Process of wastewater treatment • Dissolved air flotation method Different technologies have been developed to purify wastewaters from industries like Dissolved air flotation in which air is dissolved at high pressure in the wastewater and then releasing it at the normal pressure of 1 atm which causes bubbles to arise taking away dissolved oil and solid particles to the surface of water which can be easily removed with a skimming device. • Tpi-Cpi-Oil Water Separator method This method is also widely being used for the separation of oil and solid particles from industrial wastewater. TPI-CPI- Oil water separator makes use of a special set up which has specific types of equipment developed through advanced technologies and special arrangements. It separates minutes oil particles from the wastewater and compresses them to a large droplet which is removed from the wastewater.
