Laura Negron and Kenny DiFiore Wedding Timeline Saturday, February 18th, 2012 Guests=70-75 To Do: 1. Confirm with florist that they are bringing ladies' bouquets to hotel room around 10:30-11am. 2. Provide hotel room numbers that morning to photographer. 3. Leave a small pile of your “detail� type items 4. Let family members/friends know where they need to be for the photographs and when. 9-9:30am-Photographer arrives at Sorelli Hair Salon, 2715 North Harbor City Boulevard, Melbourne, FL to capture you and the ladies getting ready. 9:30-10am-Photographer leaves Sorelli and travels to your hotel, Courtyard Marriott 2101 W New Haven Avenue, Melbourne, Florida 32904, while you finish getting your hair and makeup done. 10-10:30am-With your permission, I'll go into the hotel room and start photographing your detail shots. I'll also get the men's room number from you and do some prep shots of them at this time if time permits. Bride will be traveling back from the salon around this time. Details: gown, shoes, invite, save the date, jewelry, ringbearer pillows, bouquets, garter, perfume, something blue Rings-Bride will be wearing e-ring (will photograph when she arrives), groom will have wedding bands 10:30-11:10am-Bride gets into dress and preps with ladies at the hotel. 11:10-11:55am-Photographer captures bride formals and casuals inside and outside of hotel, then we get you with each bridesmaid, you with all the bridesmaids, you with the FG if she is there, you with your parents, and you with your immediate family outside the hotel. Basically, all the shots you had listed for the church that are solo shots, we typically do before, just so we have some different backgrounds. If we miss something, we can do it after the church. Bride can return to hotel room, relax, and refresh before traveling to church. 12:10-12:40-Photographer photographs the groom, groomsmen, and groom's immediate family outside of the church prior to the ceremony and checks in with the priest (Father Carl). Church coordinator is Ingrid. Ladies will not be leaving hotel until 12:40. (Bride and maids will be in limo outside) Requested Shots: Programs 1:00-2:00-Ceremony (Photographer-stay on sides and behind guests in pews) Tips for the best photography: Hold bouquets at belly button When you come down the aisle, look ahead, not at the person fixing your train, and PAUSE., walk slowly Hold your kiss for three seconds at the end of the ceremony. When you do the recessional, come down the aisle and then sneak into a side room to let everyone exit for the petal toss. 2:00-2:10-Flower petals tossed outside for exit 2:10-2:40-Family photos outside the church (if nice) or inside the church (if raining)
