A VALID MOTORCYCLE DRIVING LICENSE IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE PRESENTED ON ALL ADVENTURE TOURS.

RIDING ABILITY LEVEL The levels serve the purpose of self-assessment and initial orientation. On site changes to the groups can always be made.

LEVEL 1 I have a valid motorcycle license, I ride regularly and I’m fairly fit. I’ve hardly ever ventured away from roads before, but I think I’m capable of taking my first steps into offroad terrain. Or I already have some offroad experience and I enjoy riding in easy terrain. I ride for pleasure and don’t want to overextend myself. I can expect to find dirt tracks, mostly easy terrain and single trails, interspersed with a few challenges.

LEVEL 2 I already have offroad experience, I can overcome easier obstacles alone and I’m seeking further challenges. I want to ride a lot, be challenged, learn more and make progress - no pain, no gain! I can expect to find dirt tracks, single trails, but also demanding, sweat-inducing terrain with hard-core sections where I can broaden my horizons.

EQUIPMENT

1 HELMET: An offroad full-face helmet is recommended. The lighter it is, the less strain there is on neck muscles.

2 PROTECTIVE GOGGLES are fitted with a double lens that doesn’t fog up as easily. 3 NECKBRACE: The neck protection system that can reduce spine injuries in the neck area to a minimum, while at the same time guaranteeing maximum freedom of movement.

4 A classic MOTOCROSS CHEST PROTECTOR or protector shirt protects your back, shoulders and upper body. ELBOW GUARDS are also worn and over those a CROSS SHIRT plus, depending on the weather, a gilet or a (waterproof, breathable) jacket. Lined jackets with integrated protectors are less suitable for summer tours in the south.

5 A KIDNEY BELT supports and relieves the strain on your back muscles.

6 Tools and spare parts for fixing the most common breakdowns are carried in the BELT BAG. Two-stroke riders have some oil at hand. Always carry something to drink, your driving license, vehicle documents and some local currency for stops at the local cafe bar. Offroad riding can be very strenuous, which is why overly warm clothing (full-face road helmet, leather pants and jacket) is unvise for summer tours in the south. 7 MOTOCROSS GLOVES are best for offroad riding; gloves made from neoprene are worn in the rain.

8 CROSS PANTS made from synthetic materials are robust, yet lightweight. Hip protectors are recommended.

9 No one goes off-road without KNEE GUARDS.

LEVEL 3 I ride offroad regularly and I’m pretty fit. I also dare to take on the toughest terrain. I can expect to find rock ledges, ruts, loose rubble, slippery surfaces - also frequently combined with steep ascents or descents. Even some sections that the group can only overcome with team spirit. I can bring along the right amount of courage, cold-bloodedness and a swift riding style.

10 ROBUST (OFFROAD) BOOTS have prevented more than a few foot and ankle injuries. The smooth sole allows you to steady yourself when drifting.

MOTORCYCLES At KTM ADVENTURE TOURS, ALL BRANDS of motorcycle may take part provided they meet the respective demands of our trips and tours. For all those who do not yet own a motorcycle or who simply want to see what it’s like to ride an Enduro, we offer the option of renting a KTM at favorable rates on most of our trips and all of our travel tours. The rental includes gas; the bikes themselves are well-maintained and fully serviced. Please be sure to enclose a legible copy of your motorcycle driving license when booking a motorcycle!

PORTUGAL MAGIC OF ALGARVE PORTUGAL A herd of orange is now invading southern Portugal, where 20 years ago the hippies were letting the days drift by and in 2006, the Dakar Rally passed through. Klaus Kinigadner spends his Enduro holiday here, so there must be plenty of nightlife! During the day, we let the sun and the Enduro tracks warm us, then at night we enjoy the sunny mood in the bars and clubs. ITALY Come with us to discover the charm and beauty of this Alpine landscape close to the border with Switzerland. Setting off from the shores of Lake Como we follow the old mule trail through the pine and beech woods on the steep hillsides. We don’t have to wait long to test our climbing skills. The trail is all ups and downs, but more up than down until we reach some breathtaking vantage points high above the tree line. We will have a breather on the upland pastures where we can enjoy the spectacular view over the Valtellina and the surrounding mountain landscape. ITALY The mountain pass Colle di Nava shares its name with the local town. They are both close to the “Via del Sale” (Salt Road) in Liguria, and form the perfect starting point for our high-level experience. The Via del Sale was built in the Middle Ages for transporting salt from Ventimiglia to Limone Piemonte, and was later used as a military road to link the forts along the border between Italy and France. Today it forms a wonderful offroad route stretching the length of the Maritime Alps and taking you through exquisitely beautiful, wild landscapes of mountain and sea. Offroad riders attracted by breathtaking views rather than by particular challenges presented by the trail will enjoy this tour at its best. Accompanied by our tour guides you will discover the hidden routes leading off the more well-worn trails. Amongst other places these hidden trails will take you up to Pizzo d’Ormea at an altitude of 2500 m above sea level.

BULGARIA “Sunny valley” that is the name of the area going along the river Strimon in South-West Bulgaria. With over 300 sunny days per year and average temperatures of 13°C during the winter months this tour is a “dream came true” for Enduro riders. The tour tracks are crossing the lower parts of several mountains without heavy snow, but passing through wild springs, waterfalls, ancient ruins, wide ridges and different types of forests. During the tour the riders will discover the beauty of even surreal landscapes and places: “The ancient sandy village” – amazing natural and cultural phenomenon. “The goddess baths” – natural hot mineral baths hidden in the deepest forest. “The sacred springs” – a mystic place where legends for ancient people and gods are inwrought. We will ride in absolute wilderness and good weather, enjoying vivid city life after a hard riding day.

BULGARIA “Wild Strandzha” is a tour, combining single track mountain riding with an amazing touch of the sea. Strandzha is one of the wildest mountains in Bulgaria, with untouched flora and fauna, up to 1,100 m sealevel. Riding several kilometers along the sea-side Strandza offers variety of tracks, many river crossings and an incredibly wild oak forest path leading to the magnificent view points of the Black Sea. For the enthusiast it is possible to check his/her riding ability on the sand directly on the beach. Accommodated directly on the beach and only few meters from the track, the rider can fully enjoy the mixture of riding and sea-side fun.

The trip continues by travelling further south entering the most beautiful highland in Eastern Europe: The free day in Bansko, part of UNESCO cultural heritage with its hot thermal complexes, pools and traditional restaurants with delicious dishes makes you feel like in paradise, preparing you for the next days in the challenging Rodopi Mountain where we visit the natural sites like “The magic bridges” and “Devil’s throat” just to name some. After these diversified days you return to Sofia and fly back home full of lifetime memories.

BULGARIA A combination of history, vibrant city life and the hardest Enduro tracks all in one tour. This tour could be the best option for a short Enduro holiday in the capital city of Sofia. On the first day the tour will test the rider’s skills over the tracks in the biggest mountain chain in the Balkan Peninsula: steep endless uphills, oak and beech woods, heart-stopping mule paths and breathtaking views. ITALY Southbound on the Brenner Freeway: People usually head towards Lake Garda or continue straight on, but we bear left. It’s about to get Venetian. In contrast to its famous capital city, the region of Veneto is relatively unknown to tourists and home to some beautiful, alpine landscapes. Almost deserted mountain villages and old defensive trenches are the only evidence of the region’s history. The Enduro tracks here are not for beginners: we battle our way up and down steep single trails up to a height of around 1,700 m. NEW TOUR SAN MARINO ENDURO ITALY In the heart of the Apennine Mountains, where the peaks of the Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany and the provinces come together, we escape into a lush green landscape far away from everyday life and explore the hilly and mountainous scenery. Away from any signs of tourism, you can still find a bit of authentic Italy in this region. ITALY is an alpine country - above all in Piedmont. Gravel roads and remote mountain meadows lead us into the Maritime Alps, up to a height of 1500 metres. The views of the snow-covered mountain ranges are breathtaking. Following long unused pack mule trails, we fight our way uphill through dark woods and looping through scree fields. Enduro alpinism like this has not been possible in German-speaking countries for the last 50 years. We stay overnight in an elegant, family-run 3-star hotel providing typical Piedmont cuisine.

ITALY It is best to wear a yellow top for riding the street sections and an orange one for the offroad sections. The tour starts in San Secondo di Pinerolo, where we have a warmup ride on the first afternoon. The following stage then continues up to an altitude of over 2000 m. We ride past the famous skiing region of Sestriere, which hosted the 2006 Winter Olympics based in Turin, and which also features regularly as the finish for stages in the Tour de France and the Giro d’Italia. We arrive at our first stop, the beautiful little town of Bardonecchia close to the French border, where we spend the night. The third leg of the tour takes us back across the mountains to our starting point, San Secondo. On our final morning stage you can put yourself through your paces once more. The KTM team has a support vehicle that takes your luggage to the end point and can also assist as necessary in the event of a breakdown. Don’t worry – we will, of course, be riding offroad and you will most certainly get your money’s worth in terms of riding techniques; but without having to resort to any performance-enhancing drugs!

DALMATIA is made up of hundreds of small rock bays with crystal blue waters, white sandy beaches and charming sail boats. But we leave this world behind in the morning and head off into the Wild West. Our orange steeds propel us ever further into the rocky mountains, home to the famous canyon that was used for the canoe race in the Winnetou films. We battle our way up the rocks that the famous “Indian” travelled before us. Our chiefs know all the secret paths, some of which are pretty stony, but they give us the chance to dodge dangers and obstacles. Don’t worry if you get a bit tired, though; there are no warriors on your tail! In the evening we are welcomed into the beautiful bay of Petrcane, where we’ll enjoy a delicious dinner and a glass of red wine while we watch the sun go down. CROATIA The picturesque town of Marija Bistrica is not only a famous place of pilgrimage for devout Catholics, it is now also a place for ambitious KTM riders. The reason for the former is the wonder of the statue of the Holy Mother of God. The reason for the latter is the miraculous and breathtaking scenery that surrounds the small town: Many single tracks look like they were man-made as competition routes. The fact that the trails are almost free of stones is quite atypical for Croatia. Enduro fans leave the excitement and challenges of the day behind and relax in a beautiful wellness hotel with a sauna and massages and replenish their spent energies with traditional local and international dishes. SPAIN If you want to take the challenge up a notch, join the Spanish Orange Taste Tour. There is a reason why the pros flock to the region north of Valencia for winter training. Rocky inclines winding through orange groves and up steep mountains require strength, stamina and technical skills. Even experienced riders can reach their limits here. The ever-present panorama view onto the Mediterranean Sea and the promise to spend the evening together at a beach bar with a San Miguel in hand and reliving the successes of the day make the hard rides of the day easier to handle. Just like the Enduro pros, we stay close to the beach at Hotel Intur Bonaire in the resort town of Benicasim.

From there we head for Wittmanns Hütte, which will be our first overnight stop. This is an isolated mountain guesthouse and is synonymous with unspoiled nature and cuisine typical of the region. We then continue our journey, riding in the direction of Valiug. This is a tourist town located between two reservoirs, and you will be tempted to have an invigorating swim before enjoying a splendid evening meal next to the waterfront. We will have two nights and our rest day at Valiug. Your luggage will be transported by our support vehicle. New starting this season: There are more places available and we will ride in up to three different groups with up to three different levels. HOHENMÖLSEN ENDURO LAND GERMANY The offroad training track near Leipzig has even inexperienced Enduro riders raving. In part of an active opencast mine in the Leipzig region that was made available exclusively for this event, beginners and advanced riders have the opportunity to improve their riding technique. First, instructors make sure that everyone is familiar with the basic principles of Enduro riding. We offer a good mix of training units and a prolonged Enduro tour over the 20 square kilometer offroad site, which has been specially prepared for Enduro riders. ABOUT KURT NICOLL

1. DO I NEED TO BRING RIDING GEAR? Yes, you should bring your own riding gear. We have limited spare gear available if you forget something or tear some gear up, but plan to bring all your own. You might also want to buy some new gear from one of the SoCal Dirt Bike Superstores! 2. WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO? Los Angeles International (LAX) is normally the easiest from overseas. San Diego (SAN) and Ontario, California (ONT) are closest to Temecula. 3. W HICH BIKES CAN I RIDE? We have brand new KTM 250 SX and KTM 250/350/450 SX-F models available, but book early in order to make sure that you get the bike that you prefer.

Kurt Nicoll, former FIM World Championship Motocross rider, was four-time runner-up MX world champion and won a total of 13 GPs. He was a member of the winning Motocross of Nations team in 1994 and twice won the AMA Supermoto Unlimited Championship. Kurt has a long relationship with KTM both as a factory rider and as an executive. He has created “Kurt Nicoll’s Champion MX Vacations” to share his experience and pleasure in the sport with others who are equally passionate. 4. C AN I GET TRAINING AND LESSONS FROM KURT? Not in the true sense, no. Riders should already be proficient on a dirt bike (but in no way do you have to be an expert). These lessons are designed to be fun vacations, with everyone riding the best tracks in the world. Kurt loves to help where he can, but this is not a training school. We want everyone to ride within their ability and go home safe and have the greatest trip ever! 5. W HAT IS THE ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD LIKE? Your hotel is included in the price. We book a few different hotels, all with great locations close to all the action in Temecula. Breakfast is included at the hotel, lunch we will normally eat at the track and you are free to choose from the many great Temecula restaurants for dinner. On one night everyone eats together at Kurt’s house in Temecula and he cooks a mean BBQ! All food options are catered for at the BBQ, just mention any dietary requirements and requests when you book. 6. W HAT IF I DON’T SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL? Kurt speaks fluent French and moderate German. Motocross has an international language, and you will have a great time speaking ‘Moto’ with Americans!

9. WHAT IF I WANT TO BRING MY WIFE / GIRLFRIEND / BOYFRIEND / KIDS? Terrific! Southern California is a fantastic vacation destination for both MX riders and non-riders. On the days that you don’t ride, we will help you organize trips to the beach, Disneyland, theme parks, or you can take your significant other sightseeing, wine-tasting or hang out by the hotel pool. There are so many options! We charge a non-rider price that covers the hotel, airport pickups, welcome BBQ etc. What sets us apart: This is designed to be a true vacation and we know that everyone will have the time of their lives. Kids are welcome to come over and ride too, but we will have to make special arrangements to get the smaller bikes, so let’s discuss this in advance. 10. WHAT IF I DAMAGE THE BIKE? The bikes will be perfectly prepared, and on the first evening Kurt will make sure that everything is set up to suit you. If you are especially light, heavy, tall, or short then let us know and we will do our best to get the bike ready in advance. We will look after normal wear and tear, blown engines or suspension, of course. If you do deliberate damage, or you are riding recklessly, then we reserve the right to charge you for willful damage. 11. DO I NEED AN IMMIGRATION VISA? Visitors from most countries just require a straightforward online visa to enter the USA on vacation, but those from certain countries require other visas. Please check requirements online, or give us a call to discuss this. 12. DO I NEED TRAVEL / HEALTH INSURANCE? Yes, you will need to purchase cover yourself in case you have an accident. We will make sure that you get the care you need if you do crash, but the hospitals require proof of insurance. 13. HOW DO I BOOK? You can book directly at the website of Kurt with a credit card. You will pay a 30% non-refundable deposit on booking, and then the rest of the balance 4 weeks before your trip.

7. HOW IS THE WEATHER? Normally there is very little rain. We will very, very rarely be rained out and most of the time the dirt the next day after rain is amazing! It can get hot in the summer, but we bring shade to the tracks and plenty of water. 8. WHAT IF I’M NOT A GREAT RIDER? That’s okay! The awesome thing is that most of the tracks we ride here in Southern California cater for all abilities, often with a vet track, amateur track, and pro track. They are perfectly prepared and we encourage all abilities to come and experience them. Kurt loves riding MX with everyone, and you will never feel out of place on the Southern Californian tracks.

RIDING ABILITY LEVEL The levels serve the purpose of self-assessment and initial orientation.

LEVEL 1 The entire route is on some very twisty asphalt roads which can, however, be easily tackled. You must have at least 5000 km of riding experience.

1 HELMET: Closed all-round/touring helmet with visor.

2 NECKBRACE: We recommend a neck protection system. In case of emergency, the neck brace can stop dangerous movements of the head in a controlled manner both in a race and on the road. Forces that occur are effectively redirected from the neck to the upper body. The neck brace offers the best possible protection against neck injuries in line with the latest science and technology – maximum freedom of movement is also guaranteed at the same time. 3 Multifunctional TOURING JACKET for all weather. The jacket should be breathable as well as both wind- and waterproof. Removable protectors on shoulders, elbows and the back area are a sensible standard.

4 KIDNEY BELT, protects your organs and muscles cooling down and provides a certain support function which has a positive effect on the spinal column.

LEVEL 2 The whole route is on asphalt roads which can, however, also be very narrow and in bad condition. High mountain passes with very narrow bends may feature. You should ride regularly at home.

5 High quality MOTORCYCLE GLOVES made from synthetic leather are well suited for use on the road. They should be breathable as well as both wind- and waterproof. In warmer temperatures you can wear lighter gloves without cuffs. 6 ALLROUND PANTS made of robust material. They should be breathable as well as both wind and waterproof. Removable protectors on the knees and the hips made of foam offer good protection. 7 Touring BOOTS with safety elements for shins, ankles, heels and toes have prevented quite a few foot and ankle injuries. 100 % waterproof boots are only recommended in Northern Europe.

LEVEL 3 One section of the tour runs on dirt roads (fortified gravel roads with changing natural surfaces). Some riding days are very long and physically challenging. You must be a very experienced street rider and have basic knowledge of easy offroad terrain.

The terrain may pose a few challenges here and there, but that’s exactly what this tour is all about.

NORWAY Experience the essence of Norwegian nature up close and personal with your enduro. Like the Vikings of old, we travel across the sea from Kiel to Norway, taking the same route back again. The tour sets off from Oslo and takes you around the fjells (mountains) and fjords of Norway. The region is known for its culture, huge areas of untouched mountain landscape and unique nature experiences such as waterfalls, rivers, lakes and lush valleys. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. TOUR (AND RENTAL) AGREEMENT: The tour (and rental) agreement will only become effective through the written participation confirmation of Powerride Enduro Tours (Münchner Straße 24, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany) and/or GA Promotion GmbH (Basling 11, 4770 Andorf, Austria) and/or Offroad Adventure Tours GmbH (Zürcherstraße 376, 8500 Frauenfeld, Switzerland) and shall be binding for the contractual parties. 2. SCOPE OF SERVICES: (1) The scope of services is exclusively based on the tour description applicable at the time of registration (as it appears in the brochure and on the website). All services that are not expressly listed as included are not included in the tour price. (2) The organizer reserves the right to change the tour, particularly the tour route, and thus the accommodation, if this is necessary due to important reasons. In this context, the organizer will strive to retain the character of the tour and to provide equivalent services. 3. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PARTICIPANT: (1) It is possible to participate in trips and travel tours with all motorcycle models and brands that meet the requirements of the respective trips or travel tours! (2) Only persons holding a valid driver’s license at the time of the tour are permitted to participate. (3) The participant is required to wear the respective motorcycle gear required for the tour. It is absolutely mandatory to wear a helmet. (4) If the participant participates in the tour using his own motorcycle, he or she bears the sole responsibility for ensuring the proper technical condition of the bike and that it meets all the legal requirements and those stipulated by the organizer (e.g. off-road tires). Neither the organizer nor the tour guide is responsible for checking that these requirements are fulfilled. Participation with a self-provided motorcycle is only permitted for off-road tours. (5) It shall be at the participant’s own discretion to determine whether his or her skills and ability to complete the specified route are adequate (see motorcyclist skill levels on the inside front cover). Neither the organizer nor the tour guide is responsible for determining and verifying the skills and ability of the participants. 4. MOTORCYCLE RENTAL: (1) KTM motorcycles can be rented for some tours. Motorcycle reservations must be made at the time of registering for the tour. The rented motorcycle may only be used for participating in the booked tour. (2) The rental period shall not be halted if the bike is unusable due a fault caused by the participant’ or their inability to drive. 5. PASSPORT, CUSTOMS, VISA AND VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS: Some tours are operated in countries that have special passport, customs, visa and vaccination requirements. The operator will inform the participant about these requirements via the brochure or in another manner. The participant bears the sole responsibility for fulfilling these requirements, particularly for obtaining any visas or vaccinations. 6. VIOLATION OF TRAFFIC LAWS OR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE TOURGUIDE’S INSTRUCTIONS: If the participant significantly disregards the instructions of the tour guide or violates traffic laws, the tour operator may rescind from the agreement and demand the return of the rental motorcycle. In this case, there will be no refund of the tour or rental fees.

7. LIABILITY: (1) The participant participates in the tour at his or her own risk. The liability of Powerride Enduro Tours and/or GA Promotion GmbH and/or Offroad Adventure Tours GmbH and their respective agents due to damages suffered by the participant as part of the tour is limited to three times the amount of the tour and rental price, if the damages suffered by the participant were not caused intentionally or are due to grossly negligent conduct by Powerride Enduro Tours and/or GA Promotion GmbH and/or Offroad Adventure Tours GmbH and their respective agents or if the organizer is responsible for damages suffered by the participant solely due to the fault of a service provider. The liability limitation shall not apply in case of personal injuries of the participant. (2) The participant must sign a separate declaration of limitation of liability prior to the start of the tour. This limitation of liability is automatically accepted through the registration via the homepage application and does not have to be accepted again separately. In case of a transmission of the registration form via fax or email, the signed liability limitation declaration form must be received by the operator at the same time. This declaration form will be sent to the participant together with the registration form. The participant is aware that without an accepted and/or signed liability waiver, the operators are obligated to exclude the respective participant from participating in the tour. (3) The liability of Powerride Enduro Tours and/or GA Promotion GmbH and/or Offroad Adventure Tours GmbH or the tour guide excludes any property damage and personal injuries caused by the participant to the extent that such is not covered by a statutory liability insurance policy. In any case, the liability is limited to the scope of the insurance coverage of the liability insurance policy covering the specific incident. In this case, the participant shall hold Powerride Enduro Tours and/or GA Promotion GmbH and/or Offroad Adventure Tours GmbH and the tour guide harmless from any damage claims and legal action. (4) It is strongly recommended that the participant acquires respective insurance policies, such as cancellation and repatriation insurance. 8. PAYMENT: (1) A 40% deposit must be paid within 2 weeks upon receipt of the invoice. The remaining invoice amount is payable no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the tour. (2) When paying by credit card, the total amount will be charged at the time the invoice is issued. Any potential bank fees shall be borne by the credit card holder. (3) In case of a total amount of less than €500, the total amount must be paid within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice. 9. CANCELLATION AND AGREEMENT TRANSFER: (1) The registering party has the right to cancel the agreement at any time. If the registered party cancels, the following cancellation fees will be charged in lieu of the tour price: – 20% of the tour and rental price in the event of a registration cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to the start of the tour, – 50% of the tour and rental price in the event of a registration cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks prior to the start of the tour, – 85% of the tour and rental price in the event of a registration cancellation later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the tour or no-show without cancellation notification. The cancellation must be submitted in writing either via registered mail, via fax or via email and must be confirmed in writing by the operator via mail, via fax or via email to be deemed accepted. The due dates stated above refer to receipt of the cancellation notification by the operator. The operator shall be entitled to offset the cancellation fee against already received participation payments. In all other cases, the already received participation fees shall be refunded. Services that are not utilized by the participant on site are non-refundable. It is strongly recommended that the participant acquires a cancellation insurance. (2) The participant may transfer the contractual relationship to another person, as

long as all requirements for participation are met and the organizer has been notified of the transfer within an appropriate period of time prior to the departure date. The transferring party and the new participant are jointly liable for the outstanding final payment as well as for the assignment of arising additional costs if applicable. Airline tickets that have already been issued cannot be transferred. Special conditions apply for various services, such as for example ticket reservations. 10. TOUR CANCELLATION: (1) The operator reserves the right to reschedule or completely cancel the tour at any time for important reasons. In addition, the operator may cancel the tour up to one week prior to the start of the tour if the minimum number of participants has not been reached. The participant will be notified immediately via mail, email or via telephone. (2) In case of a delay or the cancellation of the tour, the participant has the right to request a refund of the participation price or the participation in a different tour of the operator with equal value, if this does not generate a disproportionately high expense for the operator. (3) Third-party services that are not directly related to the reservation with Powerride Enduro Tours and/or GA Promotion GmbH and/or Offroad Adventure Tours GmbH cannot be refunded. 11. INVALIDITY: The Invalidity of individual provisions of these travel and rental conditions will not result in the invalidity of the other provisions or the tour and (rental) agreement.
