Parents’ Night Out

Location: Memorial Park Community Center Call: 423-461-4851 Date: June 3 Time: TBA Ages: 6-21 Registration: Please register in person or by calling MPCC at 423-434-5749 before June 1 Cost: Free In collaboration with the Arc of Washington County, drop off youth with disabilities and their siblings ages 6-21 for an evening of games, crafts, and fun! This event is intended to give parents and caregivers of youth with disabilities a few hours of respite. Please register in advance, as spots are limited.

Therapeutic Recreation Soccer Skills

Location: Memorial Park Community Center Call: 423-461-4851 Date: Aug. 15 & 16 Time: 4–4:45 p.m. Ages: All Ages Registration: Please register in person or by calling MPCC at 423-434-5749 by Aug. 12. Cost: Free Come and learn the basics of soccer in this two-day session! We will play fun games, make new friends, and practice our soccer skills! This program is intended for individuals with disabilities of all ages. All equipment will be provided. Inclusive Field Day

Location: Memorial Park Community Center Call: 423-461-4851 Date: Aug. 27 Time: 10 a.m.–noon Ages: All ages Registration: Please register in person or by calling MPCC at 423-434-5749 before Aug. 26. Cost: $2/person Come and play your favorite field day games in an inclusive environment! This event is intended for participants of all ages with and without disabilities and their families, so everyone can participate in field day together. The inclusive field day will be held rain or shine, and a minimum of 10 participants must register.
