Who we are... We are a creative studio established by a collection of talents from various backgrounds, with years of experience in the fields of architecture, interior design and property development. We are capable of finding unique solutions for your built projects that will be sensitive to any budget and striking in appearance. Our approach ensures a high-level of communication with our clients to attain their goals. We believe in finding inspired beauty in any context through methods that value simplicity as well as innovation.

What we do... We are interested in creating tailored spaces for commercial and residential projects that have a finely crafted identity. Whether the brief desires a powerfully branded environment or a quiet elegance we will develop a context-sensitive solution. In addition to our design services, our property development department continually monitors the market for special opportunities that have potential for bespoke interventions. We work closely with real-estate agents and specialists to make sure our projects are spatially efficient, financially viable and delivered at exceptional quality. Alper Gohkan ERDEM

M.Sc., B.Arch, Managing Director

Alper has practiced architecture in the UK for over a decade, working on prestigious high-end residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. In 2008 he cofounded kreado to help clients abroad develop their investments in real estate within the UK.

Dogan KARALAR

M.B.A., BE.con, Managing Director

Dogan is an economist who has developed businesses in Turkey and the UK. As cofounder, he represents the financial components of the company and is responsible for market research and analysis. He has created close relationships with leading property agents in London to find the best value for potential developments.

Gavin FUNG

BSc(Hons), DipArch RIBA, ARB, MRIAI, Associate

Gavin is a chartered architect with over 17 years of experience in master planning, urban and architectural design and has worked in the UK, Ireland and Hong Kong. He specializes in environmental design engineering. Gavin’s highly sustainable approach has won several awards for its implementation in housing schemes.

Anthony KWAN

B.Arch, B.E.S., Associate

Anthony is responsible for much of the creative aspects of the company including architectural design, graphic design, marketing and visualization. With over 8 years of architecture work in the UK, in addition to 6 years international experience, he can design and deliver schemes at an exceptional speed.

The task was to design a new museum consisting of permanent and temporary exhibition spaces as well as education facilities, a conference centre
