This intimate film follows the employees and volunteers at a safe injection site, also known as a supervised consumption site, in Vancouver, Canada, in a neighborhood often referred to as ground zero for the overdose crisis. Staff and volunteers offer hope for a marginalized community and work to destigmatize the overdose crisis in the process.
