Ages 18+ Join us for a breath of fresh air as we explore the world of yoga postures, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques. Focus is on precise alignment of postures, emphasizing body awareness and mental clarity. Taught by Dixie Neth. Ages 13+ Self-awareness is important to feel confident in your surroundings and prepared for any situation. This class focuses on becoming aware and building confidence as you learn some self-defense strategies. Taught by a professional self-defense instructor. Ages 16+ Join us for a fun outdoor workout at our amphitheatre. Incorporating stairs into a workout will increase calories burned, build muscle and give you more stamina. Ages 18+ Be one of the first 15 participants to complete enough workouts to get bingo during the month in order to receive a T-shirt! Pick up a bingo card from the MPCC front desks. Complete workout in each block and have the front desk staff mark it once complete. Bingo can either be diagonally, vertically or horizontally. Drop off completed cards to a front desk staff member.
