To create this collection, I researched the world famous Mardi Gras celebration in New Orleans. The tradition is a wild and crazy celebration that lasts about two weeks, with at least a parade day. I took my silhouettes from the traditional Zulu costumes and designed prints based on the chaos and the trash that is left in the streets after the completion of the celebration. 9

For Victor & Rolf, I developed an Athletic Wear Collection. The brand is currently without this type of wear, but with athleticism becoming a trend, I decided that it would be an opportunity for the brand to attract a younger audience. This collection is based on AI (Artificial Intelligence) and revolves around a cyborg who is obsessed with being perfect.

locked heart patterns for the creative
35
The patterns I created are representative of the artist trapped in a normal 9-5. A Creative Spirit must create. If one cannot create one cannot be free. I drew a heart in chains trapped in a bottle, wavy bars, a creative woman caught in between two lives, and a woman with her mouth forced closed to create these patterns. 36
