DOCTER®classic Riflescopes with Illuminated Twilight Reticle
Because hunting often continues into the hours of the evening or night, it is necessary to create sighting mechanisms assisting the eye in these lighting conditions. DOCTER®classic riflescopes offer exactly this assistance. The use of high-performance optical systems that offer a high transmission in conjunction with the DOCTER®multitop coating guarantee a high yield of light. With the illuminated twilight reticle, DOCTER® offers an additional element for reliable and accurate shooting: a reticle illumination that is adapted to the eye's brightness sensation at night. This illumination technology guarantees a perfect perceptibility of the hit point position on the target even under difficult lighting conditions.
The DOCTER® illuminated twilight reticle
offers a low power consumption, does not show any dark phases during the dimming process, illuminates evenly, without outshining, is sturdy thanks to hard gold plated contact tracks, is equipped with a palpable intensity control.

DOCTER ® TARGET SIGHTS | DOCTER ® basic
DOCTER®basic shiftcontrol Flexible, intuitive, safe
DOCTER®basic shiftcontrol Flexible, intuitive, safe Dimmable illuminated reticles are indispensable in hunting practice. If the light conditions change, DOCTER®basic target scopes can easily be adjusted to the ambient brightness. The brightness gradient of the reticle follows the physiological perceptibility of the human eye. This adaptation provides for optimal visibility and contrast in all light conditions. If the light intensity does not change within 180 minutes, the light automatically switches off. Thanks to the integrated memory function, the last brightness setting used is immediately available the next time the scope is switched on.
Intensity of illuminated reticle
The reticle 4-0 is available for the models DOCTER®basic 2.5 – 10 x 50 and 3 – 12 x 56. The combination of bar reticle in the first image plane and dimmable illuminated dot reticle in the second image plane makes these scopes ideal for many types of hunting. The bar reticle in the first image plane enables estimation of the distance at all levels of magnification. The horizontal distance of the bars is 140 cm at 100 m. The size of the continuously dimmable illuminated dot in the second image plane does not change at different magnifications. This minimizes the area of the target that is covered, which is indispensable for a precise shot.
DOCTER ® basic | DOCTER ®TARGET SIGHTS
The reticle 0 is available for the model DOCTER®basic 1 – 4 x 24. For use in big-game and flush hunting, a traditional bar reticle can be dispensed with. The hunter has the entire field of view at his disposal, with no distracting bars. The dimmable illuminated dot can be adapted to all light conditions to ensure an optimal pin-point target acquisition. The position of the dot in the second image plane ensures a precise aim due to minimal covering of the target at all levels of magnification.

Reticle Illumination at the Push of a Button tipcontrol® – the innovative DOCTER® illumination unit is setting standards when it comes to target acquisition and operating convenience. Operation of the illumination unit is effected with the push of a button. It is possible to adapt the dot brightness to the surrounding lighting conditions while the weapon is in aiming position. The dynamic range of the illuminated dot intensity is adapted to all kinds of lighting conditions. The illuminated daylight reticle is therefore equally suited for winterly battues and nocturnal raised hide hunting. The red colour of the reticle is quickly perceived by the marksman, thus guaranteeing a reliable target acquisition. The automatic shut - off system of the reticle illumination after 180 minutes considerably increases battery life. In addition, a battery holder is located in one of the elevated caps, so that it is possible to carry along a spare battery at all times. The dual memory function saves the last brightness value set, which is retrieved the next time the reticle is switched on.

Precision and Innovation Rolled Into One
Reticle Models 0 and 4 – 0
Reticle Model Circle Dot
DOCTER unipoint riflescopes unite precision mechanics and electronic innovation. Reducing the angle of rotation when changing the magnification permits a quick and convenient magnification adjustment.
On DOCTER unipoint models, the illuminated dot is always located on the ocular image plane. Optionally, DOCTER®unipoint riflescopes can be equipped with reticle 0 (illuminated dot only) or reticle 4 – 0 (illuminated dot with bar reticle on the first image plane).
For DOCTER®unipoint models 1 – 4 x 24 and 1.5 – 6 x 42, the circle dot reticle is additionally available. The combination dot / circle is also located on the ocular plane and is equipped with the typical tipcontrol® performance characteristics.
®
The illuminated daylight reticle on DOCTER®unipoint models is located on the ocular image plane (second image plane) and is not enlarged during a change in magnification. As a result, the reticle covers relative less of the game body when the target is magnified. A precise shot application is thus guaranteed.
®
When selecting reticle 4 – 0, the bar reticle is located on the lens image plane (first image plane). The bars are magnified proportionally, thus permitting the distance to be estimated by means of the horizontal bar distance.

DOCTER ® Long-range optics | DOCTER® Binocular Engineering
DOCTER® Binocular Engineering DOCTER® binoculars are available in two prism designs: roof prism and porro prism.
Roof prism system
Porro prism system
Roof prisms – also called straight view binoculars, permit a slender design. Due to the prism alignment, eyepiece and lens are arranged in one line (straight view).
Porro prism binoculars exhibit a very compact overall length and ergonomically convenient handling due to the 90° angular offset of their prisms. The prism alignment permits an enlargement of the lens distance and thus a more spatial impression. Both design principles guarantee the highest degree of transmission, brilliance, colour fidelity, contrast and edge definition.

DOCTER® Binocular Engineering | DOCTER ® Long-range optics
Focussing DOCTER® binoculars are equipped with different focussing versions. The range comprises models with central focussing (CF) or individual focussing (IF).
ED Lenses The use of ED lenses guarantees a true to original colour reproduction and an increased sense of contrast. The picture seems clearer, more focussed and spatial. ED is the abbreviation for "Extra Low Dispersion Glass“. Special lenses reduce the color fringes, thus guaranteeing a high degree of detail perceptibility. without ED
with ED
Suitability for Spectacle Wearers DOCTER® binoculars have a large eye relief distance, which makes them particularly suitable for spectacle wearers. The entire field of view is available to spectacle wearers. The individual binocular-eyedistances can be adjusted, either by turning over the rubber eye cups or by twisting the "twist up“ eyepieces in three latching steps.

DOCTER® 7 × 40 B/GA The binoculars for special tasks.
Apart from their excellent optical performance, the models of the DOCTER® B/GA line are characterized by their extreme sturdiness in respect of mechanical and climatic environmental influences. These binoculars were developed and produced according to military standards and can thus also be used in areas where other binoculars are stretched to their limits. DOCTER®ASPECTEM 80 / 500 ED | DOCTER ® observation spyglass
DOCTER®ASPECTEM 80 / 500 ED Eyepiece Models
The performance parameters of the ASPECTEM depend on the eyepieces used. Three eyepiece models are available for these observation binoculars. The eyepieces can only be exchanged at the factory.
Standard eyepiece The standard eyepiece is a universally usable eyepiece with an average magnification, a large field of view and a good suitability for spectacle wearers. For DOCTER®, "standard" is what others call "wide angle"!
Vario eyepiece Enjoy the possibility of gradually changing your ASPECTEM's magnification. Thus, you can choose between a large field of vision or a particularly large magnification, enabling you to optimally combine overview and detailed magnification. Due to its special patented design, this eyepiece counts among the few variable eyepieces, where the subjective field of view is to a large extent independent of the set magnification. We are the only manufacturer to offer variable eyepieces on observation binoculars.
UWA eyepiece This ultra wide angle eyepiece constitutes a completely novel eyepiece with a state-ofthe-art design. Apart from the unrivalled panoramic impression, it is characterised by a good monocular behaviour and its suitability for spectacle wearers due to the foldable eye cup. In addition the UWA eyepiece is available in a special design as slip-on eyepiece for astronomic applications. The ultra-wide angle anastigmatic eyepiece convinces with its stigmatic (stigma = dot) imaging across the entire field of view. Thus, even stars at the edge of the image are still visible as sharply defined dots in unparalleled precision.
