Introduction My passion - Martial Arts Martial arts always interested me, my training began at the age of 17. In the beginning it was teakwondo but over the years I have been chasing and looking increasingly newer and effective fighting techniques. In 2000 I was invited by the schools to organize a show where I won the first place by presenting military combat. Then I decided to join the army. I used to special commando unit in Poland where I taught combat. In 2010, my passion ended the accident where I broke the tendon and muscle in the knee. Long rehabilitation prevented me from training and I had to finish work in the army. After being convalidated I put everything on one card and moved to Norway. The desire to return to training and motivation led to finding a club to start his passion back. In Trondheim I met Fu-Shih Kenpo and Grandmaster Raul Gutierrez Lopez's , learning and learning style allowed me to reach the national instructor in Norway and Poland in 2015 and to represent this style at home and abroad. In 2016 I won 1 dan and in 2017 2 dan and regional instructor IPSA.Currently, I run training and seminars throughout Europe. I am the director of IMA GROUP international martial arts group.which combines all styles of fighting, our motto "go together not separately". I have created a martial arts magazine for anyone who, like me, is interested in martial arts to meet, learn what styles are in Europe and in the world. What are the stories and resources today, the world is becoming increasingly dangerous, many wars and terrorist attacks cause and lead to self-improvement in combat skills to feel safe. I invite you to read.

The fighting skills of the ninja THE BACKGROUND Who does not know them, the Ninja, the shadow warriors of Japan, from the Anime and Mangas films? They are known as Shinobi in Japan. Everyone knows the fighting style Ninjutsu these days, from which there are three branches. They are called X-Kan.
Ninjutsu is an over 900-year-old Japanese martial art dating back to the feudal epoch. It had been kept secret for many centuries, whereas passed on only to a few chosen disciples. It was only in March 1962 that today's Grand Master Yoshiaki Massaki Hatsumi (* 2 Dec 1931) decided to reveal the style of Takamatsu Toshitsugo to the world, in this connection starting to teach Ninjutsu to disciples from Europe, and the USA. However, other Ninjutsu masters preferred to keep themselves in the background. These styles are Ninjutsu branches without bloodline, meaning that the representatives of which have no real Ninja as their descendants. Yet only one of them was taught by a genuine Ninja. For instance, Dr. Yoshiaki Massaki Hatsumi taught by the real Iga-Ninja Takamatsu Toshitsugo and received the master letter (Menkyo-Kaiden) of some style directions in 1972. This is the origin of today's Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu, which was before known as Togakure Ryu.
The Genbukan Ninpo Bugei and the Jissen Jinekan Kobudo were developed by Tsunehisa Shoto Tanemura and Fumio Manaka. Both styles were developed out of the Bujinkan fighting style. One Ninjutsu branche in the USA, known as To-Shin-Do, was founded by Stephen K Hayes. Other authentic divisions are Hiden Ninpo Bugei, which came from Genbukan Ninpo Bugei, and Yamato Ryu developed by Massaki Ikebe of Yokohama (direct ninja descendent). There is also Banke Shinoden from the mountainous region taught by Jinichi Kawakami from Koka. There is also another Ninjutsu style in the village of Togakure in the Nagano Prefecture (province -⾧野県, Nagano-ken) and run by master Terufumi Yamaguchi, a direct ninja descendent.
This is all about the real ninjas in Japan who are who still teaching authentic ninjutsu today. Update: 2017 Thorsten Ritz, 42 years old, professional bodyguard and instructor for security forces, supervisor of the Ninjutsu Academy Bremen, former German representative of the Genbukan Ninpo Bugei style for 12 years and style founder of today’s Hiden Ninpo Bugei.
Thorsten Ritz has studied the following styles: Bujinkan, Jinenkan, Genbukan, Ban Shinobi Clan, Yamato Ryu. He has also learned some Ju Jutsu (Jap.Ryu-ha). All these fight schools form the basis of what Thorsten calls the Hiden Ninpo Bugei style, which he sees as quasi the pure essence of what he had learnt. Nevertheless, Thorsten Ritz still receives instructions from master Massaki Ikebe (Yamato-Ryu). As a child, he attended survival courses given by RĂźdiger Nehberg, a survival expert and book author. Thorsten Ritz is now considered an experienced close combat trainer and ninja expert both in Asia and Europe. More than 450 Ninjutsu learners have come to his dojo in Bremen for the last couple of years and benefitted from his knowledge. His favourite hobbyhorse is unarmed close combat without "gaps", as he himself says. Yet he is also very skilled at using the stab, stick, sword, shoge, and shuriken. His disciples report on his immense ability with the knife. Thorsten Ritz travels worldwide in order to teach police units, the military, anti-terror & anti-hostage groups in close combat. He does not do it for fun.As far as Youtube is concerned, Thorsten Ritz is one step ahead and has 1759 subscribers, which means that he has conquered a top position in the European martial art slot. His Youtube Channel is the Ninjutsu Knowledge Factory.
It does not come as a surprise that Thorsten Ritz is included in ninja reference books such as “Takamatsu Toshitsugu: Die Biographie einer Kampfkunstlegende” by Wolfgang Ettig as source 218. Training takes place on the third floor of the Hiden Ninpo Bugei dojo in Bremen, on Mondays and Fridays, from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm at ATS Buntentor, Kornstraße 157. THE DEFINITION An explanation about the exact meaning of Ninjutsu [nin.dʑɯ.tsɯ] (Jap. 忍術) comes obligatorily after a description about the nature of a ninja and the concrete meaning of the syllable Nin, which has a lot of connotations in the Japanese language. The Japanese character Nin is used in many words such as: Ninja, Ninjutsu, Ninpo, Nintai, Ninniku and so on. The sign Nin is composed of two stems. The upper stroke is called "Yaiba" and means “to prepare the way for the blade”. The lower stroke is called "Kokoro" or Shin, which is the translated as “heart”. As already said, the symbol Nin can also be found in the word Nintai, which means persistence, perseverance, and patience.
Some other meanings for the syllable Nin are: man, human love, humanity, kindness, duty, task, office, endure, bear, hide, avoid, stand, cruel, brutal. In addition to this, there is a suitable description from the "Bansenshukai", which literally translated means "All rivers flow into the sea." The source for this is in the 10-piece volume, where the following text appears: Upon entering the enemy's camp in a dangerous mission, your heart must be hard, cold, and sharp as a sword blade. If the heart is soft and weak, the moment you face an opponent, you’ll panic and the mission will fail. If the heart is uncertain, the enemy can easily see this indecision. This situation will not only lose you your own life, but will also cost you both your family and your leader, and possibly even endanger your country. A Ninpo practitioner must have the kind of heart that cuts as soon as it is touched, and like a sharp and cold sword blade free from contamination, keeping the enemies in constant alertness.
The Bansenshukai refers to the combination of perseverance and humility (Japanese Ninniku Seishin) as a basic component of every Ninja warrior (Japanese Shinobi no Mono), as well as a pure heart. The name Ninja (jap. Shinobi no Mono) means the master of obscurity and stealth. This term was coined by "Shotoku Taishi" in the Asakusa period in 593, who is also well-known in Japan for having spread Buddhism in the country. The Japanese term Shinobi is composed of three stems: door (jap. Shi), expert or professional (Jap. No) and information (Jap. Bi), thus SHINOBI. That is where the term ninja comes from. The ninjas were called "Kan" from 2300 BC during the reign of Emperor Fukki Shinno and the Emperor Kotei, stretching to the reign of the Emperor "Ken-en Tei" around 1900 before Christ, and the Spring and Autumn Annals or Chunqiu period between 722 and 81 BC. This can also be observed in the Chinese strategy book “Sunzi”. In it, ninjas are regarded as the most important individuals (agents) of every army. The Chinese syllable KAN means literally gap or crack (Chin. Kan). If one considers an agent’s order to peep the enemy’s planning process through a tent’s air slit or roof gap, and if the agent goes on to successfully enter the tent and take away the plans afterwards, the definition of a ninja becomes thus clear.
Historical Knowledge: In China, spies able to plan ingenious strategies and invade the enemy’s camps were known as Saisaku Yutei, or Kansei Saisaku. A Yutei is a Chinese combination of a detective with an actor. The term is 1000 years old. In ancient Chinese books, such as the Rikuto, actor warriors were named Yushi. An expert at disappearance is called Tongyo in the Chinese book GOZASSO. This is also the name for the most difficult technique of the Ninpo, Tongyo-no-jutsu, or The Art of Disappearance. Other Japanese Ninja Names and Terms: Shinobi: Agent of stealth Kusa: meaning grass, pointing out that someone is hiding in the grass or is trained since childhood to be around when needed. It should not be confused with the term YAKUZA (893), the Japanese Mafia. The word Suppa means “the ones who seek for information and then reveal it, whereas the term Rappa cover those who spread misinformation Toppa describes those who lead to a place or the information source. Onmitsu means literally being quiet and silent.
The definition of Ninpo & Ninjutsu The term Ninpo has existed since the nineteenth century. Nowadays, most people understand Ninjutsu as the art of the Ninja and connect it with the Hollywood-influenced “bad guy character with super powers, or a black-dressed assassin able to vanish in a smoke cloud. Most combat sports include the ideogram path (Jap. do) such as Aikido, Judo, Kendo, Taekwondo, Hap Ki Do, Karate-Do, Iaido, Kyudo, and so on. As far as Ninpo is concerned, this ideogram is not used, but Ho or Po. Why? Ho or Po is used in many religions, such as "The Law of Buddha" (Buapo). The real meaning of Po in the Japanese language is eternal truth. The word Ninpo contains the syllable Po, because it has a deep, partial religious component. The combination of those two syllables and aspects (NIN & PO) allows the creation of a successful term. The notation contributes to the union of the martial arts (Jap bumon) and the spiritual component (Jap.Shumon). Figuratively, the right hand "bumon" and the left hand "shumon" belong together as part of an intact and balanced body, both physically and mentally. This is similar to the Chinese philosophy of Yin & Yang.
Terms like Do and Ho or Jutsu have different meanings, which are best understood when one visualizes a mountain. Jutsu or Do shows different ways to reach the mountain. Some of them are difficult, or pleasant or extremely long. Do is not a peculiar term in the Japanese language or in martial arts either, The syllable can also be found in other areas of culture in Japan, such as dance, music, painting, and tea ceremony (Cha-Do). It is difficult to come across someone who has succeeded in reaching the mountain. But once one arrives there, where else should they go? One can picture Ho or Po as a passing cloud in the sky above the mountain. Ninpo students travel on this cloud, enjoy the harmonious interaction with Nature and live everlastingly. The Chinese sign Ho consists of two stems. parts. The first one means water (Chin. Sanzui), while the second means “to follow, to emerge (Chin. Saru).
Only through deep contemplation it is possible to describe it as the circulation of the water. The rain falls from the clouds on the mountain, runs down into the valley and becomes the river that flows into the sea, only to be evaporated by the sun and turned into a cloud again. The endless law of the water cycle is encompassed into the meaning of Ho. In ancient Sanskrit India was called Ho Darum, where the famous personification of eternal truth is called Daruma. An enlightened warrior will never be satisfied with the Do principle. His goal is to understand the eternal truth, to live in harmony with the laws of Nature, and to fully develop his martial art knowledge. Therefore Ninpo Bugei should never be called NINDO or merely NINJUTSU, but only Ninpo Bugei. This ancient martial art remains, like the rain, permanently moving, and thus constantly fresh.
Interview with Thorsten Ritz The following interview was included so that the reader may be given more insights into the work of the master and also may understand the significance of his art. Question: What are the reasons for you to teach your martial art in Bremen, and not in Berlin, which would bring you a lot more customers into your dojo? Is it not difficult concerning the amount of martial arts dojos already in Bremen? TR: I live in the countryside near Bremen, and I also would like people to come to my dojo. Yet only the most motivated martial arts practitioners turn up in the dojo. Besides, competition is good for business and makes it thrive. Well, I think that I am the only one in Bremen whose teaching unit lasts exactly two hours, from 19.30 to 22.00 pm. Our martial arts are too valuable for the masses. I would not teach Ninjutsu to folk who just turn up in the dojo because they happen to live around the corner. Nevertheless, I think we are among the many martial arts offers around hard to find, nearly invisible.
Question: How many people do take these personal hardships to come and learn with you? TR: It is not important to mention numbers, but just for precision’s sake, we have had something more than 450 students over the last three years. I am the one who carefully chooses the people, and they come from all over the country to us. I have trained 23 black belts since 2003. Question:Taking into consideration the great number of students you have had, are these not just a few black belts? TR: Right! But quality is more important for me that quantity. Those black belts frequently become association managers in other styles. The level I offer is extremely high. I would like all other martial arts providers to see and respect the high quality level taught in my dojo. Question:Are today's ninjutsu-style providers like the Bujinkan, or Genbukan and Jinenkan not too commercialised? TR: In my opinion, I think the exact opposite is the case. Ninjutsu offers a variety of marketing possibilities. Nevertheless, it is very difficult to become a master in these styles. Some offerors are only after the money, you pay through the nose to obtain certificates, belts, badges, passports, examinations, trophies, etc.
There is also the greed for power and recognition, association deals, envy in all kinds of associations. Therefore, I have founded my own association after having improved the fundamental basic techniques and adapted them into today’s environment
Question:What is the difference between you and your competitors and why should someone come to yourschool? TR: Well, I have to go far back. A few basic features are, for example, where in which school dojo can one learn sensory training, balance? In which schools can one find a programme for targeted bilateral body coordination? Which dojo has 13 basic drop techniques? The answer is that I do not known a single school in Europe that teaches everything uniformly. These are some of the reasons for which a student should consider to come to us.
Question:What are the main characteristics of the Ninjutsu style? And what are the benefits students should expect to take, if they visit the dojo in Bremen? TR: A whole hour of Ninjutzu training leads to the consumption of 600 calories. We decrease stress. The whole body gets gradually strengthened, not only its individual extremities. Self-awareness also increases greatly. Our martial art improves specifically the body flexibility. All exercises do make the cardiovascular system stronger. One learns better how to deal with defeats and how to be self-disciplined. Our martial art promotes the development of endurance, patience, and leadership skills. One learns how to fight in a controlled environment under expert guidance. One trains one‘s awareness of the situation. It is easier to assess an opponent or a danger more easily. One nurtures self-discipline and other life abilities. One learns and improves social skills, including the ability to set oneself goals and how to achieve them. One increases one's own self-respect. One tries always to find out a peaceful solution. One learns to listen properly and teamwork traits are developed. There is a general improvement in other life aspects. One learns to appreciate the contact with Nature and other living beings. Finally, one also learns to respect other folk‘s opinions. Those are only some of the benefits we offer.
Quotefrom a Batman film: “From great power emerges great responsibility. Question: What does one need to train with you? TR: black jacket,12 ounces, a towel, a pair of black socks, a bottle of water and to will to withstand. Question: At what age is it allowed to train with you? TR: The training age is 15, not younger! Question: Is it true that you help other schools to attract students? TR: Yes, that is true. I help other schools (Dojos) to win students, mainly through Facebook ads, Google Adwords or through targeted actions. In addition, I help some schools to create a Youtube account and to develop their own websites. In return, we offer seminars together. It is a win-win situation. Question: How can one see on Facebook that you are often giving courses, seminars, and workshops abroad? How does it work and what is normally shown? TR: Yes, that's true. How it works ... I am invited and try to convey my knowledge within the time provided and it is allowed to record some content on video during the seminar. Each participant receives a certificate at the end of the course. The courses are affordable for everybody. The benefit for both sides is increased by its multiple through the affordable price. Thereupon, I adapt the courses to the wishes of the customers, each professional group with a different focus. I would like to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Question: Is it true that you offer your customers a money back guarantee? TR: Yes, in case of dissatisfaction, the course fee will be always refunded. Question: How many participants have already got the fee refunded, honestly? TR: Sad, but true to this day, no one was dissatisfied with my performance. Question: Where to find more information & material? TR: At www.ninjutsu-akademie.org. This website is coming soon in English and Spanish! Trainingsadrese: ATS-BUNTENTOR, KornstraĂ&#x;e 157, Dojo on the third floor. Training takes place every Monday and Friday from 19.30 to 22.00. Our DVDs are available on eBay and Amazon as: Ninjutsu-Lern DVD by Oliver Schindelhauer and me. Our Youtube Channel is the Ninjutsu Knowledge Factory. Kombat Silat is a modern system of self defense of Modern Warrior. The best defense on the street technics of the Indonesian, Chinese and Philippine Martial Arts in ONE UNIQUE SYSTEM: Silat Harimau, Kuntao, Mande Muda, Serak, Panantukan, Maphilindo, Kung Fu, Silat Buaya, Sarong, Karambit. THE THREE BASIC PRINCIPLES The Kombat Silat fighting style is composed of techniques such as strangling, levers, kicks, kicks-off the floor and others that allow one to immobilize and bring down the opponents. It focuses not only on the classical techniques but also on attacks from short distance and targets the weak points of the lower body (knees, ankles, etc.). With Kombat Silat one can learn various effective manoeuvres as well as defend even from the sneakiest opponent’s attacks.
1. Martial Art is in continuous evolution As knowledge about the Kombat Silat widens one’s fighting style changes. In other words, Kombat Silat is not a stagnant style. 3. Effectiveness and aesthetics Powerful technique goes hand in hand with aesthetics of the style. The Kombat silat practitioner’s movements have to be harmonious. Perfection and efficiency has to be achieved in order to master the technique that consists of simple, slick, acute, explosive, rapid and precise steps.
2. Integration of the Martial Art In order to improve the fighting style other Martial Arts can be integrated.
Techniques and themes covered in the course: Difference between aggressiveness and violence How to remain calm when facing danger How to settle a physical conflict How to set oneself free from different types of handles Basic principles of defence against punches, kicks or weapons Handling a situation when threatened with a knife Defence when on the ground/knocked down Review one’s skills Changing the framework of one’s technique Learn to take responsibility Understanding what it means to be a victim
LEARNING AT THE STUDIO 1. The main objective when defending or attacking (boxing, kick, levers, throws, knee strikes, disarming, etc.) is to develop an instinctive movement free of restrictions. 2. Defence is usually with bare hands even from weapons such as knives, sarong (skirt), a floor, Karambit, machete, etc. It is important to develop an instinct for outdoor fights using bare hands and attacks with different items. 3. Learning the principles of the Philippine boxing. Philippine boxing envisages various kinds of attacks: from elbow and knee blows to the head, to "dirty" kicks, which are usually considered as not acceptable in fighting sports. Action in La Herradura At the beginning of May a meeting of instructors was held in La Herradura. The subject of the classes was kata and kama, technical training like working on bags and shields. The weather in La Herradura was very nice and conducive to training.
In the first week came champion Krzysztof Adamczyk from Norway. After a nice welcome by the great master we went from Malaga to La Herradura, a week was conducted on techniques of dragon and tiger as well as work on the bag and shields. At the end of the week he took the exam for the next belt Letter from the Grandmaster GOOD MOMENTS FAST When everything goes well and we do many things, the days go by too fast. And when it's over, we look back and everything seems like a dream. That's the way it is and we know it. Nothing lasts an eternity, nothing is forever. The world and the entire Universe are in constant change and movement. During these last days, we have again received the pleasant visit of two great and good friends; Krzysztof Adamczyk and his sweet companion Agnes Agnieszka Kieba, both of Polish origin and current residents of Norway. We were also joined by our beloved and appreciated Mario Uno Dos, or Mario Padilla del Fresno; from Madrid.
Together we have all made tourism, trained and celebrated the pleasure of being together again. Thanks to the life that gives us these good opportunities to break routines, share and expand our human relationships. Mario has been promoted to Black Belt 4th Dan "Yondan" in Fu-Shih Kenpo, and Krzysztof to Black Belt 2nd Dan "Nidan" also in Fu-Shih Kenpo. Obviously both have it well deserved, because their dedication and devotion martial, also loyalty is of my special appreciation. With these encounters, not only do they grow and evolve; we also. Tomorrow and as good warriors, we will leave at 04:00 AM towards the Airport that will take them back to their home, there in the beautiful but cold Norway. We hope to meet again soon. Maybe next Christmas and New Year holidays. May God bless you and protect your way. RaĂşl GutiĂŠrrez, Soke Fu-Shih Kenpo

Kickboxing the 15th World Championship Frenky „Flash” Pawlak
Frenky "Flash" Pawlak took another fight for the World Championship. This time in the ring he met with a 21-year-old Colombian Jair Diego. Experience has won. It is already the 15th World Mountain Championship, which is a day training Polish WKF staff. The fight took place in Rybnik at the K-1 BUDWELDPRIDE GRAND PRIX Gala organized on June 3, 2017 .- I was fighting for the 15th WKF World Championship in Kickboxing at a distance of 12 rounds of 2 minutes. Opponent, 25-year-old Colombian has 43 professional fights, of which 5 lost. Now the collection has come to him 6 defeat. He also fought in professional boxing in the USA. During the fight, boxing was very good. I knew it, I knew his fight. I knew how to fight and knew what tactics I had to take - high hands, the guard not to give "shoot" on the head and shorten the distance, dig up my legs and so did, "says Frenky Pawlak.
- I noticed at the end of the 1st round that the right leg already hurt him by the hellish low-key kicks (my specialty) began to leave the guard already.By it's a sign that the leg hurt him very much. In the 2nd round from the beginning I kicked him to the right leg, because I knew that I could finish it ahead of time. He let go of his hands because his leg hurt more and more. He was focused only on this leg, so I also managed to shoot him right chin. He was counted. Hard and fierce Colombian still wanted to fight. After a couple of strong kicks he was again counted and could no longer stand on the leg, after which the judge broke the fight - he says.
Frenky Pawlak thus won the 15th World Wrestling Federation World Wrestler title. Immediately after the fight he gave the master belt for auction for the sick sisters Patrycja and Agatka from Lublin. The belt was immediately bought by three people. They put money into the girl's account, and the belt gave the master. "That's what they decided, and thankfully, thank you, especially for the great heart that Patrycja and Agata showed.
During the gala there were other accents in Podhalań. Other highlanders, Marcin Kalata and Rafał Szaflarski, fought on the gala. They both won their duels. As Frenky Pawlak emphasizes, he is constantly training without any breaks. He is also a coach of the National Team of Poland WKF. The form is good. Before him another fight. He has already got 2 duel proposals in September in Austria and in Greece in October. - For now, regeneration, and from Thursday I'm starting to move and see what time will show - said after the fight 15 times - World Champion.
