Fondant Made Easy & Topsy Turvy Combined Bonus Class
 November 10 - 11, 2014 (10:00 am to 5:00 pm)- In this class you will learn to make delicious fondant and white chocolate clay. You will be taught the essentials needed to overlay a frosted cake with fondant, assemble multiple layers with cake support systems, beautifully decorate, and safely transport a 3 tier wedding cake. Students will create a 3 tier project using the tricks and techniques taught during the class. Students will also receive DVD’s “Making Fabulous Fondant” & “Gum Paste & Chocolate Modeling Clay” . Bonus: Topsy Turvy will also be covered in this class & include free DVD Students will need some cake decorating experience.
Class begins at 10:00am and ends at 5:00pm. All equipment is provided. You will love this rewarding and creative experience! Lunch will be provided.

Topsy Turvy Crooked Cakes
 November 10 - 11, 2014 (10:00 am to 5:00pm)- Last Chance for months!!! Next classes in October 2014. In this class you will learn how to create a “Topsy Turvy” cake using Patty’s original unique new method. Your cakes will be sturdy and sound. Hands on experience making various whimsical bows and flowers, using textured rolling pins, rolled ribbon roses, hand rolled pearls, diamonds, stripes, polka dots, ribbon wiggles, etc.
Students will create a 3 tier project using these tricks and techniques. Each student will also receive copies of the DVD’s “Gum Paste & Chocolate Modeling Clay” & “Topsy Turvy Crooked Cakes”
This is an intimate semi-private class with no more than 5 students per class. Intermediate level only,students must have prior fondant experience. All equipment is provided. Just bring an apron and a smile for a great time. You will love this rewarding and creative experience! Lunch will be provided.

Fondant Made Easy/ & Cricut Cake
 March 3 - 5, 2015 (10:00 am - 5:00 pm)3 Day Class Mon-Tues Fondant Easy/ Wed Cricut Cake. This class will be a combination of Patty’s Fondant Made Easy Class AND Cricut Cake. During the first two days, Patty will teach you how easy it is to make delicious fondant and chocolate modeling clay, and how to cover a real cake or styrofoam dummies. Basic decorating techniques such as dots, quilting, embroidery designs,vines, stripes, diamonds, various borders, lace, simple flowers will be taught. Each student will complete a 3 tier project (styrofoam dummies), and receive the DVD’s “Making Fabulous Fondant” and “Gum Paste & Chocolate Modeling Clay”. Each student will complete a 2 tier project, and receive two DVD’s “Simple Designs Using Cricut Cake” & “Advanced Designs Using Cricut Cake and Design Studio”.
Just bring an apron and a smile (and your Cricut Cake if possible) for a great time. You will love this rewarding and creative experience! Lunch will be provided.

Designs Using CRICUT CAKE Electronic Cutter
 March 5, 2015 (10:00 am-5:00 pm)- $50 Discount if you take it with Fondant Made Easy class. Students must have prior fondant and gumpaste experience. First a demo on making gumpaste for use with the Cricut. Hands-on experience using proper methods for rolling out the gumpaste and applying to the cutting mats. Bring your own Cricut Cake machine (or you may share one of ours). Each student will complete a two tier project, and receive two DVD’s “Simple Designs Using Cricut Cake” & “Advanced Designs Using Cricut Cake and Design Studio”. We also have a few machines for sale at unbelieveable prices. You will love this rewarding and creative experience. Lunch will be provided.
