“The case of those who took others than Allah as their protectors is that of a spider who builds a house; but the frailest of all houses is the spider’s house; if they only knew.”
Al-Ankabut (29:41)
Allah speaks in the Qur’an about the people who look for protection from people/things other than Allah.
Allah explains to us that looking for protection from others is like how the spider builds its web and thinks his web will protect him but as we all know, spiders webs are very weak and can be easily broken by anyone.
Allah is explaining to us that we should ask Him for help and protection because no one but Allah can

Surah Al-An'am (The cattle)
• 6th surah (chapter) of The Qur’an.
• 165 ayaat (verses).
• Revealed in Makkah.
• (Cattle) in the Qur’an means, camels, cows and sheep.
In this surah, Allah speaks about how the idol worshippers would make up lies and rulings about eating cattle, drinking the milk and riding/using certain cattles. They would say it was forbidden to eat certain meat from the cattles and that females were not allowed to drink from the milk and only those whom they chose were allowed to eat from their meat.
All these rules were made up by people and not at all what Allah had instructed from us for Allah is the most fair and just Lord. Allah tells us many times in the Qur’an to eat from what Allah has given us! ie. Cattle. Allah says he will repay them for the lies that they speak!
