2012 ANNUAL MEETING
The 2012 Annual Meeting of Members is scheduled for Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at the West Houston Church of Christ on West Road. Formal notices of the meeting will be sent in the mail to all owners, so please mark your calendar to attend this very important annual meeting to review the financial standing of the community and our plans for the coming year.
2012 ASSESSMENT NOW DUE
The 2012 assessment dues of $650 per lot is past due and considered late after January 31, 2012. Payment must be received in the management by January 31, 2012 to avoid additional penalties. Don’t forget you can make your payment online with a credit card or by echeck. Log on to www.highsierramanagementonline.com to access the community website and you will find the online payment option in the Resident Services section. If you have not received your annual dues statement in the mail, please contact management immediately.
Who Do I Call?
• Street Light Outages - Report to CenterPoint Energy via their website. The website address is: www.centerpointenergy.com/ outage. Give them as much information as possible, including the address and/or pole number. If you prefer to call, the number is 713-207-2222. • Street sign or stop sign down or missing/Broken Curbs/Street Repair - Please contact the county. The Harris County phone number is 281-463-6300. Let them know you are calling regarding a sign and they will transfer you to the proper person. They will need to know the street name, location or nearest street address. You may also contact the management office to report sign repairs needed. • Mailbox Maintenance - To report Postal Boxes that are in disrepair or in need of replacement, please file a report with the Post Office in charge of your mail delivery. You can obtain this information by visiting their website at www.usps.com/contactus and searching by zip code. • In Home Alarm Monitoring - In home alarm/monitoring systems should be checked monthly to ensure they are functioning and sending the proper signals. Make sure you contact your monitoring company PRIOR to testing. • Call Before You Dig - If you are planning an improvement to your property that requires digging and has been pre-approved by the Association, we urge you to call 1-800-545-6005 or 1-800-344-8377 to have all underground utilities marked before starting your project.
