ARTICLE 1 JENNY ON SMOOTHIES Hello and welcome to the new column "Models In Motion" At the moment it´s me the model Jenniffer Henson, who has left Fashion Week Paris behind and is now coming back to London to my home town. You can call me Jenny, sweeties ! It was gorgeous in Paris ! At Chanel a whole supermarket was created by Karl Lagerfeld for the fashion show and Louis Vuitton´s new designer Nicholas Ghesquière made a fascinating entry into the luxury brand´s scene with a typed welcome letter on each seat and a show that showed the young and sexy side of the brand.

The after show parties were nice too and I had a good time with my girl friends Lisa, Melanie and Carola. We are living together in an apartment in Paris. They work also as models and we share our experiences in the fashion scene. Now we decided to share it with You, dear readers too !

Now, after the Fashion Week Paris I can work on training my body again. I am jogging and doing yoga.

Don´t think that models do not eat ! I eat small portions, and try to stay sane. During fashion week I love to keep me in form with smoothies. In Paris there the best smoothies are made in Paradis du Fruit. As it´s name suggests it is a paradise of a fruity experience.A cocktail made of fruits named Josephine Baker is a good starter into this way of life of a model in Paris. London seems to be more innocent.

You get the fine Innocent smooties there.

And if I do a spring detox body cleanse like I startet this week, I love to drink the Plenish cleanse smooties,which are loved by actress Gwyneth Paltrow too.

When I am in New York I always drink the smoothies of Liquiteria.

Or I drink in winter the warm smoothies by Feel Food, an organic cafe on 6th avenue.

If I detox in spring in New York I start my three day detox cleans at Feel Food with a Cold Buster Gordon´s anti viral elixir, then I have an Echinacea/Goldenseal drink to clean my lymph system and strengthen my immunity, drink 2 Alkaline Real Waters to hydrate and alcalize, 2 cold press juices for energy, a vegetable soup and a potassium drink to detoxify.

I take the detox smoothies and soups with me every day, because I like to move as much as possible. This is also part of a real good detox exerience. But You could also get the package delivered at home, if You are not soo sporty, Lisa would prefer that.

The Feel Food smoothie detox can be done for 3 days, 5 days or even 7 days. If You do much sports like I do, 3 days is enough. I need eggwhite to tune my body and I am not living so insane that I would need a longterm cleanse.

The only bad thing about all these smoothies is the plastic in which they come around, when You take them with You. In my opinion they should produce organic food in glass bottles or ceramic ones. If I would open my own little smoothie shop, I would produce little ceramic bottles in Mexico and take them back to reuse. Tom thinks this is a great idea.

If I have the luxury of time, I make my own homemade smoothies with fresh fruits and vegetables,kiwi kale,carrots and apples. I have a juice extractor at home and use it.

And the problem with the plastic is gone !

My recipe for a good morning smoothie : One Kiwi, 4 apples, 4 carrots and 3 leaves of kale. A smoothie with carrots needs also some drops of olive oil. This helps to get the vitamin A into the body somehow. How this happens I am reading actually in my new book " The Body Book " written by Cameron Diaz.

A fruit and vegetable cleansing with smoothies makes me feel not hungry all day and it energizes me. I do not feel weak and loose not too much body weight on one day. A man should do this cleanse according to his body weight and age, as he needs even more eggwhite.

So stay tuned for next week when Carola will talk about her latest relation experiment on a Parisian terrace,and she will tell her about her Ballet Beautiful sports experience.

ARTICLE 2 CAROLA TRAINS BALLET BEAUTIFUL Hi my dear followers of the column Models In Motion ! I am the black model Carola and live with my friends Jenny, Lisa and Melanie in the city of love Paris! Today I am with my new flame, the author Claude Potille. We stroll through the streets and sit under cherrie trees. Do You know April in Paris ?

So imagine this music - big cinema - and Claude and me lunching at the terrace of the Petit Palais.

Claude knows this place very well, he often sits at the terrace of the Petit Palais and writes on his novel. I am on diet for a catwalk show next week and work out every day with Ballet Beautiful.So I have to leave out the pannacotta with cranberry sauce they serve here today. You see that I am a very strong woman.

Ballet beautiful is a training by Helen dancer of the New York City Ballet. She her experiences as a Bakket dancer and based on ballet poses, which forms Your gracefule posture.

Bowers a former wrote a book about developed a training legs and gives You a

Helen also trained with "Black Swan" actress Natalie Portman and she offers online trainings, DVDs, books and now there is a special offer on "Net Ă Porter" where You can see a free training video.

I came to this training because a Victoria Secret Model, who I adore, Doutzen Kroes, made it before walking the famous show. Now Doutzen Kroes is pregnant and Helen Bowers has just born a baby. As I told this Claude, he got a bit nervous about it, he thinks it also stimulates fertility.

I bought Helen Bowers book "Ballet Beautiful" and now I make every morning the stretching exercises and short workouts.

You feel the change after the first workout. Some muscles are moved which are not usually moved while sitting around in cafes with Claude or other Parisian intelectuals.

My model career is very important to me. I come from a very poor country, Nigeria and my beauty opened me the door to the world. So I work very hard to shape my body.

With this new training I also gain the grace of a ballet dancer and this is important if You run on catwalks in Paris and worldwide. I am not looking like Grace Jones now but somehow this training is more erotic than the usual fitness center workouts, where You just train some of Your muscles and push over their boundaries . I do not want to look like polished black steel, and the Ballet Beautiful training gives me more feeling for my body and it´s feminity.

It is also better than Pilates I think. This is my personal opinion. My friend Lisa sees this different. Pilates gives You a very selected variety of movements and Ballet stretches are supporting a whole bound of muscles at the same time. I did not even had a muscle soreness after the first workout of Ballet Beautiful, because the stretching warms up gently the body. So I swear on it !

ARTICLE 3 LISA ON SPA / MAKE UP HINTS Hi, it´s me Lisa, I am from Japan and live with Jenny, Melanie and Carola in our model-loft in Paris. Dear followers of our column in Zymantas Luxury magazine, today I will tell You how to look expensive ! Last weekend I was in a spa near Paris,in the Spa Caudalie of the hotel "Les etanges de Corot" to relax and get some vinotheraphy treatments. You may think I drink there a lot of French vine,no, just one glass maybe, the grapes are mashed on my back and I enjoy the relaxing move of the massage.

After the massage I read a new book by Andrea Pomeranz Lustig " How to Look Expensive". She is a well known beauty editor of Glamour magazine and shares the best ever kept secrets of beauty celebrities and her experience of years as a beauty editor. She talks in detail about hairstyle, make up, beautiful skin, nails, from teeth to toes You get infrmation about the best products and how to use them.She also offers a style consulting in this book that gives You the possibility to look beautiful and expensive not cheap and overstyled.

This book is so awsome and I will give You some little expert hints out of it for beautiful skin ! Eat greek yoghurt. This is a hint from the book by Dr.David Colbert, the celebrity skin doc of New York. The author Andrea Pomeran Lustig is openly against Botox and such ridiculous treatments which make You look industrial and not human at all. She gives very exact tips about products variing from high quality in high budget to high quality in low budget, so that every body can have a treatment and buy a product which otherwise would cost hundreds of dollars.

You see her stylishness in her four rules of Modern Makeup : 1 makeup should enhance instead of hide. Focus on highlighting features, rather than covering up Your flaws 2 Less is more. What You leave of is just as important as what You put on.

3 Makeup should never overpower Your features.Your eye shadow for example should enhance Your eyes, not distract frm them.

4 Colour cosmetics should look like they come from within Your skin ( not like they are sitting on top. ) "Using creams instead of powders gives skin a transperancy that leaves the face looking juicy and full of live" says celebrity makeup artist Vanessa Scali.

To castings I have to come without a visible makeup in a very pure way and therefor I try to work it just a bit from the inside to make my look perfect but natural. It is necessary to meet the exact skin tone when You buy fiundation,so You will look expensive and not painted. As I am an Asian woman I use a yellow based foundation tone. I am using MAC Cosmetics Studio Fix Fluid, a creamy drugstore foundation.

You have to look which colour and product suits Your skintone perfectly. This is also a very nice thing of the book by Andrea Pomeranz Lustig. She never tells anybody to take this and only this one product, it depends on what fits Your personality, haircolour, skin tone ect. Andrea Pomeranz Lustig just offers different styles for different attitudes and looks in her book, so You really can choose between a variety of awsome style expert hints for different types and attitudes. Her product recommendations range within Sephora high end products to Garnier, MAC or L´Oreal drugstore products, for each purse the right one. She also offers a toolkit for Your makeup wardrobe with 21 makeup essentials.

The makeup couture shows Park Avenue Pretty , Hollywood Boho, Glam Globe Trotter and Modern Movie Star styling.

Guess who I am ! MMS-Modern Movie star for sure, concerning the makeup style I choose when I go out with the girls in Paris. I pimp me up in Park Avenue Pretty when I am on a date !

ARTICLE 4 MELANIE WATCHED THE FILM JEUNE & JOLIE Hi dear fellow followers, I am the model Melanie and live with Lisa, Carola and Jenny together in Paris, the town where film was invented. Recently I was in cinema with my lover Julien. He is a married man. His wife is the owner of the fashion magazine " Coeur du mode ". We have an affair since some weeks and are crazy for each other, so we meet very often secretly in little cinemas, or go out to dinner while his wife is at work.

I watched with Julien "Young & Beautiful" the latest film by Francois Ozon, the hottest filmmaker of France.

This is a very French film, structured in 4 seasons and with 4 songs by Francoise Hardy.

The film tells the story of Isabelle, who is just 17 years old, gets rid of her virginity at the beach with a German guy and then discovers her sexuality with other elder men.

She tries out to prostitute, contacting older men over the internet and meets the ones she likes for 280 C per night.

She seems to enjoy this experiences and the secret around her meetings.

Isabelle does not need the money, she puts it in a box and does not even touch it. She looses her boyfriend in this journey of experiences, her classmates are cold and give her no reason to feel loved too. Her middleclass family does not know anything about it and the shock is deep when it comes all out. We follow a seductive camera staying close to Isabelle and and her sensitive, but somehow cold way to study this way of having sex.

Isabelle is played by the model and actress Marine Vacth, who is in reality 22 years old,a bit older than the character she is playing, but she has a certain teenage charisma around her.

Julien asked me in the cinema while we were watching the movie if I would sell my body too. This made me laugh. I had a lot of offers, indeed, not just for walking the runway, but I did not take them. Because it annoys me to sleep with men who I do not choose by myselve and for the reason of having lust with them and I earn enough money with my catwalks and photo jobs too.

I told this Julien who is irritated, because I have these phantasies now after seeing the film to try out all these shown positions of Isabelle having sex in the film, with Julien in bed. The camera is so damn good in this movie and it is never pronographic.If Julien is not able to satisfy my interest in these experiment, I will ask the director Francois Ozon himselve to do so. His way to show female mental states reveals a high sensitivity which could lead to many orgasms in bed, I am sure of that.

I would not recommend young girls to sell their body otherwise that to be looked at them at fashion shows. The preciousness of experiencing desire for a man should not be replaced by the desire for money which can never satisfy a woman really in a good way.

But I know a married woman who is laying in bed with her husband and is sighing "Louis, Louis, yes !"...Thinking "VUITTON". She told me about this recently after a fashionshow by Louis Vuitton in Paris. So is this prostitution inside marriage ? I was not very shocked by it, I would have been more, if it had been the case that the man would have thought of Louis Vuitton during sex with his wife.

There are many women in the fashion industry who would do anything for their designer outfits and even more young girls rushing into the model scene who dream of a career and slip into a kind of prostitution. Many of them are coming from the East of Europe and I think a young model has to choose very carefully her model agency,and should take one (CONTINUED)

which is not accepting hostess jobs or other kinds of near to prostitution activities.

The film of Francois Ozon shows the adventurous side of the sexual awakening of the young girl Isabelle and it is more a teenage film and a reflection about the tristess of young people who loose their believe in romantic. The romantic is always nearby, in sweet little sidelooks of the camera, who rests at the bridge of locks in Paris, while the young boyfriend and Isabelle turn away to got to make love. Or a kind of that, what Isabelle thinks it to be, after her first experiences. Isabelle is not really satisfied by the meeting with men and the film shows how many difficulties a grown up teenage girl can have to learn to love her body.

The film Young & Beautiful was nominated for the golden palm in Cannes. Marine Vacth won a César for playing the role of Isabelle. It is starting in US cinemas on the 25th of april, and the film takes part at the COLCOA Film festival in Los Angeles. I recommend You to go and see this seductive work of a very sensitive French moviestar !

ARTICLE 5 MODEL KITCHEN EXPERIENCES : WHY FRENCH WOMEN DON´T GET FAT Did You ever wanted to be a spy in a model´s kitchen ? Or do You believe models do not eat at all? This is not true ! Hi, it´s me , the English model Jenny again, letting You look deep into our model´s kitchen pots and pans.

Lately I studied book " The French women don´t get fat Cookbook" written by French author Mireille Guiliano.

In her book she writes :" The greatest and deepest pleasure in food exists in the first three bites. So eat with all Your senses and let Your brain kick in after three bites. " It kicked in and I am fascinated now how easy it is to eat very well and tasteful without getting all those pounds on Your body. It is all about portion control and about the combination of fish and meat with a lot of vegetables and salats. Sugar is also reduced. We models cook with brown sugar and eat no white sugar at all.

Mireille Guilianos recepies are typical French recepies, with all the luxury of good ingrediences and sophisticated combinations, reduced to simple tasteful and sometimes genious combinations and they are easy to cook.

Lately Lisa,Melanie, Carola and I tried out the Champagne Medley Dinner to celebrate Lisa´s birthday. We love to cook together and to eat together in our flat in Paris.

Lisa was very happy and we had a great time testing out the different champagnes with the meals.

In Mireille Guiliani´s book You find this menu in an own chapter called " Once in a while a little champagne ". I recommend You some different French champagnes for this interesting champagne medley dinner.

First we tested champagne blanc by Thierry Bourmeault to the prosciutto wrapped around Grissini.

Then we drank champagne de Taitinger vintage to the scallops, and to the main course,duck breasts with pears, a five to 10 year old champagne by the same producer.

And at last we ate the dessert, a strawberry parfait, and drank champagne by les Frère Jeanfrére.

But this is not our daily cooking plan. The best thing about the cookbook " Why French women don´t get Fat Cookbook " is that there is no daily cooking routine and You try out the best of French kitchen in a modern style.

There are fish recepies like salmon with oranges and papillotes, a recepie You find on the author´s homepage.

And You find in it some sweet desserts like Crepés or Madeleines au Chocolat, which were described by Marcel Proust in his book "Remembrance Of Things Past". The French authors are so poetic, not only in their kitchens.

I like also the salad recepies, the chicken recepies combined with vegetables and You also get some smoothies recepies too. You also find the typical French Rattatouille, a bouillabaisse twenty first century, a lot of fish recepies, Oysters, prawn and fennel salad and some extra pasta recepies too.

All the recepies are easy to cook, the meals taste perfect and they leave a light feeling in the body. We girls love to cook after this book and I highly recommend You to try it out with Your loved ones.

ARTICLE 6 A SUNDAY IN PARIS Hi lovely readers, here is black model Carola again ! I will show You some nice places in Paris, the town where I live with my three friends. the models Lisa, Jenny and Melanie today.

My boyfriend the author Claude Potille is soo sweet and has a lot of phantasy when it comes to date with me in Paris. He called me up this Sunday and said he has a very special sweet surprise. He told me to dress up my sweet chocolat body and walk with him to brunch in a special restaurant, where all recipes are made with cacao. Also salty recepies, and not only sweet ones have at least a bit of cacao in them.

A Sunday in Paris with my boyfriend Claude is always amazing. In French one says "Un dimanche à Paris " and this is also the name of this fine restaurant.They have a kitchen inspired by the creative use of cacao. I ate a foie gras marbled with pure Venezuela chocolate, poached rhubarb and beetroots with Maury.

In their boutique You can buy macarons, chocolate, patisserie specialities, and also foie gras with chocolate.

"Delicious like me", says Claude Potille. He can be very seductive in showing me his affection.

After our sweet entry we walked to a museum for eye candy.On the first Sunday in the month many museums are for free in Paris . Claude is an author and not very rich, so we always wait until the first Sunday to see a special exhibition.

We went to the musée de l´Orangerie to see the Nymphéas by Claude Monet. These big pictures seem to be all around You. Claude Potille kissed me before them and I was feeling like floating with the Nymphéas. He can be so romantic.

This was the best Sunday afternoon in Paris ever. At the evening I have to work at a fashion show, I present the very interesting young label Lutz Huelle.

I am honored to wear some of his extravagant designs and Claude knows that I have to work on Sundays sometimes.

German born Lutz moved to London, England, to enter the fashion design course of Central Saint Martins. Whilst still a student, he was featured in “i-D magazine” with photographs by his childhood friend Wolfgang Tillmans.

Upon graduating with a first class degree, Lutz moved to Paris in 1995. Here, he would take on the role of assisting Martin Margiela for 3 years, where he was in charge of the (CONTINUED)

knitwear and artisanal lines.Two-time winner of the Andam prize, he decided to launch his eponymous brand with his partner David Ballu in 2000.Since the creation of his brand, Lutz has shown his collections in Paris and has been an active member of the “Fédération Française de la Couture” since 2002.

ARTICLE 7 MAKE UP MYSTERIES Hi this is Lisa. I am a model from Japan and we Japanese are technology freaks. So no wonder that I had to take a look at the newest high tech in make up. If You are familiar with the 3D printing technique, You know that it is possible with a 3D printer to reproduce any design all over the world within minutes. This technology has arrived in beauty applications. The harvard student Grace Choi developed a 3D printer called MINK ( Make Up and Ink ) which can now print the right useable make up selecting a colour from just a photograh or video.

MINK will be produced as a 3D printer in the USA and will cost around 300 US $.

You may wonder if Garce Choi has printed herselve out of the famous comic figure with the same name. She even looks like her. So this not 3D printed superwomen will help all girls in the world to define their own make up colours without paying a lot to the drug stores in the future.

"The definition of beauty should be something that the girls should control not anybody else." says Grace Choi.

The question if the printed make up material with MINK will be tested on human beeings or animals is not answered now.

The cosmetic industry invests a lot in testing products, so one has the hope that the printing materials are natural based ingrediences, which do not have to be tested with cruel animal abuse, because they can be made freshly.

I hope so. Because Grace Choi is a new generation of entrepreneurs. With the age of 25 she had already developed four medical devices. With 26 her first consumer retail invention in jewelry was picked up by the Home Shopping Network. And now as a Harvard MBA she has created her own cosmetic skin care line. You can be the first to test it when it is launched over Grace Choi´s website.

While waiting for the 3D printer I have found a new high tech make up product by Alexa Chung. The famous IT girl works together with EYEKO London on a new eyeliner called " Me & My Shadow " for the easy to use one step smoky eye.

As I walk so many catwalks with cat eyes and sit and wait for the make up artist, I am at home very happy to spare the time to go out with my girlfriends and I do not need an hour for my make up.

Lisa Eldrige has her very own super easy to do make up tutorials, which I always study before my home make up sessions with the models and which help me a lot to do many things by my own.

I absolutely love her tutorial videos like the classic smokey eye tutorial.

The time to get a smokey eye look is now even shortened because of Alexa Chung and Eyeko´s new eyeliner " Me and my Shadow ".

I will tell You more about Lisa Eldridge´s special make up tutorials, which I have already tried out in the next articles. You see a model´s face is absolutely high tech and that before even manipulating the picture afterwards with Photoshop. Have a great time and get Yourselve painted but not printed out in 3D !

ARTICLE 8 INSIDES INTO PARIS OUTDOORS My lovely sportfriends and spring infected followers, today we jump into the green around and in Paris.Paris has with 5 squaremeter for each person statistically a very dense climate. So the green outdoor spaces are a welcome substitute for small living places. By the way Paris in NOT a green city. But it has it´s secret green which grows on the unknown roofs and it´s big national parcs where even a 1400 m jogging parcour is possible. So seen and run in the Bois de Vicennes,the biggest parc of Paris in the East, the 12th district with the size of 995 ha, some lakes with boats and canues for rental, an old castle and a the possibility for horseriding or watching them on the hippodrome inside.

My boyfriend Tom rents very often a boat at the lake Daumesnil to show me his muscles while driven around the lake. Nice sight at him and around I must say.

If You want to be active by Yourselve You can also take a bike and drive for kilometres through the parc.

If You are situated more in the West of Paris and want to get sooner under a tree, You can go to the Bois de Boulogne in the 16th district with a size of 850 ha, near the metro Porte Dauphine too.

There are also little lakes and a big one, the lake InfĂŠrior where You can take a boat,or You go with Your Yoga mat into a silent part and train the tree figure before one of the 50 % oak trees there. It is also a very big parc with many entries, so You have to look at the plan to see where it is best for You to start from.

You get bikes for hire near the lake InfĂŠrior, can go fishing, and have even a roalerblade trail. We girls love to roalerblade together. Do not forget Your knee savers and Your helmets, this is a dangerous sport for models.

It has also a farm to visit, exoctic birds and a waterfall on the lake. You are among famous visitors before You, like the painter Henry Matisse, who portrayed a swan there.

Also the painter Pierre-Auguste Renoir, who was inspired for his nude beauties visited the Bois de Boulogne. I think Renoir had a big scandal by the presentation of his picture and it was not painted in the parc, maybe some sketches of it.

If I look today at this fabulous paintings, I ask myselve why I do sports at all. But today You will not be painted or photographed as a model with such a corpulent body at all.

This makes the point of some discipline and stretching and jogging around in the wonderful green grass of Bois de Boulogne.There is a route for joggers along the lake of 6,8 km starting from Porte Dauphine.

There are many other small parcs in Paris which are worth a visit, I just told You about the biggest ones today, where You can do sports for hours and boost Your energy.

ARTICLE 9 WHITE CHIC OVER THE ROOFTOPS OF PARIS Hi guys, it ´s me Melanie again, sending You good vibes from the Maison Blanche in Paris. I am with my friends Lisa, Carola and Jenny every saturday at the white room partie on their rooftop. I enjoy to overlook from this exclusive point of view the city lights of Paris and the madame Eiffel in bling bling. We dress high end for the cocktail and champage bar which opens at 23 pm and enjoy the club´s music.

It is necessary to reserve a place at the white room parties because many fashion people stand in line at the entry on Saturday nights.Be well dressed girls, it is a strict fashion police controlling everybody who wants to get in.

During the fashion week Paris the Maison Blanche is a second home for many models and editors. They have a beauty center here while fashion week. So it is well known to everybody from the scene.

Last Saturday we danced the whole night and had a beautiful sunrise in the morning hours looking over Paris. I am happy to forget for some hours everything and just party and have fun with the girls. The atmosphere is classy and chic and You meet all kinds of people from the fashion business. The Maison Blanche has also a very high class restaurant and You get exclusive dinners and breakfast here. When I have a date I combine one of it to my white room experience. You will hear from me soon again and next time Lisa shows You a beauty application with no costs and much effect !

Hello beauties ! It´s me Lisa, the not only Japanese technology addict, but also the coconuts model living in Paris. I have tried out a simple but effective way to nutrify the skin, coconut oil ! The extra virgin biological produced oil from the exoctic place where palm trees grow, is my newest exploration on the beauty sector. Not a real new invention, as I asume even the ancient Egyptian queens like Nofrete must have used it. And today living beauty queens like Cameron Diaz swear on it. Coconut oil contains lauric acid, which keeps Your skin healthy, because it destroys bacteria and viruses and is good for Your immune system. This is the reason why it is also heals insect stitches.

It is a natural eyecream, I use it before I go to sleep to prevent wrinkles. Yes, also Japanese women do something against wrinkles !

Another application for coconut oil: It is a perfect massage oil. You relax instantly and feel how Your skin gets it´s natural pH adjustion, which makes very often the difference between feeling bad and feeling well. From this the phrase "to feel well in You skin" must come.Try it out with Your boyfriend and the pH value of Your realtion will also rise.

A very simple and effective use of it : You can also make a natural exfoliator out of coconut oil. Combined with gritty seasalt it becomes a combination of minerals from the sea and moisture of the coconut oil.

My recipe for a scrubbing application : One spoon ful of very gritty sea salt (Italian Sale Marino Grosso), One spoon of natural coconut oil, mix it together. Moisture Your skin with water before the use( every oil application binds water into the skin ) then scrub Your skin with the mixture.

Leave out the areas around the eyes in this case, because of the salt. After scrubbing wash Your skin again with water.

You instantly feel the moisturing and nutritive effect.

Keep Your coconut oil in the refridgerator, so it stays solidified and easy to apply.

nicest bikinies. Which brings me a "Woah !", "Horay, baby!",or "Uhlala !" everytime I walk around in my black and white polka dot bikini to do an elegant splash into the pool. This is also a good exercise for my catwalks, when all the eyes are directed on me and my body movements in expensive dresses. The best to train the "woah- horray baby or uhlala" inner experience in Paris and to swim a bit for the outer experience is the Piscine Josephine-Baker.

You will say it is clear that I as a black model go swimming in a bath named by the famous black dancer and You are right. I love it to sit beside the outdoor pool and watch the ships moving at the Seinne, a quite unique experience in Paris.Recently I read Josephine Baker´s biography there on a deckchair, which is very impressing.I always take some books with me to read and relax between my training rounds.

I am still waiting for the designer to sketch and sew me a Josephine Baker banana bikini and I swear I would wear it there. Until then You have to be content with my polka dots bikini or my white Monokini. My boyfriend Claude is eagerly trying to be with me at the pool. He seems to watch over all the "Woahs, Horays and Uhlalas" with a decent smile around his face reflecting his ownership of my gracious black body.

Paris is to go to a pool party. In very chic pool parties in summer a partyzone and when You of invitations !

These invitations can also be found on Facebook if You know the right people and You do not get the exact location after the reservation and start of the party, so that the party is private and chic. Try to wear a dress which drys easily. You will either stay dry and have no fun at the party or get wet. I was there in my turquoise stretch vintage Versus by Versace,It is bodynear and it dries quickly ! Claude loves to go with me to pool parties and we have a lot of fun together there.

ARTICLE 12 SHOPPING QUEENS IN PARIS Hi shopping addicts,it´s Melanie writing to You from the fashion Mekka and shopping paradise of Paris. We girls go out shopping like others would go out to dinner.

First of all You have to be in the right mood and style for Your shopping experience. So choose an easy to take off and to take on dress so that the waiting time for the others in the cabin is not too long. Then use spearly make up not to leave traces on all the shirts and dresses You pull over Your head. Then You need some easy to wear shoes for long distance walks between shops. There are taxis in Paris, yes, but what great shops would be missed on the way, if you do not stroll along the road with Your girlfriends and find new little crazy boutiques !

The superfruit lemon helps not only when You drink a tea spiced with it, it can really boost Your looks too.

If You have a dark spot on the skin, put some drops of lemon combined with coconut oil on it, it will lighten up soon.

Also dark circles under the eyes can be lightened up with lemon juice. Just don´t get the juice into the eyes,it will hurt !

I love to take lemon for my salade too instead of vinegar.It is sane and tastes very good.Lemons have phytonutrients with antioxidant and antibiotic Effects. They are the best source of vitamin C which is vital for a good skin too.

And lemon is also an excellent natural nail hardener. You can mix it with coconut oil and polish Your nails with it.And You can also mate Your skin with lemon juice at the T-zone or on the sides of the face.

Now in the beginning hot summer weather the best thing to cool without drinking sugared softdrinks is water with some drops of lemon in it. It refreshes instantly. If You want to have a good skin You have to drink much. One should drink 3 litre of water during a day. I always prepare me a big jar of water with one teaspoon of lemon and drink some glasses when I am thursty. Lemon lowers the body temperature and supports digestion.

If You have a sunburn it helps too.Put some fresh lemonjuice on it and it cools down.It also removes wrinkles if You use it carefully as a tonic over a longer period.

A lemonade with honey and lemonjuice helps to loose bodyweight too. Before a bikini shooting I drink a lot of it to get into the right shape.

The reason for the slimming effect of lemon is that lemon has a lot of vitamin C, ascorbic acid, which helps to increase the liver function and fat metabolism and it increases the function of glutathione, which is a key antioxidant for detoxification and quick slimming.

ARTICLE 14 PICNIC IN WHITE Dear followers of the column Models In Motion at Zymantas Luxury magazine, this is Carola, the black model living in Paris with her girls friends Lisa, Jenny and Melanie.

Last Sunday my beloved boyfriend Claude invited me to a special surprise. He only told me to dress up in white.

First I paniked and thought he wants me to marry him in Las Vegas and had booked already a flight. This would be a catastrophy because my parents and the whole family in Nigeria could not come to our wedding.I talked about it with my model girlsfriends and we already made a plan to get out if it is the case.

But no reason to be afraid, we had a picnic all in white !

In Paris there is a cult about picnicing in white. During the early summer months a lot of Parisians meet to eat in the green and do it stylish all in white. Okay, the marmelade can have a colour, the dress should be white.

Claude met me at the metro station and had a picnic basket with him. So I was thrilled and we drove to the Eiffel tower. Under the Eiffel tower is a terrific green field and we were not alone.A lot of people met on this day and this looked astonishing.

The whole field was filled with groups of people dressed all in white and sitting on their blankets with their picnic baskets.Claude is a very romantic person and somehow he knows all romantic places in Paris. He is writing about it as well in his new book, a romance situated in Paris.

Picnic is an artform in Paris, it can be counted into the landart performances and it is important to keep it stylish.

Claude told me that the famous "Dîner en Blanc" has been launched in Paris 26 years ago by the French François Pasquier with a picnic all in white. The" Dîner en Blanc" is much more than an event. It is a spontaneous movement with no commercial intents, political affiliation or charitable associations, that puts simple values such as friendship, elegance, respect and secrecy at the heart of the concept.

For the duration of one night, guests get to take part in a long standing French tradition, and experience their city in a whole new way simply by showing up.

In 1998, after having spent a few years abroad, Francois Pasquier wanted to reconnect with his old friends and organized a picnic. The concept was simple: "Bring a meal, and bring a new friend". His garden was too small to receive all the guests, and so he told them to convene at the Bois de Boulogne and to dress in white, so they could find each other. This friendly gathering became so popular that it grew over time and now brings together over 15 000 friends of friends every year in Paris. Twenty five years later, Francois Pasquier still organizes the Parisian Dîner en Blanc with his same friends.

There are now a lot of commercial versions of the dinner in white, which is not bad, but it is not the same. It has not this spontaneous character of the movement of people just for fun.

Claude is fascinated by this movement and wanted to show it to me and show up with me as well there.

ARTICLE 15 CAMERON DIAZ NEW BOOK " THE BODY BOOK " Hello dear readers this is Jenny again. I review today for You as promised the fabulous new book by Cameron Diaz, Yes the movie star. She wrote a book about the law of hunger, the science of strength and other ways to love Your amazing body.The book gives You a very interesting inside into the female body, it explains how everthing works together, from the way we eat to the way we work out and it explain scientificly the way the body functions as an amazing wonder.

I personally found things in it that I did not learn in the bio class in school, it goes deeper than that. It is a wholesome analysis which brings all the parts of the body together into a new wholesome view, also the mind and the connection between a sane breakfast and the feeling to be at home and to feel well into Your body.

I love to work out and to run and train my muscles, which I need in many photoshotings and for the catwalk.The importance of movement is another big theme in this book by sportsgirl Cameron Diaz, catch her if You can !

I love how it explains everthing into the detail.The difference between complex carbohydrates and simple carbs was something complete new to me too. Simple carbs are made of one or two sugar molecules and complex carbs are linked chains of three or more, this sound pure science has the effect that when You start to eat meals that make You happy, because of complex carbs, which reduce Your apetite and satisfy Your hunger for a longer period of time. The practical side of the book shows which food contain complex carbohydrates and which do not.Quinoa has complex carbohydrates and I integrate it now in my dinners.

"Complex carbs, lean proteins and healthy fats that come from whole foods are all essential in the appropriate proportions because together they contain the building blocks of Your life.They nourish us at the cellular level.Foods like rice and whole grains and vegetables provide carbohydrates, which Your body turns into glucose, to give You energy.Fish and poultry and beans offer protein, which Your body breaks down into amino acids to repair muscles. Healthy fats like nuts and olive oil give your body the essential fatty acids that it needs to absorb vitamins and minerals and keep You healthy."

Cameron started with 17 as a model herselve and has an inside look into the fashion scene ´s disorder of meals. She worked on her own method of packing energy loaded food into her daily rountine or even in dfficult situations of hard work and no possibility to get wholesome food, she exlains how to prepare for this with Your own lunch package, as an example at a film set when the catering contains unhealthy meals. She prepares her precooked wholegrains which can be warmed soon,and warns to eat just during waiting periods at a film set.

This is a great inspiration for me and I want to learn from her experiences.

Another essential thing in this book by Cameron Diaz is the importance of listening to my body´s needs. To look into the way I experience my apetite or hunger, my sports, my way to love movement and to integrate and accept the needs of the body and listen to them on a daily basis.

She despribes how she dicovered the joy of movement during the training for the movie " Charlie´s Angels ".Cheung-yan Yuen was her martial arts master and trainer. The experience to learn to connect to her body, to love her body and to truly live in her body has been the fundation of everything she has done since, writes Cameron Diaz.

"When it comes to nutrition You are what You eat, when it comes to your fitness You are how You move.Movements shapes Your muscles, strengthens your heart and lungs, sharpens your brain, and evelates Your mood."

There is a big chapter about movement and muscle development in the book. It is very important to move to feel good and to stay healthy.So take these steps and not the elevator !

Cameron Diaz warns strictly of industry sugar and processed foods which do often more harm to the cels than to feed them, sugar should be consumed over fruits or honey or other natural products.

In her chapter about the mind she explains how she found her discipline and how I can do the same.

"When You accept that the world doesn´t owe you anything and that choices have consequences, when You understand that life makes choices for you when You hand over the controls.. that´s when life really begins."

ARTICLE 16 STRAND WAVES FOR SURFER´S GIRLS Hi everybody, it´s Jenny talking to You.I decided to wear a sporty strand look with my hair this summer. And I am trying out to lighten some parts of my hair with lemon juice to get my cool surfer girl beach look. Then I walk into the sun with it.

To get a good beachlook take some whole wisps from the top of the head on both sides and at the back of Your head to the tips, so it does not look just dipped in. Then walk into the sun and wait and see.Dark brown turn brunette and hazelnut get a light sunflower blonde.

To get perfect beach waves You can use the beach hair wave spray by Victoria Secret.

Or You make Your own Victoria Secret bombshell look all natural. Therefore You wet it a bit with water ( it can be a bit of salt in it, or to lighten it up lemon juice), oil the peaks with coconut oil and turn in Your hair to a small roll on Your head. Let it dry that way for some time and open it up again. I found a perfect tutorial for You by The Beauty Plan, which shows each step of it.

ARTICLE 17 BEACHES IN PARIS Hi beachgirls and beachboys and everybody who is trying to find his place in the sun ! It is me Lisa and I have found it and will You tell about it. The beaches in Paris are rare but existing ! Jenny and I went to the parc Bois the Boulogne and the Chalet des Iles, a restaurant on an island in the lac Inférieur, a little lake in the parc. You have to take a ferry to get there.

We took some deck chairs and I tested for my face and the arms the sun oil ANTHElIOS XL 50+ by La Roche-Posay, Jenny tested her beach waves on the beach boys turning their heads around and smiling at her.

The sun oil is very good if You want to prevent dark spots, it has a UVB and UVA filter and has a very high protection of 50 spf.

For my legs I use another sun oil becuase I want to have brown legs. The sun oils spray coco by My Body with a UVA and UFB filter and the low protectionfilter 6 is enough and tanns my legs more than a 50+.

At the evening we went to another beach in Paris, where we tanned in the glooming lights of celebrities. Under the office of the television station Canal + the crew of the hot roof top restaurant Le Perchoir launches the beach bar La Passerelle.

Here You find the coolest television boys and girls and it has a nice atmosphere at the river side of the Seine under tents and furniture from Bali. We often drink our cocktails here, wave our beach waves hair and hope to be the next models on Canal + !

ARTICLE 18 THE ICECOLD MODEL GERDA Hi everybody, Melanie is writing to You about the latest news from the model business. Last week a new lithuanian model arrived in my agency in Paris. Her name is Gerda.She has long black hair and long trained legs,and tries to get all the modeljobs she can. Our model agency boss Stephane is weak for her and she spends a lot of time in the office with him. When I arrived this morning at the agency I found the both on his desk in a let´s say obvious not working position. I closed the door again and waited until she had put a skirt over her underwear again. She weared this very sexy nothing from Agence Provocateur in red.

The lithuanian model Gerda grined at me when she left Stephane´s office and our agency boss told me that he had given her the shooting for Icecream, which I was so eager for to get. But luckily he had another amazing model job for me, a catwalk for the designer Balzac Paris.

Balzac will come out big next season says Stefan. Or even this season with me on the catwalk as I hope. Their T-shirts and dresses are poetic like the books of the writer Honoré de Balzac. They have taken his name and bring poetry into fashion. I read his book "Euhénie Grandet" and his language floats me away into the 19th century.

I understand that my model friend Carola is in love with the author Claude Potille. I would be in love with Honoré de Balzac, when he would still live. So I am happy to have got this model job at the label Balzac and Gerda can pose her long legs for Icecream. She had to lick a lot to get it.

After visiting my agency I went with Julien for lunch to the terrace of the cinema LILAS in the restaurant Les Sardignac to discuss the situation.

Julien thinks the lithuanian model Gerda is dangerous for my career and I should keep an eye on her.

His wife Madame Deschampe has big influence with her fashion magazine " Coeur du Mode " in the fashion scene of Paris and she is dangerous for my career too, because Julien just cannot let his hands off me.

During our lunch Jenny called and told me the disturbing news she saw Gerda and Madame Deschamp in the training center where she went to aquabike. This is a new trendy sport in Paris. Jenny loves aquayoga too which was invented by the same studio as aquabiking. You simply sit on Your training bike in the water and have water around Your legs during the workout.

A quarter of an hour after Jenny had arrived a big darkhaired longlegged women entered the place, accompanied by a beautiful elder woman. The both were discussing all the time while they got on their bikes and did their workout. So Jenny had to hear their discussion. Guess what it was about !

The younger one was Gerda, Jenny told me. The other woman was Madame Deschampe, the editor of the fashion magazine " Coeur du mode" and Julien´s wife !

The two women discussed very bad stuff during their underwater workout. The lithuanian model Gerda wants to become owner of Stephane´s model agency "Modéle du Jour" where I work as a model too and she asked Madame Deschamp to help her ! And Madame Deschampe answered she would help her if Gerda helps her back to destroy my career !

Jenny heard all of it while she waterbiked and she got pale even when her cardio pulse registry showed a high speed activity. The both want to ruin my career and pirate Stephane´s agency " Modèle du Jour" !

I am not surprised and have expected something bad like that of this lithuanian model Gerda. I nearly cried and Julien had to give me his handkerchieve. Maybe I should change the agency and work for the agency Starsystem. Julien is shocked by these plans too and wants now to divorce from his wife Madame Deschampe which would make the situation even more difficult for me.

It is not my fault to look so dangerous good that other women need the dirtiest tricks to conquer my looks and charms.

Jenny told me she immedialtly called our agency boss Stephane of " Modéle du Jour", but he did not believe her a word and wanted to meet her in the Anticafe to talk it over.This cafe is an amazing internet cafe in Paris and Rome, where people can work on their stuff and use it as an open office. Stephane sometimes works there when his model agency office is too loud for him because all the bookers are calling with their phones magazines for jobs and it is a big room with no walls so You can hear it all.His own small office room is otherwise too closed and he feels better working when people are around, he once told me. In case he does not use his desk for special inspections of underwear on lithuanian models !

Jenny met Stephane in the Anticafe and he told her that he sleeps with Gerda and that he cannot believe Jenny a word about it all. He said that we are just jealous. Stephane got really angry and left the cafe. Jenny´s boyfriend Tom saw them from the other side of the street and thought she had a date with Stephane. So Tom was angry with Jenny too. And it is all my fault, because Jenny just wanted to help me !

Now I had immediatly to call Tom on the phone and explain him the situation.I did it but this made Julien jealous on Tom and he wanted to leave the restaurant. So I hang up and begged him not to say a word to his wife Madame Deschampe !

It would be easier for us all to stop this intrigue if she would not know that we know about it. But Julien is so angry now, he said he cannot promise me that. We made an appointment for next week when his wife is traveling to New York for business reasons.

My bad day ended in the bathroom in our model´s appartment with a hot coconut oil bath, which my friend Lisa recommended me after this shock.

Tom had promised me on the phone to keep his eyes open in the magazine " Coeur du mode" where he works as a journalist and Julien promised me at last to try to find out more and be silent to his wife now. We have to get all the informations what they plan in detail to stop this intrigue and I am so happy to have such amazing friends. Jenny even risks her realtionship and her model career to help me !

ARTICLE 19 COUTURE FASHION WEEK IN PARIS Hi all, it´s me Jenny again.Yesterday I was jogging through the Bois de Boulonge with my Itunes on listening to the song of Christine and the Queens - one of the hottest musicians at the moment in the fashion scene in Paris.

Modèle du Jour" guess who I ran into ? A blonde model called Charlotta, crossed my way in the parc. She said she knew me from my modelbook in the agency and that she will work as a model there too in the future. She is a big friend of Gerda who will make bookings from now on beside modeling and Gerda gave her a job for the cover of " Coeur du Mode".

Charlotta told me this within two minutes jogging beside me through the parc. It nearly cut of the air in my lounges. So this was the next plan of Gerda ! To bring in a direct concurrency to Melanie. And to me of course. And to take over the bookings. Stephane is crazy for Gerda. He will do everything she wants now.

I ran home to tell Melanie this bad news. She was not amused and decided to talk with Gerda and Stephane personally.

Lisa and I had a catwalk the same evening at the couture fashion show in Paris. We walked for the label of the designer Julien Fournié. It was his 11th Haute Couture show.He is a very inspiring person and makes Hot Haute Couture for women who love to enter the room and to be instantly the middle of the scene because of his dress.

Afterwards we were at his funny aftershow party at the Cafe Carmen.

We had much fun at the party together and forgot a bit the Charlotta syndrom, as we call it now. Gerda will have to manage her relation to Stephane very well when a blonde Swedish long legged sexbomb invades his agency " Modèle du Jour" ! If this was the right decidion of bad girl Gerda ?

ARTICLE 20 UNDERCOVER WEDDING PLANS Hi dear friends of Models In Motion ! It´s me Lisa again to keep You up to date on the newest beauty secrets and on what´s happening at the couture fashion week in Paris.

I ran for the very interesting fashion designer Lan Yu from China. She combines a Chinese embroidery technique called Su Xiu with her experience in European couture design.

Lan Yu is now one of the leading Chinese designers and her creations are breathtaking.She creates wedding dresses and it is a very romantic experience to wear one of it and walk with it down the aisle, ahem catwalk...

I am not even engaged at the moment, but these dresses make me dream.

The day before Melanie ran for Chanel at the couture fashion week Paris. She made a big impression on me in her costume with the fitting bag.How I love it when the bag completely fits the fabric of the jacket.

I was at Colette for a styling before I went to watch the show of Chanel.

They had a famous stylist there until 6 pm for ladies who run from one seat to the other during the couture fashion week and have to pimp up their looks in between. It was the John Nollet ! And I just had to go and see him. He also works for international movie stars, he knows Quentin Tarantino and worked for Nicole Kidman at the Cannes Film Festival. John Nollet also makes Haute Couture hair accessoires. Something I absolutely needed this week for my personal beauty. Take a look at what he did with Nicole Kidman´s hair in Cannes! He put her a feather in the hair which fits her hairtone.

With the right feather in my hair I took a seat at Chanel´s Couture fashion show and watched my gorgious friend Melanie running over the catwalk.

After the show Melanie joined me to eat a pure biological salade and yoghurt to keep our bellies flat during the couture fashion week at the restaurant Le Bio d´Adam et Eve.

There I told Melanie what I had heard while I was waiting for a place at the stylist John Nollet at Colette. Two Swedish models entered the room and they talked about Charlotta our new Swedish model at the agency " Modèle de Jour " and the best friend of bad girl Gerda from Lithuania, who is trying to ruin Melanie´s career.

The both talked about Charlotta´s brother Anders who must be a very well looking guy. One model said " Oh it´s a shame Charlotta´s brother Anders is engaged with this model Gerda from Lithuania." I thought that I could not trust my ears.

The bad girl Gerda who seduced our agency boss Stephane is engaged ! The other Swedish model, a blonde high heeled woman with red big lips answered her model friend " Yes and he is soo rich.His parents own a hotel group in Norway. How happy Charlotta must be that Gerda marries him.This Gerda is a lucky girl."

So why did this lucky fiancee Gerda seduce our agency boss and wants to take over his model agency ? Somethings is wrong on fashion´s land of beauties. I told this Melanie who could not help but laugh out loud. We called Jenny and Carola to join us. They came over to eat some sandwiches and we made a plan to strike back against Gerda and her Northern Gang.

Next day Jenny met Charlotta to go with her kickboxing at Kajyn Paris.Jenny knows very well how to kickbox and Charlotta wanted to start with it.

At the kickboxing center Kajyn Jenny told Charlotta that Gerda sleeps with Stephane our agency boss. Charlotta got aggressive. " Oh no, my brother Anders will kill her ! " was her first reaction. " Our parents are planning their wedding, and a fusion of their hotel enterprises as well.

How could Gerda do this !" Charlotta started to attack Jenny in her anger and the kickboxing nearly ended with a blue eye for her.

Melanie on her side went straight to our agency boss Stephane. She entered his office at Modéle de Jour" and told him that his new booker, model and sex machine Gerda is engaged to a very rich successor of a big hotel group in Norway. Stephane fell of the clouds and said that she is lying. Melanie answered Stephane to ask Gerda himselve.

After this success we met again to celebrate the fall of the Lithuanian model Gerda, sure that she would not get out of this situation soon.

ARTICLE 21 AFTERWORK´S SECRETS AND AMUSEMENTS Hello everybody, Carola is here.I will tell to You about the latest events and secrets in the fashionscene of Paris !

Now that the couture fashion week is over everybody prepares for holliday. The big shows are over but there are private shows at the big houses like Chanel where invited guests can take a look. Melanie worked for such an occasion.

The model Gerda can do nothing against it, Melanie stays at the top in the fashion scene of Paris. After she told her model agency boss Stephane about Gerda´s engagement to Anders, the Swedish model Charlotta´s brother, we waited what would happen next.

But never underestimate a position on the ground. Well some cats fall on their four feet. So did Gerda who cried a soap to Stephane about her parents, who want to force her into an engagement with Anders, who is more like a brother to her.

Gerda told Stephane she has fallen in love with him after her engagement with Anders and that she now just does not know what do do. At the moment she talked with Stephane I was entering the office of "Modèle du Jour" and thought OMG she does know what to do and I left it immediately.

I told my boyfriend Claude Potille about it and he laughed and said he is very inspired to write a crime story about our agency boss and Gerda. May he do so, I am shocked how willingly men are accepting every lie as long as their sex live stays stabile. Maybe Claude is the same. I have to test it some day, but I usually hate it to lie to my lovers; this is so bad for the realtionship.

We four girls are now a bit free after the couture fashion week and have just some photoshootings to do. There is a great studio in Paris "Antoine and Charlie". Sometimes Lisa works for shootings there.

I worked at a photoshooting for the photographer Frédéric Leschallier in his studio Photogramme.

"Vous n’êtes pas jolie, vous êtes pire." he said to me during the shooting. Which means " You are not pretty You are worse " a phrase by Victor Hugo, a French author who is very much adored by my boyfriend Claude Potille.

As holliday times arrives after work we four girls met Chalotta at a "Deep me I am furious" house club event in the Swann, and heard from her that Gerda plans to make a pacific cruise with Charlotta and Anders on her parent´s ship next month and that everything runs well between Charlotta´s brother Anders and Gerda. Now Charlotta tries to seduce her boyfriend with her blonde dulness. Charlotta danced around Tom at the party and whipped her big breasts before him and Jenny´s eyes. Jenny was not amused even when the Djs were great. Tom liked it and had fun. Charlotta is now on the cover of "Coeur du mode " in a bathing suit. She looks soo sexy and seductive.

Madame Deschampe hopes to hurt Melanie with this because she sleeps with her husband Julien. And Charlotta enjoys it to be in the middle of the interest. Also in the middle of Tom´s interest. Jenny got deep inside furious and made the party her private dance session to work it out on the dancefloor.

But why is Charlotta so hot on Tom now ? Tom is a good looking guy, but he is not the rich girl´s interest type.

Maybe this is part of Gerda´s plan to take control over the agency with the help of her girlfriend Charlotta.

I asked Tom by a drink at the bar what he thinks about Charlotta and he told me that he has heard a discussion in the magazine´s office of " Coeur du mode " between Charlotta and Gerda who went for the cover shooting there.

Gerda talked with Charlotta about an abortion which Charlotta had done at the age of 15. Gerda threatend Charlotta to tell this Madame Deschampe who would inform her parents about it. And the newspapers would bring it too.

Madame Deschampe could even force her parents to give her a lot of money to hold this information back. Charlotta begged Gerda not to tell it to madame Deschampe. But Tom heard it on the floor and Charlotta has seen him after their talk.

She does not know if he knows it now and tries to get near to him. Tom is amused and he did not tell anybody but Jenny and me about it. But if Charlotta goes on to seduce Tom, Jenny will tell it everybody around and also madame Deschampe. Jenny grabbed Charlotta in the Swann´s toilett and warned her that she would do that.

It was an exciting evening and Melanie will tell You what happened between Gerda and her next week.

ARTICLE 22 SUMMER HOLLIDAYS IN ST.TROPEZ Hi all it ´s me Melanie and I am in St.Tropez with my model friends Lisa, Carola and Jenny for a summer vacation. It is a must for a hip fashion girl to be in St.Tropez so You can count on that our vacation is part of the business.

Nevertheless we enjoy it very much to have a bit more free time and some less pounds to loose. I feel inspired by Brigitte Bardot who had this georgious curves and like to eat a bit more this summer.

I thought of the film "Et Dieu... créa la femme " with Brigitte Bardot when my lover Julien called me and told me he is also on vacation with his wife Madame Deschampe here.

We met in town in the restaurant " Au Caprice de Deux " in the afternoon. Unfortunately he got a call by his wife who ordered him to the new Chanel pop up shop to carry her bags home.So we fancy two were disturbed in our tête à tête. They stay in the hotel Villa Belrose and Julien hurried to carry his wive´s Chanel bags there.

I was very dissapointed. Julien went away and promised me to meet again soon. But don´t worry one does not stay alone long in St.Tropez. I called Lisa to go shopping new dresses in the new Pucci shop in St.Tropez. We found two very beautiful dresses with the happy making colours of Pucci which do not only fit to Capri but also very well to St.Tropez in this summer.

After our shopping tour we two girls went to the Pearl Beach restaurant to drink some hip cocktails.

There we met two very handsome young men who invited us to a boat trip at the sea. We accepted gladly and found ourselves on a fast motoryacht out on the sea like some Pucci dressed figurheads. When our boat crossed a big cruisship out on the sea a loud scream of a well known voice turned our heads. It was the model GERDA ! She was with Charlotta, Anders and their parents on the cruiseship, saw me and screamed " What ?! Melanie is here ? Charlotta we have to go shopping !". They ordered a small boat to drive to St.Tropez and I could not help but laugh as they crossed the way of our boat and Gerda stared at me in my new Pucci dress. The two beachboys who chauffeured us made an appointment with Lisa and me for the sunset rendevous clubbing at Pearl Beach restaurant on the late evening. Then we drove back to the beach and rushed to our hotel, the hotel Sezz.

We models stay in this hotel designed by Lacoste designer Christophe Pillet and enjoy every second of it.The design is simple and gives You a feeling of relaxed modernity. This style is part of our vacation so we pay a bit more for it.I (CONTINUED)

dressed up for the dinner and I combed my hair in the style of the famous Brigitte Bardot look of the 60ties. Then I went to the Roberto Cavalli caffé to meet Carola and Jenny again.

We drank some cocktails there and discussed the news about Gerda´s arrival when our agency boss Stephane entered the caffé. He was accompanied by the boss of a big US agency and they discussed loud the possibility of a partnership of our agency " Modèle du jour " and an US franchise. Jenny moved over and took Stephane by the side for a short talk. She explained him that Gerda has arrived with her fiancé Anders and Charlotta in a big cruise ship in St.Tropez. Stephane got very angry. He threatened Jenny to end all of our contracts if we do not stop to spread such rumours about Gerda. So Jenny left him with his business contact again and joined us girls. You cannot help the blind in love ones.

At the late evening we met the two beachboys in the Sunset rendevous clubbing at the Pearl Beach and danced until dawn.

It is such a lovely sunrise at St.Tropez. And our new friends were such fun. I slept just four hours this night.

Next day in the afternoon I went to the new Miu Miu shop in St.Tropez. Just as I was in the cabine to undress I heared the voice of Charlotta entering the shop. I stayed in the cabine and had to hear a conversation between Gerda and Charlotta. " If You tell madame Deschampe about my abortion at the age of 15 I will tell Anders about Your love affair with Stephane !" Charlotta said. Gerda was silent and then she promised to keep the secret. Which was no secret at all now. I decided to talk with Julien about what to do next to stop these two models ruining my career. After Gerda and Charlotta left the shop I was able to leave the undressing cabine again. I was glad that they just looked for bags and did not see me in the cabine.

Afterwards I met with Julien and we decided to use the time for a lazy "God created women in St.Tropez " afternoon at the beach. Julien gave me as a present the new Brigitte Bardot sun oil " La Madrague" of her own shop at the place de Ormeau and made me a relaxing massage of my back. I listened to the song "Mr.Sun" by Brigitte Bardot while he did that.

I like it when he does such things and he nearly convinced me with his affirmations that he will leave his wife and marry me. But I am not quite sure that I want to have him as my husband. Isn´t a lover more chique ? Husbands get big bellys and call You to carry the beer in front of their television while lovers are really engaged in their affairs.

So I kept Julien in the unknown about his further destiny and just asked him to inform his wife about Charlotta´s and Gerda´s arrival in St.Tropez.

Last night we four models were invited to a big yacht summer party at the Cote d´Azur in St.Tropez. I met the owner of the luxury yacht with 4 decks, a swimming pool on it, including a hairsaloon and a beautiful lounge in total Missoni design, a man named Rick O. at the Pearl Beach sunset clubbing. The lights were shimmering and the moon was shining on the sea when this mister millionaire invited me to a cocktail. He pointed at this huge ship at the sea and asked me if I and the girls would come to experience a cocktail the other evening, while watching the same moon over the moonlighted sea from his first deck.

I said yes and well next day Jenny, Carola, Melanie and I sat in a small motorboat which brought us to the big yacht before the bay of St.Tropez.

A lot of people stood on the four decks in cocktail dresses or simple summer evening gowns. I weared my Issae Miyake dress and had knotted my hair in Geisha style to impress the owner Rick. Melanie weared her newest Chanel summer dress and Carola had a golden evening gown from satin and new shoes by Christian Louboutin. She got the dress from the last fashion week in Paris. So we entered the yacht and Rick ran into us with open arms, kissing me on both cheeks. He offered us some cocktails and showed us around on his impressing ship. Carola pushed me in the side and asked if he is not too old for me, well he is a bit aged. We Japanese women look mostly at men´s ageless qualities like money, behaviour, or influence. Rick owns a big cosmetic imperium which he founded 30 years ago. And we talked over an hour about the newest beauty applications, which is a common interest that we obviously share.

After a while he introduced us to his only son Julio, a handsome looking guy with a sixpack and brown locks curling around his smiling face.I was so caught by Julio. It was love at first sight. I must have stared at him, because he turned away and got red. How sweet this was. But his father pulled me away from his side to the other deck to show me (CONTINUED)

Julio wants to change the whole production into animal test free organic lipsticks. Rick has to calculate and does agree in terms of shorter tests but disagrees in the costs of the material.Julio showed me his new developed organic lipstick in purple and we tested it´s kiss-proof too. Oh, what a kiss !I want everything organic by Julio now on my lips.

His father Rick O. confessed me some cocktails later, when we stood alone again at the railing on the first deck watching the fool moon going down in deep orange into the dark blue sea that he has fallen in love with me during his chemical orange lipstick test. This moon must have made him sentimental and he begged me on knees to see him again on the next afternoon for dinner alone on his yacht. I said yes, remembering the smile of his gorgious son and hoping to see Julio too to test some organic lipstick kiss-proof there on the next day.

Even Gerda, who was also invited to the party, did not get any of my attention this evening. She weared a dress by Pucci from the new shop in St.Tropez.Gerda and Charlotta are befriended with Rick over Charlotta´s parents who own a lot of cruise ships. Anders was also on board and Gerda laid her arm around him as if nothing had happened between her and Stephane. Jenny made a picture with her iPhone of them secretly to show our agency boss Stepahne that his new lover Gerda is on a double cruise concerning her love affairs.

We ate hummer, drank champagne and the newest cocktails mixed by professional barkeepers on board. Melanie took Charlotta at the side and warned her. If she would not stop Gerda from attacking her and ruining her career as a model she would talk about this abortion that Charlotta had with 15. Charlotta got very pale and sipped at her drink nearly starting to cry. How many know about her little secret now, she wondered and Melanie had to swear to keep the secret before madame Deschampe and her parents. Charlotta would even try to organise her a cover shooting for the magazine Coeur du mode, if she keeps her secret. Her brother Anders came along and the conversation ended. Gerda watched Melanie very arrogant and asked if she is there with Julien. Madame Dechamp was also on board with her husband and Melanie´s lover Julien. We met them on the second deck and Julien nearly spit his whiskey on the floor when he saw us. I smiled and sent my most seductive look back to the boat in the direction of his son standing a deck deeper and watching us criticaly moving back to St.Tropez. What a great evening this has been. I told my friends about the lipstick testing experience and that I am now totally convinced of Julio´s organic lipstick line on the motorboat. Jenny was shocked. "You kissed the father and the son ?" She asked me and if I want to talk about the relationship to my own father or if I think I maybe need a therapist. I answered her that I have only the chance to see his beautiful son Julio again if I agree into the overtures of his father Rick. And Rick is not a bad man, look at his yacht ! His son will get everything from him one day and in 20 years I am still in my fourties and can have a luxury live at the side of Julio. Carola was shocked. So You would sleep with both ? ARTICLE 24 BETWEEN SAILING AND DINNER CABARET IN ST.TROPEZ Hello dear friends, I am Carola and here on holliday with my friends Melanie, Jenny and Lisa at the wonderful and hot Cote d´Azur in St.Tropez ! My boyfriend Claude has to work in a restaurant during the summer in Paris, so I am alone with the girls and have fun as I can.

Last week we models were invited at a yacht party, where I met an interesting man, Piet Lasalle, who sails with his own old wooden boat at Les Voiles de St.Tropez end of september. This is a very prestigious event where ancient and new one, two and even three mast boats sail together and beautiful old sailships start.

Piet starts with a wooden one mast boat. He is in the société nautique de St.Tropez, a yacht club, which is more sporty orientented.

This interests me much more than the big yacht ships with boring old milionairs. Lisa is quite different in this case and I hope she will learn that money does not make a girl happy. At the party was also Gerda with her fiancé Anders and Madame Deschampe the editor of the magazine "Coeur du mode" with her husband Julien, who made Melanie a bit nervous with his offer to have secretly sex in a waiter´s cabine. Melanie fobed him of and had a nice talk with Anders while Julien stared at her clearly angry.

She found out that Anders was a very naive and positive thinking man. He has no idea about the cheat of his finacé Gerda, who has sex with Stephane the boss of our model agency " Modèle du jour ". The model Gerda got very nervous while Melanie talked about the cruise ship enterprise whith Anders, which is owned by his family. She always stubbed him to go elsewhere and it was quite funny to watch. Jenny took a photo of Gerda and Anders with her iPhone and sent it to our agency boss Stephane. Stephane wrote her back that he knows in which difficult situation Gerda is and we should let her do what she wants without intervening. Stephane is a cool guy isn´t he ? I do not know if my boyfriend Claude would react so cool if he saw me with Piet dining in St.Tropez.

We dated the next evening and went to STEFANO FOREVER at the beach Pampelonne. This is a mythic place with a restaurant and dinner cabaret.

We had a wonderful amazing evening and fun to watch the cabaret show while dining. Piet is a man who likes to be in loud places where a lot of action takes place. I found out that I am also this way. I love it when things happen around me and I can just star at what´s going on.

My boyfriend Claude loves the quiet places where he can write or read and where people listen to him when he speaks or when he reads loud from his books.

He is coming for a short trip to St.Tropez this week, when a "Nocturne littéraire", a literary night takes place. Over 50 writers will read from their books in front of the chateau hotel de la Messardiere. This is a high class event and I will attend for sure. Claude will read from his new book there.

I asked Piet if he wants to join us, but he seems to have fallen a bit for me and does not like to meet my boyfriend Claude at all. He invited me to come to St.Tropez when the sailing Les Voiles takes place and he will sail with me around the bay of St.Tropez wthin the next days. How can I tell Claude that I will go sailing, when he is coming to St.Tropez. It is not easy and I know that Piet wants to be alone with me. I am at the moment so far away from Claude but maybe when he arrives tomorrow there will be no more Piet in my head. I will see what happens. I am quite spontaneous in these things and maybe Piet is the better man for me. But Claude is so romantic too.

ARTICLE 25 A PHOTOSHOOTING AND DINNER WITH A SEXOLOGIST IN PARIS Hi dear readers of Models In Motion ! It´s me Melanie and am back in Paris for a fashion photo shooting job. It is summer I know and I feel like the only person in Paris who works at all, beside the waiters and restaurant owners.The streets are filled with tourists and all my friends are still on vacation. Why agency boss Hugo called me for this shooting to Paris in August, I did not know. We had bad times together, Hugo and I, but also nice ones, so I hoped for a nice shooting this time.

I met the German man before the museum and found something funny out about him. The guy is sexologist. He is on holliday in Paris and wants to research the town to recommend it to unhappy couples who want to redefine their sexual live and find new lust. I giggeled a lot while showing him the reproduction of the liberty statue inside the museum as he told me his profession.

Maybe I should recommend him all the little arthouse cinémas where Julien and I meet in secret or some beautiful boutique hotels. But these places shall stay a secret between me and Julien and if this German man tells other people about them it would be able that Julien´s wife finds out where we meet.

That would be bad, as some experiences showed us recently.

So I told Horst the places where Hugo and I used to go assuming that a man like Hugo who has not much phantasy would be there with his newest girlfriend too and then meet some German tourists. Late revenge.

The photoshooting also took place in the museum des Arts et Metiers and I invited Horst to watch it.

At the moment this is better than to meet Hugo alone and it is quite interesting to show an ex boyfriend to a sexologist. I thought maybe he can tell me something about Hugo that I did not find out during our realtionship.

First Hugo was a bit nervous when he saw a man aside me during the shooting, but Horst promised to stay calm and just watch from behind. We shot some beautiful lingery inside the museum and I was presenting my long legs in designer fashion by Yohi Yamamoto before the liberty statue.

Hugo did make the photo shooting by himselve. I wondered why he did not call one of his photographers for such an important job, as he called me extra to come out of my vacations to Paris.

After the shooting he invited me to dinner and I understood everything. He was just trying to seduce me again and Horst crossed his plans ! I thought it was funny to invite Horts to the dinner too and we three did have an amazing discussion about sexual experiences there. So it came that the sexologist Horst prevented me from having sex with my ex boyfriend Hugo and made me take a look on what I want for a real good fulfilling realtionsship. prejustices about such work at all ! Hugo was not questionning our sexual live ( he wanted to have it back ) he just thought that I would be there whenever he wants me to and this does definitly not turn me on. Horst explained Hugo that I wanted to be desired by him, what ´s not the case for now, but in the past this was true. Hugo explained Horst that French people have a totally different sexual live than German and there are more variables between close friends and one night stands than in Germany.

I do not think this is a question of culture, is it ? Horst wants to help couples to get out of their comfort zone to experience adventures again. I did never ever have a comfort zone in my relationships because they were so complicated but this leeds also to the effect that they were sexualy fulfilled. Live is not that complicated at all if You look at it with a distance. Somehow I was glad to have met this sexologist Horst and maybe one day when I find a comfort zone with a man or beside Julien, I will contact him to get out of it again. Hugo was not happy as I waved him goodbuy this evening, but You see I am a faithful person at least faithful to myselve. And as long as I am in love with Julien I will not have sex with my exboyfriend.

Julien tells me his relation with madame Deschampe is just a friendship and he wants to divorce from her. Horst could help them to find new lust in their marriage, but Julien does not want this. Maybe madame Deschampe gave Horst my e-mail adress to check me out. I asked him if he knows her, but he denied. Horst said to my relationship with Julien that it was a lust for adventure on both sides, so it is clear that if the adventure ends and serious relationship starts, also the lust ends. I am afraid of that and do not want Julien to divorce from madame Deschampe at all. Horts thinks this is immoral, but it works for me at the moment.

So also a sexologist wants to find a moral construction to press people into a defined allowed place for their lust.

Can this work at all ? Can one not only design a perfect street or perfect things, but also a perfect sexual relationship ? I wished Horst a nice holiday in Paris and now I sit in the train to St.Tropez again to meet my friends Jenny, Lisa and Carola and my lover Julien.
