlín Region, Mr Stanislav Miak.

Der Bezirk Zlín würdigte die Firma Koma Modular Construction, s.r.o. mit dem Titel Innovative Firma des Bezirks Zlín 2010. Diese Auszeichnung übergab der Hauptmann des Bezirks Zlín im Rahmen eines feierlichen Abends zur Verkündung der Wettbewerbsergebnisse am Dienstag an Ing. Stanislav Martinec. Ort der Würdigung der Ergebnisse des zweiten Jahrgangs des vom Technologischen Innovationszentrums und seinen Partnern organisierten wettbewerbs­ war das Atrium des Universitäts­ zentrums der Tomá Ba a Universität Zlín. Koma Modular Construction, s.r.o., die bereits im letztjährigen Wettbewerbsjahrgang eine Ehrung für Innovationen erhalten hatte, sprach die Fachjury in diesem Jahr am meisten insbesondere mit ihren Innovationen im Bereich der (transportablen) NiedrigenergieModulbauten an, die ein breites Anwendungsspektrum haben: Eigen­ heime, Wohnhäuser, Kindergärten, Verkaufsstellen u. ä.

"Im zweiten Wettbewerbsjahr tauchte eine ganze Reihe von Firmen auf, die interessante innovative Aktivitäten realisieren, die zur Entwicklung dieser Firmen und damit der gesamten Region beitragen.

Es freut mich, dass sich auch trotz der komplizierten Situation in vielen Gesellschaften im Bezirk Zlín mit Blick auf die wirtschaftliche Rezession in der jüngsten Zeit 16 innovative Firmen zum Wettbewerb angemeldet haben, von denen wir die besten gewürdigt haben und zur Sichtbarmachung ihrer Aktivitäten beitragen wollen. Ich bin überzeugt, dass die Ergebnisse des Wettbewerbs nicht nur die gewürdigten, sondern auch die übrigen teilnehmenden Firmen zur weiteren Entwicklung motivieren werden und man über den Bezirk Zlín immer mehr als von einer Region sprechen wird, in der eine ganze Reihe erfolgreicher Firmen tätig ist", so der Hauptmann des Bezirks Zlín, Stanislav Miák.

We have combined the advantages of modular buildings and lowenergy buildings. For this novelty, we were awarded the Gold Plaque by the special jury. At the same time we received the Gold Leonard award for the most creative stall.

Získali jsme Zlatou plaketu a Zlatého Leonarda na mezi­ národním stavebním veletrhu CONECO 2010 v Bratislav. Ve dnech 23.3.2010 a 27.3.2010 jsme vystavovali na stavebním veletrhu CONECO 2010 v Bratislav novinku - nízkoenergetický modul. Spojili jsme tak výhody modulárních a nízkoenenergetických staveb.

Auf der internationale Baumesse CONECO 2010 in Bratislava erhielten wir goldene Plakette und goldene Leonardo. In den Tagen 23.3.2010 - 27.3.2010 exponierten wir auf der Baumesse CONECO 2010 in Bratislava die Neuheit modulare Kommunalbauten.

Wir verbanden die Vorteile der modularen Kommunalbauten und standardmässigen Bauweise.

Für diese Neuheit erhielten wir goldene Plakette. Gleichzeitig bekamen wir für kreative Kiosk goldene Leonardo.

Za tuto novinku jsme byli ocenni odbornou porotou Zlatou plaketou. Souasn jsme získali za nejkreativnjí stánek ocenní Zlatý Leonard.

29.9.2010 probhlo slavnostní otevení sociálních byt pro nepi­ zpsobivé obany Holeova. Nae firma byla generálním dodavatelem vetn terénních úprav, zelen, parkovi , venkovních laviek, píjez­dové cesty, veejného osvt­ lení a oplocení. Samotné byty jsou umístny v adové zástavb, která obsahuje 17 byt 2+kk a 3+kk.

Kadý byt je vybaven elektrickými pímotopy, sprchou, WC, boilerem a kuchykou s lednicí. Kadý byt

má samostatné mení elektiny a vody. Vedle byt jeden blok obsahuje kolárnu, prádelnu s vývody pro praky, spolenou kuchyní, WC a WC pro invalidy, sklady a místnost pro správce areálu. Byty jsou provedeny v energetické tíd C - úsporné se zateplením podlahy 110mm minerální vaty, ve stnách je 120mm minerální vaty + 30mm zateplovací systém polystyrenu s omítkou a ve strop je 220 mm minerální vaty. Investor celé akce bylo msto Holeov. Více vidíte na piloených fotografiích.

On 29th September, 2010, social houses for inadaptable people were inaugurated in Holeov. Our company was the general contractor, including landscaping, green planting, parking-site building, outdoor benches, driveways, street lighting and fencing. The flats are situated in the attached houses, which contain 17 flats with one-bedroom or two-bedrooms. Each flat is equipped with electric heating, shower, toilet, boiler and kitchen unit with a refrigerator. Each flat has a separate metering of electricity and water. Besides to flats, one block has a bike storage, a laundry room with outlets for washing machines, a shared kitchen, toilets and a toilet for the disabled, a storage and a room for the building service engineer. The flats are made in class C, energy - saving, with floor insulation - 80

Zur besseren Vorstellung sind die Plattenwände mit Vinyltapeten und die Stirnwand des Hauses mit elastischen Ziegelstreifen versehen. Die Einzigartigkeit der E3E Container besteht darin, dass sie in die einzelnen Bestandteile zerlegt, in Seecontainern zu jedem Ort transportiert sein können. Am Bestimmungsort werden die E3E Container aus den einzelnen Bestandteilen ohne einen Kraneinsatz zusammengebaut.

Die StandardLine Reihe ist auf der Ausstellung mit einem Sanitärcontainer vertreten, der Beispiele verschiedener Ausstattungsmöglichkeiten für Sanitärräume präsentiert.

Ausgestellt ist auch der C3V Wohncontainer mit austauschbaren Wänden und Trennwänden, der vor allem Baufirmen auf ihren Baustellen einsetzen.

We have taught our containers to fly in the Swiss Alps. There is our product as a kiosk up on hight of 2000 meters above sea level, called BERGHÜT TE. Unseren Containern haben wir das Fliegen in den Schweizer Alpen beigebracht. In der Seehöhe von 2.000 m dient eines unserer Produkte als Imbissstand mit dem Namen BERGHÜT TE.

Nedostatek prodejních ploch na nádraí v yeila polská firma TOI-TOI v y tvoením provizorní prodejní zóny z naich speciáln upravených kontejner. Celá prodejní zóna je v ybavena vedle prodejních stánk i sociálním zázemím. Po dokonení re­ kon­s trukce bude wroclawské nádraí patit k nejmodernjím nádraím v Evrop.

Currently a reconstruction of the Polish railway station in Wroclaw is in progress. The lack of sales areas at the railway station has been solved by the Polish company TOI-TOI, by the building up of a temporary sales areas, which is build up from our specially modified containers. The whole sales area is equipped with kiosk s and also with social back ground. Af ter completion of reconstruction will be the Wroclaw railway station one of the most modern railway stations in Europe.

Sie hat sich provisorische Verkaufszone von unseren epezielle bereinigten Container gebildet. Ganze Verkaufszöne ist mit den Verkaufsstände und mit den Socialräume ausgestattet. Nach Beendinung der Renovierung wurde der Bahnhof in Wroclaw zu dem modernsten Bahnhof in Europa gehören.

WE HAVE ALREADY BUILT SOME MODULAR KINDERGARTENS IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

After two years of intensive marketing activities, we managed to push through the modular kindergartens as an alternative for ensuring sufficient places in kindergartens. We had built the first kindergarten in Rychnov u Jablonce last year. This year we built the largest modular kindergarten in the Czech Republic. The kindergarten is for 100 children and is situated in Jihlava. We have also built an one-classroom kindergarten in Modice and Pozoice and in Stakov we have solved a luck of capacity at kindergarten

Nach zwei Jahren intensiver Marketingtätigkeit ist es uns gelungen, Kindergärten in Modularausführung als eine Alternative für die Beschaffung ausreichender Kindergartenplätze durchzusetzen. Im vorigen Jahr haben wir als die ersten in der Tschechischen Republik einen modularen Kindergarten in Rychnov u Jablonce fertig gestellt. Heuer dann den größten modularen Kindergarten in der Tschechischen Republik, der 100 Kinder aufnehmen kann und der in Jihlava aufgestellt wurde. Gebaut haben wir auch den Kindergarten für eine Kindergartengruppe in Modice und Pozoice bei Brno. in Stakov bei Pilsen haben wir die mangelnden Kindergartenplätze durch die Vermietung eines Kindergarten für eine Kindergartengruppe gelöst.
