How to Apply Students can apply for the Damuth Scholarship by going to
northwestcatholic.org/Damuth. Requirements: 1. A written personal statement (500 words or fewer) explaining why you want to participate in music at Northwest Catholic, how music has affected your life, and what you would like to get out of your experience in high school. 2. A letter of recommendation from your current middle school music director. If you do not have a middle school music director, submit a letter from a private teacher. 3. A live audition consisting of two music excerpts of contrasting style. All submission information can be found online.
