RT08 rollout Formula Student Italy Formula Student Czech Republic Formula Student Germany Formula Student Hungary Formula Student Combustion World Ranking Summary and the new team

| Intro Ladies and gentleman! We’ve finished a 341 days long project of the RT08 race car. This year we have ran onto the stage 4 times, reaching for our biggest dreams and fulfilling the goals of 2016/17 season. Long hours of our work ensured 8th place in the global ranking Formula Student Combustion, consisting of 540 teams from all around the world. We’ve travelled a thousand miles from one edition of the FS competition to another. It was not only a wonderful occasion to meet and exchange experiences with engineers from various teams, but also a possibility to present our work in front of representatives of the biggest automotive companies. It wasn’t always easy - passing exams, finishing university and Team projects, while also preparing for the competitions is a difficult task. However, we always knew what the purpose of our actions was and we managed to achieve it. Ahead lies another season, in which we will build the successor of the RT08. We know that sticking to the evolution strategy, rather than a revolution, we’re choosing the right path. It allows us to make better cars every year, thanks to well thought steps that will hopefully lead us towards many more victories.

| RT08 rollout This year’s competition season has started with the premiere of RT08 - a signal that our work on the car is over. The ceremony took place at 1th of July 2017, in the main aula of the A1 building at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. About 300 people attended, including University representatives, sponsors, partners of the project, Student Research Groups, delegates from Polish Formula Student teams, media, students and well-wishers of PWR Racing Team. After the official part, our guests had the opportunity to see a driving show of RT07 - RT08’s predecessor, which won last year’s acceleration event at Formula Student Germany. Team Leader Jędrzej Piasecki, while summing up the main assumptions of RT08’s design process, has mentioned the most important features of our car. RT08 is a reliable and well accelerating race car. It weighs 193 kg and has a full aerodynamics package with front, rear and side wings. On the next pages you’ll find a description of how the car’s characteristics have translated onto our results.

| Formula Student Italy On 18th of July our team headed towards Italy, for the first competition of the season. The last time that the Team has visited Riccardo Paletti Circuit in Varano de Melegari was in 2014. That’s when our strip of great acceleration results started to appear. This time FS Italy yet again proved to be a breakthrough and a historical success. As the first Polish team ever, we took the highest step on the podium, winning the Italian edition of the contest. We have gained a lot of joy from competing on all the dynamic and static fields. A couple of months work, delivered by our Marketing Team upon the Business Presentation, ensured another triumph and first ever win in the Business Plan Presentation event. You can find the rest of our Team’s results below: 3rd place Design Event 1st place Acceleration 2nd place Skid Pad 2nd place Autocross 2nd place Endurance We have gained a total of 876,30 points out of 1000, this being the best result in the history of PWR Racing Team. Milan’s team Dynamis PRC took the second place with 833,69 points and 832,93 points earned by Herkules Racing Team from Kassel got them the last step of the podium. 4

| Formula Student Czech Republic Right after we came back from our Italian journey, we attended a press conference at our University, where once again we had a chance to look back at our triumph. Then we went to Czech Republic, where the Autodrom Most track is placed. An evocative location and the intimate atmosphere created by a small amount of great teams, who attend the event, makes us want to come back every year. This time we also ran onto the stage twice, winning our flagship Acceleration event, beating all the combustion teams, and taking 3rd place overall. The rest of our FS Czech results: 2nd place Design Event 3rd place Business Presentation 2nd place Endurance

| Formula Student Germany From Czech Republic we’ve gone straight to Hockenheimring, where at 8th of August another Formula Student competition has started. The FS Germany is among world’s most prestigious editions, this year hosting 65 combustion teams, 35 electric ones and 15 driverless cars. The organizers have decided to test for the first time how the teams would manage building an autonomous vehicle. After a couple of very rainy days full of on and off track challenges, we have achieved another great success. By getting 10th place overall, we’ve secured a start in the competition next year, without the necessity to pass a qualification test. It also is our highest result from all the German editions, that we’ve participated in.

Our results at FSG: 8th place Design Event 11th place Business Presentation 9th place Acceleration 13th place Autocross 14th place Endurance The whole combustion competition was won by Renstall Esslingen (UAS Esslingen), with TU Graz Racing Team from University of Technology in Graz taking the second place. On the last step of the podium stood Rennteam Uni Stuttgart (Technische Universität Stuttgart).

| Formula Student Hungary The last competition of the season took place in Györ, Hungary. We’ve been there 2 years ago and got a very positive impression, so we thought that this time it would also be a safe and well-prepared rivalry between FS teams. However, the moment we arrived on the track, we realised it was not only extremely dangerous, but also completely not corresponding to the safety and track regulations of the FSAE International and FS Germany. It led to our resignation from the dynamic events. From the beginning we knew it was a right decision. Unfortunately, shortly after we made it, one of the German teams had a horrific accident, that occurred during a dynamic event of the competition. The whole FS Hungary situation has shown us that we’re following the right path, that regardless of the score, safety always comes first, and that a willingness to achieve great results should always go hand in hand with a clear-headed judgement of the situation, opportunities and possible consequences.

| Formula Student Combustion World Ranking Three splendid performances in the 2016/2017 season have translated onto a high position in the world ranking. As for today, we hold 8th place among all the combustion cars from all continents, numerically 540, including teams from world’s best universities. This achievement means a lot to us, as it shows that our great results are not a coincidence, but an effect of several years of work delivered by former and current team members and a well thought strategy, that we bring to life every year.

| Summary and and the new team Perhaps those of you, who were present at last November’s Sponsor Event, still remember our main assumptions about the car and team development, that we’ve presented during the meeting. We can consider all of them fulfilled by now. We have designed and built the RT08, developing last year’s solutions, that have proven to be successful, and introducing new ones. We took part in 4 editions of the Formula Student competition, taking the overall podium twice. We came home with 4 trophies and once again proved our superiority in the Acceleration event. We’re delighted that we managed to make our plan a reality and during the upcoming Sponsor Event we will present an outline of our next project. With the beginning of a new season, we have chosen representatives of our team, who will lead it to victories at 2018 competitions.
