Four areas to consider focusing on are the kitchen, bathrooms, painting and plumbing/electrical fixtures. One key consideration is that when renovating or purchasing new things for your home that you keep within the same general quality/style of your home and surrounding neighbourhood. Going overboard and putting in a $100,000 kitchen in a neighbourhood where $50,000 is more common is not likely to get you
