2012 Assessments
All homeowner association fees were due 1/31/12. Interest starts accruing on March 1st (5% APR). While the HOA will work with homeowners if a payment plan is needed, you must contact the office directly via email (phardilek@ccbpropertymanagement.com) or phone (281-492-6020) to request a formal payment plan. The onsite office cannot accept cash payments over $200. If a formal plan is set up, please pay the exact amount due on or before the due date as interest is calculated into the plan. NO PLANS WILL BE SET UP AFTER APRIL 1st. Accounts will be sent to the attorney’s office on April 2nd, so if you set up a plan and no payment has been received by April 1st, you will be turned over for collection. Once an account has been sent to the attorney, payment arrangements must be made through them - payments will not be accepted at the office. Reminders are sent out in February and again in March. Please don’t ignore assessment fees - they will not go away. If a homeowner waits until after a letter is received from the attorney, over $100 will be added to the balance - and costs quickly escalate from there.
Come out and join us for an Easter Egg hunt on Saturday, April 7, 2012. Take your picture with the Easter Bunny and enjoy some refreshments and jump around in the Bouncy House! We will have an Easter Egg hunts as follows: Walkers/Toddlers at 9 AM Ages 4 - 6 at 9:30 AM Ages 7 - 10 at 10 AM Volunteers are needed to help stuff/hide eggs, etc. If you are interested, please contact Hugh Durlam: hugh@durlam.net.

Please be sure to pick up after your pet when walking them. The office is getting complaints about residents who allow their dogs to defecate on someone’s lawn or in the common areas and don’t pick up afterwards. We do have bag dispensers in some areas, so please use them. If you do, please carry it with you or place in a trash receptacle! There are many people throwing trash out of cars in the community. We also have a problem with those who park at the Rec Center and simply dump all their car trash in the Rec parking lot (there ARE trash cans that can be used). Please help to keep our neighborhood clean and refrain from throwing trash out. If you should witness a vehicle whose occupants are throwing garbage out (or doing anything suspicious or reckless), please jot down the license plate number and email the office with the information. Speaking of trash, there seems to be a preponderance of residents either leaving their trash cans out (storing them in front of their garage or on the side of their homes) or putting their trash at the curb early. Keeping your cans in full view is against deed restrictions - and with good reason. Leaving cans and trash out really looks bad and brings the entire look of the community down. This sort of thing is catching - it starts with one or two people on a street leaving their cans out or placing trash out early.... then it increases to four or five residents... and before you know it, everyone on the block is leaving their trash cans out and leaving garbage at the curb days in advance. It is more than just a question of aesthetics - leaving trash out can cause numerous problems with animals tearing it up, the wind blowing it everywhere (such as last week) and can attract pests such as roaches, rats and vultures. So please keep your trash cans in the garage.

DEED RESTRICTIONS
Please call the onsite office (281-492-6020) or email us to register your Harris County toll tag (phardilek@ccbpropertymanagement. com). The following information is required: Name, Address, Vehicle Make & Model and Old and New EZ Tag Numbers. Please do not give tag information to the guards - they do not have access to the gate computer. PLEASE REMEMBER to have your old tag number available when you are registering a new tag, so we can remove it from the system. The sticker-type EZ tags can be programmed into the system. However, the signal is not as powerful as that of the battery-powered tags. Please approach the gate slowly and stay as close to the left median as possible (that is where the reader is located); the new tags can’t be read by the system until you are very close to the gate.
REMINDER ABOUT PARKING REGULATIONS The Association would like to remind everyone that there is NO CURBSIDE PARKING between the hours of 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM. VEHICLES IN VIOLATION WILL BE STICKERED. If vehicles are found repeatedly in violation, they will be towed at the owner’s expense. These parking regulations were put in to place to alleviate the difficulty school buses were having navigating the neighborhood and to allow a time for problem-free residential access for emergency vehicles. Safety issues relating to morning work traffic and children going to school, garbage trucks, bike lanes and homeowner complaints about blocked driveways were also concerns.

Please remember that the front and back wheels of a vehicle must be parallel and within 18 inches of the curb. Angle or perpendicular parking may prohibit police, fire or any other emergency personnel from ingress or egress. Violators will have their vehicles stickered and if necessary, towed, if the vehicle is repeatedly found in violation. There is NO PARKING anytime in bicycle lanes. FITNESS CENTER/RECREATION CENTER LOBBY
Anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed in the fitness center unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The recreation center lobby is not to be used as a gathering place for kids to socialize. The Association is asking for all homeowners who use these facilities to help with watching over these areas. If a child is under the age of 18 and is in the fitness center without a parent or guardian or appears to be simply loitering in the lobby, please politely ask them to leave. Thank you.
EZ TAGS FOR FRONT GATE ACCESS The Homeowners’ Association sells EZ tags that will open the resident gate at the Canyon Gate entrance. Residents may purchase these at the onsite office for $35. These EZ tags contain a battery that should last for, approximately, 3 years. The HOA offers a one-year warranty on these tags. If the battery goes bad and your EZ tag stops working within the first year, the tag will be replaced at no cost. If your EZ tag stops working after the one-year time limit, a new EZ tag will need to be purchased.
RECREATION CENTER RENTAL The recreation center has a room available for parties, meeting, reunions, etc. A signed contract plus a $300 security deposit will hold your reservation. Homeowners must be current on their dues (or payment plans) and rental fees must be received prior to the party. The rental rate is $35 an hour with a two-hour minimum. The key for the clubhouse is to be signed out and returned to the guards in the guardhouse. Please READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY before signing - this is a binding legal document and the rules and regulations stipulated in the contract will be enforced. Call the onsite office for additional information.

A Brief History of St Patrick’s Day The story of St. Patrick’s Day begins around 385 A.D. with a man named Maewyn, who at age 16, was sold into slavery, which brought him closer to God. He managed to escape slavery and headed to a monastery in Gaul to study, where he adopted the Christian name “Patrick.” For the next 30 years, he traveled throughout the country, setting up monasteries and converting the natives. After his death in 461 (on March 17th), he was declared a saint. So what happened from there? The first St. Patrick’s Day Parade was in America in New York City in 1762, not Ireland, and consisted of Irish soldiers in the English military marching through the city. This was a chance for the soldiers to reconnect with their heritage. Ireland, on the other hand, does not have such a long history of St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. This changed around 1995, when the government made a push to use St. Patrick’s Day as a way to drive tourism and to showcase Ireland to the rest of the world. Parades and celebrations are now common in Ireland around this day (in fact, their celebrations last several days) and some one million people took part in last year’s festivities in Dublin. When people nowadays think of this day, they get an image of the shamrock in their head. Why? Its origins are rooted in Patrick himself. He used the shamrock as a way to show how the trinity works: three separate elements of the same entity. So wherever you are, whether you’re Irish or not, get out there and enjoy the day!

AFFORDABLE WAYS TO HAVE A FUN SPRING BREAK AT HOME If the closest you plan to get to a spring break getaway is watching it on MTV, you’re not alone. Gas prices have surged to an average of $3.55 a gallon, turning the idea of spring break into spring broke for many Americans. Oil has been trading above $100 a barrel for the last two weeks pushing airfares up as well. Jet fuel costs jumped by nearly 20 percent in January and according to a report by NPR, ticket prices have increased as much as 30 percent in recent weeks. If resting on the couch is more likely than resting on the beach this spring break, here are some affordable ways to have fun at home. Build a Home for Someone in Need - Don’t simply spend your spring break in front of the tube. Do something unforgettable with your time and help construct a home for someone in need. Connect with a local building project in your area through Habitat for Humanity. You’ll learn some new skills, help the less fortunate and maybe even work on that spring break tan. Go Camping - You don’t have to go to an exotic location to hunt down adventure. Chances are there’s something wild going on in

SPRING CLEANING CHORE CHECKLIST Groundhog or no, spring is on the way! Warming breezes scour the last of winter from house and garden. Spring rain awakens the earth and calls forth new life. Meet the rising sap with a new broom. Spring clean indoors and out to prepare home and hearth for the return of warm weather. Our spring cleaning chore checklist will help you take care of important seasonal chores and welcome Spring to an organized home: Around The House: • Schedule a family garage clean out. Create efficient storage for sporting goods, camping equipment, recreational vehicles and garden tools. You’ll have the jump on summer fun! • Inspect, clean and repair outdoor furniture. • Tour house exterior and grounds. Make a list of any needed seasonal maintenance. • Inspect the roof for winter damage: leaks, missing or broken shingles or tiles. Arrange for any needed repairs early; roofing contractors can be hard to find during summer’s construction season.

• Use a sunny Saturday to scrape, prime and paint peeling spots on trim or woodwork. You’ll protect wood against summer’s heat and moisture and prevent a more difficult paint job come fall. • Clear away any remaining dead foliage and weeds from beds and lawn. New growth will be protected from damage or disease. • Begin major spring landscaping projects. Spring’s the time to put in shrubs and trees, but check with your local extension office for specific planting recommendations for your area. The Inside Story: • Changing seasons, changing clothes. Hold a family wardrobe check as you bring out warm•weather clothing. Sort winter clothing for discards and donations before you store. • Hold a garage sale! De-clutter house and garage to turn trash into cash. Build your yard sale savvy here. • Pick a weekend and enlist the family for spring cleaning. Many hands make light work! Reward the team with dinner at a pizza parlor. • Wash windows inside and out. • While at the window area, check drapes and window treatments. Vacuum any dust; send dirtier drapes to the cleaners. • Move furniture and vacuum beneath it. • Arrange for a spring inspection of cooling systems. Don’t wait for the first hot day! Air conditioning firms will give better service when they’re not busy. • When the weather warms, deactivate heat system humidifiers. Check the system manual for instructions on how to power down for the summer. • Drain sediment from hot water heaters. By Cynthia Ewer - Editor, www.organizedhome.com.

SIRE, Houston’s Therapeutic Equestrian Centers
The only time our clients say they feel free is when they’re riding a horse in a brisk walk around the arena or driving a carriage through the wooded pastures or feel the nudge of a horse’s muzzle at their shoulder saying, “I’m glad to see you, my friend.” Nothing else can compare with therapy on horseback. Equineassisted activities improve physical balance and coordination, mental acuity, emotional stability and social interactions. At SIRE, we see miracles on horseback happen every day. The work of our dedicated volunteers helps guarantee that children and adults with disabilities in the Greater Houston Area will have the programs they need to live longer, healthier, more productive lives. In addition to their weekly work in the arena, many of our volunteers donate their time and talents at fund-raising events such as our annual Ride-A-Thon and the yearly Trailblazers Luncheon. Volunteers are on hand during the NARHA on-site certification and annual SIRE Show-Off and volunteers are vital to our Clients’ successes at the Top Hands Horse Show, during the Houston Rodeo and competition at the regional and state Special Olympics. Therapeutic horseback riding creates a bond of success between the rider and their horse. Volunteers are their own personal cheering section and the instructor

STANDUP FOR KIDS
How would you feel if you saved a kid’s life? StandUp For Kids is an all volunteer organization dedicated to saving the lives of at-risk and homeless kids through volunteer outreach efforts. Our volunteers search the streets in order to find, stabilize and otherwise help homeless and street kids improve their lives. Every day throughout the US thirteen kids die on the streets from abuse, disease and suicide. According to recent statistics Houston has up to 2,500 kids living on the streets at any given time. Texas has the highest rate of homeless youth in the U.S. StandUp For Kids needs supplies for our Houston program, which provides food, clothing, counseling and a safe environment for the homeless youth of Houston. If you or your organization would like to hold a food or clothing drive for StandUp For Kids, please contact me at HeatherE@standupforkids.org to learn more about StandUp For Kids or how you can help, visit our website at www.standupforkids. org. The single greatest need, for homeless and street kids is our continuous caring and real support. We must convince them that we care, we want them back and we want to help them get off the streets.

KIDS Folk Life Festival
needs fabric
I am collecting fabric and old sheets to make rag dolls at the KIDS Folk Life Festival on March 31st. At the Folk Life Festival we show people how to make rag dolls like they did years ago from scrap fabric. Last year we had almost 4,000 people who wanted to make these dolls but we ran out of fabric. I had no idea it would be such a popular station, so I am starting now asking for fabric donations. If you have any fabric (cotton is the best) or old sheets, let me know and I can come get it from you or you can drop it off at a school near you and I can collect it there. If you would like to volunteer at the folk life festival, please contact me at slbedwards@att.net.
GOLF TOURNAMENTS Talan Holmes Charity Golf Classic Talan Holmes Charity Golf Classic is a Golf Tournament that has one main goal. We are all about providing funds to a group of people who are born with Tebial Hemimelia (TH from here on). TH is a rare malformation, 1:1,000,000 or lack of formation of the Tibia which is the weight bearing bone in the bottom of the leg. This tournament started out to pay the medical expenses of Talan Holmes, the tournament chairman’s son. Talan has undergone his first surgery and is now working with his first prosthesis trying to learn to walk. Many families, like the Holmes family, are unaware of TH and until delivery don’t know that their child has TH. Our goal, while still paying the medical expenses of Talan, is to help other families that may not have the ability to raise their own funds or simply can’t raise enough to get their child the prosthesis that he or she needs. The Golf Tournament is on Friday, March 2, 2012 at the River Ridge Gold Club, 3133 Brazos Oak Lane, Sealy, TX 77474. Registration begins - 6:30 AM, Breakfast - 7:00 AM and Event Start Time - 9:00 AM
Daylight Savings Time Begins...set your clocks ahead one hour on March 11th!

The purpose of the Katy/West Houston Jazz Festival is to increase exposure of jazz, to extend jazz education for developing musicians and to provide entertainment of the jazz music medium in the Katy and West Houston areas. The Festival’s activities are non-competitive and dedicated to the development and preservation of this truly American art form. The Katy/West Houston Jazz Festival is also a uniquely different event for jazz music patrons. All attendees have the opportunity to hear big bands and combos comprised of student jazz musicians throughout the day, as well as featured guitar artists and aspiring music groups, via the component known as the Katy Guitar Fest. Each day then can be completed by attending the Featured Concerts on Friday and Saturday nights by world-renown jazz recording artists. Throughout the day an exhibit of outstanding visual artwork, by area and national artists, known as ARTkaty is on display and provides the opportunity for attendees to view, enjoy, and purchase fine artwork of the highest quality. More information about the featured jazz artists, featured guitar artists, and visual artists can be found on the website: www. WestHoustonJazz.com. When you have reached the website, you can sign up for updates on the artists and latest information pertaining to the Festival and the professional artists! You can also follow the latest “buzz” about the Katy/West Houston Jazz Festival on Facebook, a link to which can also be found on the website! Performance participation in the Katy/West Houston Jazz Festival is open to all student jazz ensembles (big bands and/or combos) at the middle school, junior high, high school and/or college levels. Performance and participation in the Katy Guitar Fest is encouraged for all guitarists of all ages and all genres of music. Registration forms for each of these components are available on the website: www. WestHoustonJazz.com. Student participating ensembles will receive professional constructive comments by renowned professional jazz artists after their performances, as well as participate in individualized instruction on their own musical instruments through “master classes” with the professional jazz artists. Topics and technical studies ranging from jazz interpretation to improvisation to composition and professional pathways in jazz are all included in the master classes. Festival attendees may attend any of the daily performances and art exhibit with the purchase of a daily admission wristband. Shuttle buses will be available, at no cost to Festival attendees, for transportation from the local Katy hotels (which offer reduced rates to Festival participants and attendees) to the Festival and return them to their original point of departure. Daily admission wristbands will be available at the entrance to the Katy High School Performing Arts Center or in the lobby of the following Katy hotels located at the Katy Mills Mall area: Best Western Plus; Hilton Garden Inn; Springhill Suites, by Marriott and the Residence Inn, by Marriott. Admission to the evening Feature Concerts is by ticket only. Tickets can be purchased at the Ticket Window of the Katy High School Performing Arts Center or in the lobby areas of the Katy hotels noted above during the days of the Festival, or in advance from any Katy ISD high school band member, Cinco Ranch Conservatory of Music or online at www.WestHoustonJazz.com. Please visit the website to receive information pertaining to the dates for ticket sales at a later time. Proceeds from the Festival go to support the jazz education at Katy ISD high schools.

Dr. Amy Vogt
Caring For Pets and the People Who Care for Them
Invite your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers to support this recycling pro-gram and donate their aluminum cans to Keep Kids Connected. Keep Kids Connected was created to help kids stay connected to family and friends while they undergo their treatment for cancer or any other life-threatening illness. The idea for the organization was created by Caitlyn Mortus who is, herself, a cancer survivor. While going through her treatments, she was given a Netbook computer from a family friend. The computer kept her in contact with her friends and helped keep her spirits up when she was in the hospital for her treatments or unable to have visitors. Her wish is that every kid battling cancer or any life-threatening illness be given a computer so they can stay connected to their family and friends while they are going through their treatments. Her wish has become our mission. For more information about Keep Kids Connected go to the website, www.keepkidsconnected.org or check out their Facebook page! If you would like to get on the contact list for upcoming events, email keepkidsconnected@gmail.com.

KATY TKD ACADEMY’S C3 BOOSTER CLUB COLLECTS TOYS & SUPPLIES FOR TOTS & MARINES Each year the Katy TaeKwonDo Academy’s C3 Booster Club holds several community events that benefit the Katy community. This past holiday season booster club supporters shined in their acts of “Community,” one of the valued “Cs” in the C3 Booster Club name. In December, the C3 Booster Club once again partnered with the U.S. Marines in their Toys For Tots toy drive and this year added a second collection drive - gathering supplies for an active Marine platoon. The generosity of Katy TKD Academy students and C3 Booster Club members was evident as toys mounded in Toys For Tots collection boxes. On “delivery day” Marine representatives joined academy students and staff to celebrate with a photo and a cheer to send off the toys to needy boys and girls.

Civil Air Patrol Cadet Earns Pilot’s License Cadet 2d Lt. Javier Rocha from Katy, Texas, earned his private pilot’s license in December 2011. The seventeen year old cadet first flew in a CAP Cessna as a passenger during an orientation flight in February of 2009. “During that flight, I knew instantly that I had to become a pilot.” His first act after receiving his license, was to proudly take each family member for a ride. Along with this accomplishment, Cadet Rocha has earned the Doolittle Award, a high honor for cadets. He holds a leadership position in the cadet squadron, has attended encampments for training in emergency services and takes an active part in ground team management during squadron search and rescue exercises. His goal after graduating high school is to obtain a commercial pilot’s license, go to college, then to join the Air Force as an officer in flight training. Javier is currently a senior at Cy-Springs High School.

The Fort Bend Symphony Orchestra returns to Katy on Saturday, March 24th, joining with the St. Peter’s United Methodist Church Choir, to present Theodore Dubois’s The Seven Last Words of Christ. The chamber concert begins at 7:30 PM at the church, located at 20775 Kingsland Blvd. The Seven Last Words of Christ provides a musical setting for seven phrases spoken by Jesus Christ while he hung dying on the cross. The phrases, taken from all four Gospels, are often shared in churches during Holy Week to help Christians reflect on the meaning of Good Friday. FBSO will accompany the choir with a smaller chamber orchestra consisting of strings and woodwinds. FBSO is under the direction of Katy resident Dr. Hector Agüero. The St. Peter’s choir is under the direction of David Galasso. General admission tickets are $10 each in advance or at the door. To purchase tickets, visit www.fbso.org or call 281-276-9642.

Following the services, children will be invited to an “instrument petting zoo” where they can see and hear up-close demonstrations of the orchestra instruments. Friday, April 6th - Good Friday “Journey to the Cross” begins at 10 AM and is an interactive walk through the events of Holy Week for young children and their families. “Stations of the Cross,” a worship service for all ages, will be held at both 3 pm and 7 pm.

Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Dept. has a computer-generated program called “Are You OK?” (RUOK). It is a computer-generated call intended for senior citizens (over 55) and disabled persons who live alone and could benefit from a daily check. A computer will generate a call each morning, at about the same time and the participant chooses a time frame. A voice will ask, “Are you OK?” After this, all they have to do is hang up the phone. If the participant goes out of town or leaves the residence for any time, you just temporarily un-subscribe and re-subscribe when you return. If the call goes unanswered, the computer will call back 3 times at 15-minute intervals. If there is still no answer, the sheriff will dispatch a deputy or the local police. They will have with them a print out of information on the person that is not responding to the calls. This program was established by FBC Sheriff Milton Wright, Commissioner’s Court and Ken Whitt (FBC Sheriff’s Citizens Academy Alumni Assoc.) in 1998. Many police chiefs in the county are also participating in the program and will proceed with the welfare check for citizens of their community. To request more information or to enroll in this free and very beneficial program, please call the Sheriff’s dept. at 281-341-4704.

Fort Bend County “Leash Law”
Animal control authorities are permitted to enter your Property to patrol and remove pets. Pets must be registered, licensed and inoculated as required by law. As a dog owner, you are responsible for the control of your dog. If your dog is one that ‘makes objectionable noise,’ you must make every effort to respect your Neighbor’s right to their ‘peace and quiet.’ When your dog is not in your yard, it is imperative that you keep your dog on a leash at all times. While your dog is friendly to you and your family, imagine the consequences if it were to harm someone while it was ‘roaming free.’ Please respect other resident’s right to walk the common area ground without fear of attack from an unleashed dog. Laws are written to ensure that owned animals are confined to their property or kept on a leash to free a community of unrestrained and free-roaming animals. Although most dog bites occur on the property where the dog lives, unrestrained or free-roaming dogs do pose a substantial threat to the public. In addition, unrestrained animals are at increased risk of being bitten by rabies infected wildlife. Enforcement of restraint laws is essential in enhancing the animal control program’s efforts to reduce the risk of rabies in our community.

LICENSING OF DOGS AND CATS The primary benefit of licensing animals is identification, should that animal become lost. Licensing also: • Ensures that rabies vaccination are current. • Allows for quick identification in case of a bite incident. • Provides revenue to offset the administration costs of the animal control program. VACCINATION Rabies vaccinations are a prerequisite for licensing dogs and cats because they are an important control measure for the public health threat of rabies. In addition to protecting pets, rabies vaccinations provide a barrier between infected wild animals and humans.

Katy Boy Scout receives heroism award Sean Payne of Katy Boy Scout Troop 925 recently received the very prestigious Heroism Award given by the Boy Scouts of America to scouts who have performed heroic acts. On July 10, 2010 Sean dove into a local swimming pool in Katy to pull his one-and-half year old brother Ethan from the the pool after Ethan accidently went down the steps and into water too deep for him to get out without help. Both Sean and brother Ethan were unhurt and Troop 925 are very proud of Sean! .

SPRINKLER REPAIR SPECIALISTSS
TREES AND SHRUBS • Plant container-grown trees and shrubs as soon as possible. In shady areas, where grass is difficult to grow, consider planting a dependable groundcover such as English ivy, Asian jasmine, vinca or one of the prostrate junipers. • Prune spring flowering and evergreen shrubs during early March. However, be sure to prune spring flowering shrubs after they have bloomed. • Fertilize with a pre-plant application of a slow-release fertilizer analysis such as 19 - 5 - 9 at the rate of 3 pounds per 100 square feet of garden planting area. Early March is the ideal time to fertilize landscape plants because you give them food just before the spring growing season starts.

Planting the Right Tree in the Right Place CenterPoint Energy understands that the responsible planting of trees is a way to care for our environment and beautify our community, yet we are also committed to the safe and reliable delivery of electricity. Our professional tree pruning program is integrated into our daily operations to help make this possible. Trees that grow close to CenterPoint Energy’s electrical poles and lines will be pruned by a professional tree trimming company under contract with CenterPoint Energy. Any vegetation greater than 10 feet in height will be removed from high-voltage transmission line rights-of-way. Palm trees growing near power lines create unique issues. Unlike other trees, palms grow in a straight, vertical line, with a single growing point at the top of the tree. Because of this single-growth point, normal pruning techniques are not effective. With most trees, crews are able to direct the growth away from power lines using proper pruning techniques, but growth of palm trees cannot be redirected. If you choose to include palm trees in your landscape, CenterPoint Energy recommends a planting distance of 20 - 40 feet to reduce the risk of windblown fronds contacting power lines. Consumers should plant palm trees far enough away from power lines that no part of the tree ever grows within 10 feet of the line. CenterPoint Energy encourages you to plant the “Right Tree in the Right Place” by thinking about the mature height of a tree and its distance from power lines before planting. For more information on safe planting practices and a list of power line-friendly trees, visit CenterPointEnergy.com/trees.

Weʼre here when you need us Having a sick or injured child can be very scary. The last thing you want to do is wait hours in the Emergency Room not knowing if they ’ll be alright.
21700 Kingsland Boulevard, Suite 104
If you or your family member has a non-life-threatening injury or illness, such as an ear infection, cold, fever, cut, bruise, sprain, or even a broken bone, we’re here to see you seven days a week, offering the convenience of a walk-in clinic with the expertise of an emergency room. The center offers in-house X-ray, lab and EKG services to our patients. Our goal is to get patients in and out within an hour.
