Tell immediate family members when to be present for photography based on schedule below. Best man should have the rings at the groom groom’s parents’ house for photography purposes. Let extended family members know to remain behind at the ceremony space after the receiving line for f photographs. Let your DJ/Stratigos know that we are aiming for 6:30 intros and meal service so that you can go to the park for photographs. If you need to reach me for an any reason, my number is 412.983.2102. My assistant’s number is 412.980.0777 Send me, if possible, the image your groom was requesting in the pews/chairs as a reference. Ask a take-charge bridesmaid to stand near you during receiving line and keep line flowing so we can make sure you get to the park in plenty of time. Let me know if there are any changes to the schedule or requested shots!

11:00am-12:10pm-Photographer Photographer begins at Michelle Bella Boutique, 219 Main St, Irwin, PA 15642 by capturing the preparations for the ladies. Requested Images: prep, tiara 12:10-12:30pm- Photographer travels to the groom’s prep area, the groom’s parents’’ home, at 33 Forest Ave, Greensburg, PA 15601. 12:30-1:00pm- Photographer captures groom’s prep with groomsmen and any family members present at Forest Avenue Home. Details: wedding bands, possible card/gift from bride if present present, handwritten vows if present 1:00-1:30pm-Photographer Photographer travels to Stratigos Banquet Center at 131 Colonial Manor Road, North Huntingdon, PA 15642. 1:30-2:00pm- Photographer hotographer captures ladies’ prep and details in the bridal suite. Details: Invite, shoes, garters, bride’ss bouquet, ladies ladies’ candleholders, sixpence, necklace, bracelet, earrings, e-ring, gown, perfume, card/gift from groom if present, something blue if possible,, handwritten vows if present 2:00-2:45pm-Photographer Photographer photographs the groom, groomsmen, and groom’s immediate family at Stratigos. We will meet in the reception room. Bride will remain hidden away in bridal suite. The groom and groomsmen groomsm should be dressed and ready at 2:00,, and family should be dressed and ready by 2:20pm.

2:45-3:00pm-Bride finishes prep and puts gown on at 2:45pm in bridal suite. We will do some natural and some staged shots of prep with the bride’s gown. We will then begin bride, bridesmaids, and immediate family formals. Bridesmaids should be dressed and ready at 2:45pm, bride’s immediate family should be dressed and ready for portraits at 3:15pm. 3:00-4:00pm-Photographer will make sure to notify groom and groomsmen to stay in reception room while bride and maids begin outdoor photography. 4:00-4:30pm-Set up for ceremony and bride can refresh and relax, ushers begin seating arriving guests


Requested images: programs, reception room tables and details if they are set up and ready including cake, flowers on seats during ceremony as memorial 4:30-5:00pm-Ceremony (Photographer’s note to self-there is an exit sign prominent behind altar area—bride will see about camouflaging with venue’s permission or we will try to shoot around it). Requested images: readings, unity candle, groom’s face seeing bride for the first time Ceremony tips for best results: 1. 2. 3. 4.

Walk slowly and look ahead at groom or at guests or at dad instead of looking back at the train of the gown. Keep flowers at belly button level. Pause before walking down the aisle. Hold your kiss for three seconds at the end of the ceremony.

5:00-5:15pm-Receiving line, photographer will monitor time and bridesmaid will work to keep line moving 5:15-5:30pm-Formal and family images near ceremony site. If possible at this time, we will do pew shot as requested by groom (example to be provided if possible). 5:30-5:40pm-Travel to Indian Lake Park, Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA 15642 with bridal party. 5:40-5:55pm-Bridal party shots at park Requested images: whole party (B/G/3 ladies/2 men) 5:55-6:15pm-Bride and groom alone Requested images: fountain, covered bridge, serious, and photojournalistic shots 6:15-6:25pm-Travel back to Stratigos at 131 Colonial Manor Road, North Huntingdon, PA 15642. 6:25-6:30pm-Bride will have dress bustled, photographer will prepare for introduction to reception. (Photographer’s note to self: capture cake before cutting, mark off introduction spot for pose). 6:30-6:45pm-Introductions, cake cut, open mic toasts, meal service begins 6:45-6:50pm-Sunset shots with bride and groom outside Stratigos if they would like (Photographer’s note-Sunset is at 6:45), there may be a slideshow during meal service 6:50pm-onwards-Reception photography (Reception end time is 10:15pm-photographer will touch base after all major events are completed) Details: sweetheart table, cake, guestbook, servers, cake topper, toasting flutes, favors tucked into napkin, hockey roster as escort cards, pennants on tables, CP’s, hockey related items such as pucks, memorial flowers at reception tables, gift table, cookie table, animal related items such as cat photo/felt heart, Penguins pennant, zombie sign, card box, painting with pelicans, an umbrella from the bridal shower Events: first dance, M/D, M/S, bridal party dance, open dancing, B/G toss, $ dance, exit shot Any other groupings/requested reception images?
