Enjoy Color Season After Season with Encore Azaleas! Encore® Azalea is the best azalea you’ll ever plant. If you love spring-blooming azaleas, you can enjoy this explosion of color season after season with Encore Azaleas. Encore Azaleas are the world’s best-selling reblooming azalea with rich, colorful blooms in spring, summer and fall. Each of the Encore Azalea varieties begins their performance with the spring flowering season. Once this “first act” of blooming concludes, new shoots begin to grow and set buds. The Encore Azalea’s “second act” opens when these buds begin blooming. This unique bloom season continues through fall, the curtain dropping with the onset of cold weather. Encore Azaleas have 29 varieties of bloom colors and sizes to choose from and are unlike any other azalea in the world, performing equally well in sunny locations or partial shade. Plant them in your garden and enjoy sustainable color season after season. These patented varieties of plants are sold under license from the patent owner.

Discount Structure We offer a variety of discount arrangements tailored to our customers' varied purchasing habits. Generally, we have a category for every customer; however, the following stipulations govern in each case: • No discount is offered to any customer whose account is past due at any Flowerwood location. • Any item marked "net" on an invoice is not discountable. • At most levels, there is an incentive for early payment. As a convenience, we will honor early discounts when payment is received at one of our offices within ten days of invoice date. • For volume discounts, sales volume calculations are based on our fiscal year which starts on October 1st and ends September 30th. Invoice subtotals for all Flowerwood facilities are used for these calculations. Levels are determined by the greater of current or prior year fiscal sales. Discount increases which occur during the current year apply only to subsequent invoices. • The discount program is available at all Flowerwood locations. • No cash discount available on credit card payments. Program Details are outlined below: Early Pay Discount Our standard discount allows a 2% deduction for cash on orders of $1500.00 or more if paid within 10 days of invoice date. Volume Discounts Volume discounts are an "automatic" line item deduction on any non-net items as shown on your invoice. The levels and percentages are as follows:
Fiscal Year Volume $1,500-$9,999 $10,000-$24,999 $25,000-$49,999 $50,000 + 0% Line Item Discount 4% 7% 10 % Cash Discount Within 10 Days
