Have your pool party year-round! Our facility is a great choice for families looking for a fun, simple, no-stress event in which everything is provided!
What is included?
For $275, your party package includes a 1-hour reservation in the party room/pavilion for up to 12 guests. 12 party favors, 24 cupcakes, 12 ice cream cups, and 12 junior water bottles The birthday child gets a souvenir t-shirt. The package also includes balloon bouquets and coordinating décor
Want to make your celebration even bigger? Add an extra hour and 12 more guests for $125 (maximum of 2 additional hours). Each extra hour will receive an extra dozen cupcakes, ice cream, waters, and party favors.
Are there any discounts?
Prices are the same regardless of membership or residency status. We do not offer military discounts. Opting out of our packaged items or themes will not affect the price.
How far in advance do I need to book?
All parties must be booked 3 weeks in advance. You may book online at thekellerpointe.com or call our front desk at 817-743-4310.
When is payment due? What if I need to cancel?
Full payment is due when booking. There is a $25 re-scheduling fee after the function has been booked. If the reservation is canceled within two weeks of the scheduled date, there will be no refund.
A guest RSVP’d at the last minute, what can I do?
Additional party guests are $15 each, payable on the day of your party.
How do we check in?
Check-in at the front desk or the outdoor ticket booth to sign the liability waiver and our Customer Service Representatives will direct everyone toward the party location.
Will a Keller Pointe Representative reach out to me prior to my child’s birthday?
No, but please feel free to reach out to us at birthdayparty@cityofkeller.com
What hours are available for my party?
Parties are held on Saturdays from 12:00 – 7:00 pm and on Sundays from 12:00 – 5:00 pm. Your reserved time applies to the party room, but you’re welcome to swim before or after your scheduled time. Monday-Friday parties are not available.
When can we swim?
All-day pool access is available on the day of your party. Pool hours are:
Saturday: Indoor 12:00 – 8:00 pm, Outdoor* 12:00 – 7:00 pm.
Sunday: Indoor & Outdoor* 12:00 – 5:30 pm
*Outdoor pool is open Memorial Day – Labor Day Weekend
Can I order food?
One-topping pizzas (cut into 12 slices) may be added to your party for $10 each. Pizza orders are due when making the reservation.
Can I bring food/drinks?
Yes! Outside food and drinks are permitted. No alcohol or glass, and all coolers are subject to inspection by The Keller Pointe Staff. We do not provide additional plates/cutlery.
Can you store/refrigerate my food or supplies?
No, we cannot hold any food or items for you. Please bring a cooler or find alternative storing solutions.
My child has allergies. What should I know?
We serve individual chocolate and vanilla ice cream cups, provided directly by Bluebell. Cupcakes come from Wal-Mart Bakery, and pizza is delivered by Mr. Jim’s. Please email us if you have additional concerns.
Does the birthday child count as a party guest?
Yes, the birthday child is included as part of the guest count. The standard birthday packages are for 12 or 24 children; additional children are $15 each.
Are adults counted as party guests?
Party guests are defined as children attending the birthday. There are no additional charges for adults. Please use discretion to not invite a disproportionate number of adults.
Do babies or toddlers count as party guests?
If the child is seated at a place setting and/or receiving our provided packaged items, that child will count as a party guest.
Can I customize my child’s birthday?
We offer 8 different themes to choose from; theme choices must be made at the time of booking Minor changes such as colors can be requested, and we will work within our means to accommodate. Requests for changes must be made 2 weeks before your party.
What kind of décor can I bring?
Having your party at The Pointe means you don’t need to bring extra decorations! If you choose to further personalize, early access will not be provided. All decorations must be freestanding and are not permitted to be placed/adhered on walls or ceilings. Oversize décor items and smoke machines are prohibited.
Can I access the room/pavilion early?
No, access is limited specifically to the contracted hours. Arriving before or staying beyond these hours may incur additional charges.
