Welcome to the 2015 Dekalb 4-H Our 2015 DeKalb County 4-H Scrapbook contains more than 120 photos of 4-H’ers who earned awards of champion ribbons or higher in this year’s summer judging and at the DeKalb County Free Fall Fair.
