Reservations
Schedule your appointments in advance to ensure your preferred treatment and therapist is available. Bookings made day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based upon availability. All reservations must be secured with a telephone number and major credit card or cash deposit.
Arrival & Check-in Procedures
If you are coming to the spa for the �rst time, we advise that you arrive 60 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will give you time to enjoy the spa’s thermal experience and allow us to gain from you, more information about your treatment expectations. Appointments will always begin as scheduled and any late arrivals may lose a portion of their treatment time.
Cancellation Policy
A booking cancellation fee of 20% will be charged on all bookings cancelled within 48 hours or less from the appointment time. In the case of a “no-show”, the full cost will be charged. Non-refundable.
Age Restrictions
Our Spa o�ers a wide range of treatments, however we do ask that our age restrictions are observed. Massage and body treatments are only available for guests aged 18 and over, whilst guests aged 16+ are welcome to experience our facial menu. For guests aged below 16, we are happy to o�er our range of manicure, pedicure and hair services. Please note that parental supervision is required for guests aged below 18.
