The 2013 assessment statements have been mailed to each homeowner. If you have not received your statement please contact Preferred Management Services at 281-897-8808. The assessment is due January 1, 2013 and considered late if not received by January 31, 2013. Interest and other collection fees may apply after January 31, 2013. Please visit the Association’s website at www. Preferredmgt.com/bearcreek for additional information. This website is for the exclusive use of Bear Creek Meadows homeowners only. If you are unable to make your payment in full and you have not previously defaulted on an approved payment plan, you may contact Preferred Management Services at 281-897-8808 to see if you qualify. If you are paying your assessment through your banks online bill pay, please note the change in mailing address for payments located on your payment coupon. Fences The Board of Directors would like to remind all homeowners that it is your responsibility to check perimeter fences in your yard. The Association is only responsible for a handful of fences as stated in the deed restrictions. If your lot is not one that is listed; then you must maintain the fence as it was originally installed. Any repairs or replacement of a perimeter fence must be made exactly as the fence is now. No alterations and no staining. Trash Containers The Board of Directors would like to remind all homeowners that trash containers are to be placed out of street view (behind a fence or in the garage) after 8 PM on trash pick up days ONLY and remain out of street view at all times. Shopping Carts If you are removing a shopping cart from any stores property, you are stealing. Several carts are found in the community each week and not returned to the store. This is not only theft but also detracts from the look of the community. Please do not bring shopping carts into the neighborhood and leave them.
