Location Compairing Location 1 • First of all, the location is a long-term investment for a business, compared with other factors, it is long-term and fixed. When the environment issue changes, the business can be adjusted accordingly to adapt to the external environment. And the business location is difficult to change once it is determined, if the location selected is good, the company can benefit in the long term. Although the quality of goods and service level are basically the same, the location of the shop is different, it may also lead to economic benefits difference. • With the formation of a commercial center, which businesses located nearby will be profitable, it is extremely prosperous. It is the center of the urban visitor’s flowrate, logistics, capital, and the focus of city commercial activities. The population density and population of the area must be considered, population is the basic element of purchasing. Companies should be located in locations with the most convenient traffic, that is the most accessible locations.

Precedent Study 03 Wood and the Dog Room refurbishment Architects: Studio Errante Architetture Location: Paesana, Italy Year: 2013
It is a shed for the firewood storage for the heating system and it required to ensure the collected wood drys by air passing through the planks of the shell. There has a shelter at the exterior, that provides a place for interaction between a private courtyard and an outside public space, which is a special seat for humans and animals in the center of the small village.
44 The shelter is composed of cement and wooden boards, it is a triangular space that occupies a part of the shed, but it is open to the outside world, which is like cutting a corner from the interior space. The original structure of the shed is uneven and had some stratified textures, which caused by time and lack of maintenance. The light gray coating covers the old structure to unify and underline that presence, it consolidated the new construction. It’s a working space and a service zone in the shed. There had a concrete wall inwards that create a surface with a large sink.

Precedent Study 04 House N Houses
A dwelling for a family of three and a dog, located in a residential district in Tokyo. To live in a dense metropolis like Tokyo is hard to find a space to breathe, but this house somehow similar to live in a big tree.
Architects: Sou Fujimoto Architects Location: Tokyo, Japan Year: 2008 Area: 125 m²
The way of the house is separated from the street by one wall may doubtful, and wonder whether the area can bring a rich sense of the change of the distance between the city and the house. For example, some space in the house is closer to the street, the other space is a little bit away from the street, so there is a space far away from the street to ensure sufficient privacy.
47 The house is like a shell with three-layer and sequential dimensions, every layer is nested with next layer. The outer layer covers the entire field and is a semi-indoor garden. The second layer further confines the space and is divided into indoor space and outdoor space. The third layer provides a smaller indoor space, the residents can freely have their lives in this gradation of the floor. Some opinion might say that an ideal building should make people feel like they are in indoors even when they are in an outdoor space, and when they are indoors should feel like they are outside. In a nested structure, the inside is the outside, and the outside is also the inside. It is neither about space or form, but simply expresses the richness between the house and the street.

Precedent Study 05 Fumeancats’ s Office Office, Studio
A big family of 8 cats and 11 people working together. In order for the members of the studio to have a better working environment, the creators of the studio gained a lot of experience and ideas after renovating and moving the studio many times.
Design: Fumeancats Location: Taipai, Taiwan Year: 2020
The use of soft earth tone colors brings nature into the studio, without many eyecatching colors, that in order to reduce the pressure on people and cats. Make good use of opaque doors and multiple rooms to make the distance between cats and cats, and reduce the territorial battle between male cats. In the three rooms, with the addition of cat trails and cat jumping platforms, the cats will naturally look for the place they love.

Floor
Sofa, chair
The detachable type sofa made with artificial leather is used to avoid cat peeing and scratching, a washable sofa is convenient for cleaning. Choose lower-height furniture and add steps to make it easier for cats with less mobility to get on and off in the studio. Having some custom-made furniture can let the cat be integrated into the working environment, some cabinets can store documents and allow the cat to hide at the same time. The cat jumping platform and cat trail are crossing the whole space, and there are multiple entrances and exits, which can avoid cats chasing each other.
After a year of use, the studio found that even if there is an iron frame that directly penetrates the whole board in the middle of the cat trail’s boards, which increases the elasticity of the board and absorbs the vibration generated by the cat when they run. Finally, the L-shaped iron is used under boards, entering the iron frame directly in the center of the plank, and fixed with silicone to strengthen and stabilize the catwalk.
