In its 3rd year the infamous One Triathlon RDS training camp is heading out to warmer & steeper climbs of Kinetic PB in Southern Spain. WHERE
PRICE £625
Kinetic PB is a sports hostel and endurance training centre located amongst the foothills of the Sistema Betico in the sunniest, warmest and driest region in continental Europe. Only a 45 minute drive from Almeria airport.

The 1150m lake steps from your bedroom offers ideal open water swimming, where the temperature will be over 18degrees and wetsuits will not necessarily be required. For coastal swimmers 16km of beautiful sandy beaches. For pool sessions we will be heading to the nearest town to a 25m pool with private lanes, just a short mini bus away.

BIKE The roads around Kinetic PB snake their way through this beautiful desert landscape, the roads are in excellent condition and lack traffic. There are monumental Hors Categorie climbs, undulating coastal roads and fast rolling straights for however you want to test yourself.
RUN There is a 2.6 km tarmac running track that borders the open water lake, it’s completely flat and well suited for specific interval sets. There are many beautiful trail routes ranging in length and difficulty that start from our lodge and also many road routes.
CORE AND CONDITIONING The sports centre contains a weight training gym, a core fitness suite and spinning bikes so that you can continue to work on every aspect of your training during your stay.
THE FORMULA 1 TRIATHLON SERIES 3 mini triathlons to sharpen your speed and transitions before the season starts. 1st race open start, 2nd race handicapped start, 3rd race FANCY DRESS (theme TBC).

FLIGHTS Not included EasyJet London Gatwick – Almeria. Saturday 26th April. 0625 – 1010. Flight no. 5163 EasyJet Almeria – London Gatwick Friday 2nd May. 10.05 – 1150. Flight no. 5164 Early start on first day, but will be an easy day putting bikes together, familiarising yourself with location and meeting new people on the camp. Also not having the pressure to go into work after the camp is ideal to let the body recover and adapt to the training of the camp.
