Our History Having established a track record among buyers and sellers in the New Hope, Pennsylvania, real-estate market, David Kurfiss founded Kurfiss Real Estate in 1976. In 1991, Donald Pearson purchased Kurfiss Real Estate from the estate of David Kurfiss.
