It’s Coming...

It’s Coming... By: Adrian Trott Real Estate Sales Representative

W

ith warmer weather upon us, the level of productivity at local developments has increased. The anticipation of both the plaza at the North-East corner of LSL and Bronte St. South and the Sunny Mount Park at Tyrone Cr and Ruhl Dr have been a hot topic on local forums. Here’s the scoop on what’s happening...

Sunny Mount Park

(formerly Willmott Neighbourhood Park)

T

he formerly named “Willmott Neighbourhood Park” has gone through various name changes and estimated completion date adjustments over the last 24 months. Originally slated for completion in the Fall of 2013, children should be enjoying the splash pad at Sunny Mount Park this summer and parents can relax under the large barn-like shelter. The completion of the basketball half-courts, trail systems and leash-free dog park may not come until a little later, however.

Milton Marketplace

T

he much anticipated plaza is well underway and we should see tenants moving in later this year! The confirmed tenants are Sobeys, LCBO, TD Canada Trust, RBC, BMO and The Beer Store (located in B8 on the site plan). Other tenants will include an ice-cream, sub and pizza shop, however the specifics of which companies hasn’t been confirmed.

Review:

By: Koorosh Zarezadeh I just want to thank Adrian Trott and Ariel Kormendy for helping me sell my condo so quickly. These guys know their stuff... I got exactly what I asked for and I sold the place within three days of posting. They were even able to move up the closing date to April 11th so that I can wrap everything up before I fly to Doha.
