AL AIN LIBRARY LIBRARY AL AIN, UAE DN
A Library in the modern era is perceived as a “living room in the city’ which has become an important feature in today’s urban context and culture. A city/ town is always incomplete without a good complete public library which functions as a meeting place and intellectual heart of the civic lift.

STRIDER FLOATING RESORT DUBAI, UAE The French climate change expert Christian de Perthuis states that due to the low lying coast as well as the sea level rising due to increasingly warm water, the Gulf will ultimately face an existential threat. (Jr. 2015) The Main Aim and Objective of this project is to design a floating resort that aesthetically enhances the site chosen after an overall Site Analysis and a study of the climate of the region, Secondly to properly pick and choose 3 building skin materials to promote the concept of sustainability, followed by comparison of the 3 skins by simulation software and their effects on the building itself. SHIPPING CONTAINER CLINIC CLINIC HART ISLAND ,USA Design was inspired from a cocoon where the catterpillar mould itself a home where the transformation to butterfly takes place. Caterpillar has shown that the change is possible and symbolized Hope and transformation. Until 2013, the public was not allowed to visit the Hart island, Design of the clinic on this islands turns the whole image of the island from Island of the Dead to the Island of Hope and Cure. The Main Aim and Objective of this project is to design a Clinic made of Shipping Containers for the current pandemic situation in USA incorporating all the necessary spaces to satisfy the isolation needs and treatment and to run simulation to assess the proposed design. for passive strategies

2 STRUCTURAL SYSTEM THE FIGURE SHOWS THAT THE WHOLE STRUCTURE IS SUPPORTED BY PILE FOUNDATION. WHICH TAKES UP THE LOAD OF THE STEEL BEAMS AND COLUMNS WHERE THE CONTAINERS ARE EASILY STACKED. THE ADVANTAGE OF THIS SYSTEM IS THAT IT ALLOWS EASY ASSEMBLE AND DISASSEMBLE IN NEED FOR THE COVID SITUATION. ALSO IT ALLOWS FOR EASY EXPANSION OF THE TREATMENT ROOMS.

MIXED-USE DUBAI MARINA ,UAE Tall buildings, which are usually designed for office or residential use, are primarily a reaction to the rapid growth of the urban population and the demand by business activities to be as close to each other as possible. Today, it is virtually impossible to imagine a major city without tall buildings. The current approach in most building design is using high energy mechanically driven solutions, consequently many designers are exploring passive methods to alleviate the problem with our unsustainable energy dependency. The Main Aim and Objective of this project is to design a Mixed skyscraper, which utilises the downdraught effect commonly seen in skyscrapers to capture it and provide controlled ventilation to the plaza below. CONCEPT SKETCH
“Conceptual idea to bring the biodiversity back to New Yor City, more specifically to midtown manhattan, through a futuristic green skyscraper” As the world becomes more urbanized, this competitions’ purpose is to emphasis the importance of providing a synergy between architecture and biodiversity. By imagining a world where nature and people coexist as much as possible, it’s up to the participant to come to a very high degree of interaction between these two entities in many possible ways. Manhattan Wildscraper aims to answer those questions with a particular focus on biodiversity and on the relationship between humans and nature.

HARMONY HOME RESIDENTIAL DUBAI, UAE Architecture concept depends on creating experience rather than the architectural form. The concept was created after understanding the harmony of the nature in UAE which embraced with cultural values covering the following : Environmental Aspects, Social Integration, Lifestyle, and Modernized traditions. Four Elements of harmony presented in the design namely, Culture, Ecology, Morphology, and Technology which shows the layers of diversity through time frame, human needs and designing a space to meet the next generation needs and requirements.
