Ingredients 2¼ cups flour

¾ cups brown sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened

2 cups NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

¾ cup granulated sugar

Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a smal bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract and eggs in a large bowl until creamy. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Gradually beat flower into the mixture. Add chocolate chips to the mix Bake 9—11 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes.

Ingredients 1 cup Crisco

5½ cups flour

1 cup butter

4 teaspoon cream of tartar

3 cups sugar

2 teaspoons baking soda

4 eggs

½ teaspoon salt

Directions Mix Crisco, sugar and eggs. Blend all dry ingredients. Mix dry and wet ingredients together. Roll into balls the size of small walnuts. Roll balls into mixture of 2 teaspoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Coat balls in mixture evenly. Place 2 inches apart. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.

Ingredients 2 cups sugar

1 tablespoon vinegar

1½ cups shortening

1 cup milk

2 eggs

5 cups flour

1 dash of salt

2 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions Cream sugar, shortening, eggs and salt. Dissolve soda into vinegar. Stir into creamed mixture. Add milk to mixture and mix. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well. Roll out half inch thick on floured board. Cut into cookies. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

Ingredients 2 cups sifted flour

⅓ cup lemon juice

½ cup powdered sugar

¼ cup flour

1 cup butter

½ teaspoon baking powder

4 large beaten eggs

½ teaspoon fresh lemon rind

2 cups white sugar

Directions For the base mix butter with flour and sugar in a large bowl. Mix with hands until it clings together. Press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan Bake at 350° for 20—25 minutes or until lightly browned. For the filling beat together eggs, sugar, and lemon juice. Sift together flour and baking powder. Stir into egg mixture. Pour over cooled crust and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars. Serve.

Ingredients 2 packages of marshmallows 1 box of Rice Krispies cereal 1 stick of butter

Directions Melt both bags of marshmallows and stick of butter in a large sauce pan on medium high. There should be no clumps in the marshmallows when done. Stir in the box of Rice Krispies. You may have to do this little bits at a time. Mix thoroughly. Spread the rice crispy treats in a large, greased pan. Cut them into squares. For added fun, add some sprinkles!

Ingredients 2½ cups powdered sugar 2 cups peanut butter ½ cup melted butter 1 package milk chocolate chips

Directions Combine powdered sugar, peanut butter and melted butter in a large bowl. Mix until powdered sugar disappears. Spread into buttered pan. Melt chocolate chips. When melted, spread immediately onto peanut butter mixture. Let harden, slice and then refrigerate.

Ingredients 4 eggs

2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup of sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup brown sugar

1½ cups of Crisco oil

2 cups flour

3 cups shredded carrots

2 teaspoon baking soda

½ cup ground walnuts

2 teaspoon baking powder

Directions Beat eggs, sugar, and brown sugar in large mixing bowl. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon and salt. Add dry sifted ingredients with Crisco oil. Mix. Add shredded carrots and ground walnuts to the mix. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Let cool then serve.

Ingredients 1 graham cracker crust

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

â…“ cup margarine melted

4 eggs

4 packages cream cheese

Directions Heat over to 325°. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, mixing on low speed. Pour over crust. Bake for 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Refridgerate 4 hours.

Ingredients ¼ cup butter or margarine

⅓ cup shortening

⅔ cup packed brown sugar

1½ teaspoons baking powder

9 slices pineapple in juice

½ teaspoon salt

9 maraschino cherries

¾ cup milk

1 1/3 cups flour

1 egg

1 cup granulated sugar

Directions Heat oven to 350°. In 9-inch square pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over melted butter. Arrange pineapple slices over brown sugar. Place cherry in center of each pineapple slice. Beat remaining ingredients with electric mixer on high speed for 3 minutes. Scrap bowl constantly. Pour batter over pineapple and cherries. Bake 50—55 minutes. Immediately place heatproof serving plate upside down over pan; turn plate and pan over. Leave pan over cake a few minutes so brown sugar mixture can drizzle over cake; remove pan. Serve warm. Store cake loosely covered.

Ingredients 1 cup brown sugar

½ teaspoon soda

1 stick butter or margarine.

4 quarts popped popcorn

¼ cup white corn syrup

1 bag chocolate chips

½ teaspoon salt

Directions Combine all ingredients, except for soda and popcorn, in a 2 quart pan. Bring to a boil. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Remove from stove and stir in soda. Put popped popcorn in paper bag. Pour syrup over popcorn. Close and shake. Cook in bag in microwave for one minute and a half. Shake bag and cook another minute and a half. Spread in pan. Microwave chocolate until completely melted. Poor over popcorn and enjoy.

Ingredients 9 cups crispy rice cereal squares ½ cup peanut butter 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1½ cups confectioners’ sugar

Directions In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate; add peanut butter and mix until smooth. Remove from heat, add cereal and stir until coated. Pour powdered sugar into large plastic bag, add coated cereal and shake until well coated. Store in airtight container.

Ingredients: 20 whole Strawberries 1 qt. vanilla yogurt 1 bag chocolate chips

Directions: Take whole strawberries and dip in vanilla yogurt. Coat strawberries generously. Put yogurt covered strawberries on a sheet pan lined with parchment or wax paper. Melt chocolate in microwave until there are no clumps. Drizzle chocolate over strawberries. Freeze until yogurt hardens. Enjoy.
