The TERMINATOR is a slow-speed single-shaft shredder for all types of waste. Robust teeth mounted on the shredding rotor and an opposing counter comb can produce coarse precrushing to a defined shredding size. The continuous cutting gap adjustment allows tailoring of the particle size produced to suit its subsequent use. A hydraulic drive with load-dependent speed control ensures maximum utilisation of the motor performance. The hook lift platform, tri-axle chassis and steel tracks with hydraulic drive options provide the desired degree of mobility.

The CRAMBO dual-shaft shredder shreds all types of wood and green waste to a fixed particle size. Slow-running screws with shredding tools minimise the fine particle and noise/dust emissions and increase resistance to contaminants. The particle size generated is adjustable by simply exchanging screen baskets. A hydraulic drive with load-dependent speed control ensures maximum utilisation of the motor performance. Expansion of the CHIPPO family is proceeding onwards. In the high-end performance range, the new CHIPPO 7010 C represents a mobile, high-performance chipper that has a large movement of radius when mounted on a 4-axle lorry and that delivers the highest of throughputs with a self-propulsion system rated at 700 HP – even with strong wood trunks. This requirement is met perfectly by the CHIPPO 5010 C in the mid-performance range. Another compact general-purpose talent, barely surpassable in terms of mobility, degree of working comfort and cost-effectiveness, goes by the name of CHIPPO 5010 CD – here the drive power is delivered directly via a special drive by a 3-axle lorry (MAN). The MULTISTAR M3/M2 star screen machine offers professional technology for the mid and upper performance ranges. With the combination of disc screen and star screen, a high degree of fine inert fraction is separated, as are medium and coarse fractions for the generation of refused derived fuels - in just one operation. A conveyor belt is used for direct feed onto the 7 m FLOWERDISC deck which in turn feeds the 6 m long star screen, this ensures quality high-performance and throughput.

The new SPLITTER is a compact spiral shaft separator whose features open up a wide range of applications for material difficult to screen and high in contraries. Normally positioned after a shredder, the SPLITTER separates out coarse fractions and overlengths from pre-shredded fractions. The separating cut is selectable in the range 60 to 300 mm. Depending on the variant, the efficiency of the overall process can be increased with automatic return of the coarse fractions into a shredder interfaced downstream. A further important side effect is the generation of an uniform material flow into the following treatment.
