“Our vision is to be the school of choice for our local community, developing successful young people with high aspirations, who show respect for all and endeavour to become the very best that they can be.”
Welcome I hope everyone has been keeping well and safe. We are pleased with how hard you are all working and the amount of effort in a lot of your work. It has been quite an adjustment, suddenly having to work in a different way to what we are used to. No longer can you put your hand up and expect a teacher to help, nor can we check your work by looking over your shoulder. But please remember that we are still here to help. We do not just set the work every Monday morning and check every Friday afternoon that it has been completed but we wait throughout the week to see if anyone needs help. Please email us if there is anything we can help with. Year 11s, I hope you are practising your maths skills in preparation for A Level Maths in September. Year 10s, please continue with your work as best you can. We know that you have your GCSEs coming up and we are looking into how best to support when we all return to school. All the work you are doing right now will pay off! Mr Rahman, Mathemtaics Key Stage 4 Coordinator
Student Work Some great work this week. Lucy Loung working on Venn Diagrams, Lily Saunders on Scatter Graphs and Rosie McMorrow and Anastasia Grytsai working on Pie Charts.
Ask your teacher if you would like your work to appear here. We can’t post them all but will try to show as many as possible!
