This class focuses on relieving the symptoms of arthritis, pain, and enhancing overall healthy movement with Tai Chi Forms 1. Participants do not need to have arthritis to benefit from the exercises that improve balance and reduce risk and fear of falling.
This program is led by a certified Tai Chi for Health Instructor and Avista Adventist Hospital Occupational Therapist. This class is aimed to prevent falls and maintain independence.

Join Yoga Junction for an All Levels Flow – Wednesday Morning Session. This class is for all levels and will incorporate postures designed to increase flexibility and enhance strength and stability in the body. A yoga mat is required; blocks are useful. SUPERIOR ULTIMATE SMASH TOURNAMENT

Choose your favorite character and get ready to Smash in this esports event! This will be a double elimination format using the ESF ruleset and stage list. There will be two brackets to choose from: Under-16 (age restricted, small prize) and Competitive (no restrictions, prize pool). Registration closes at 6:30 PM on the day of the event.
