SILVER TOWERS - WINDOW & PTAC REPLACEMENT NEW YORK, NY This project for I.M. Pei’s Silver Towers in Greenwich Village consisted of replacing 1662 windows and 1432 PTACs (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners) across 3 thirty-story buildings. Because the buildings are Landmarked, the new assemblies installed were required to meet New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission’s requirements in addition to city mandated environmental designations, and sound ratings. Intense acoustical testing was performed to develop an appropriate wall assembly. I, as a part of a team of architects, oversaw the installation of each window and PTAC unit to ensure each installation was carried out to the highest quality standard.

WASHINGTON SQURE VILLAGE - WINDOW REPLACEMENT NEW YORK, NY Similar to Silver Towers, This project at Washing Square village consisted of the replacement 2,875 windows at the four-building residential complex. We observed the installation of each window to ensure the highest standards of quality.
