_ Product Design 產品設計 _
/ 材質尋找 發想過各種可能材質後，認為 磚頭和有窗花的毛玻璃很符合我 們想要的核心價值，決定前往高 雄市「三合瓦窯」尋找磚瓦這種 類型的材質，並向瓦窯工廠內的 老師傅尋求相關技術上可能的幫 助，同時找尋仍有保存停產毛玻 璃的地方，了解玻璃切割可能的 進行方式。 因為一個燒窯的時間太長， 無法完全照我們意思製作，有窗 花的毛玻璃則是已經停產，都只 能拿現有材料製作，最後確定都 以現有材料切割的方式來生產。
Working Process / Material After doing some research of material, we thought brick and glasses with the pattern which is meet our expectation of core value. We went to San-He tile kiln looking for this material and ask for help in technic. Also, looking for glasses with the pattern and its factory as well. Because the tile will take a long time to produce and the glasses with the pattern was out of production, we would cut product in hand as our final procedure. 13

/ 最後產品 - 項鍊 想保有毛玻璃原有的質感和花紋，因此只用金屬和線去做搭配，希望能襯托出玻璃花紋的晶瑩剔透。 因為玻璃用手工切割小面積只能做出簡單的直線，而且窗戶大部份都是方形的，所以以這樣的方式去做項 鍊的造型，並以一款手工較繁複的項鍊做為限量版，因為做工和材料選擇造成大賣。 /Final product-necklace We tried to reserve the original tactile and pattern, so the glasses with the pattern would go along with metal and string. Glasses with the pattern could only be cut straight in small pieces with hand. Therefore, we cut glasses in simple shape like windows. One of them which is limited edition is in great demand, because of its delicately crafted string and the material. 15

/ 最後產品 - 手環和卡片 也想保留瓦片本身的顏色和質感，所以只用麻繩和皮繩去做搭配， 並在下方加蓋一個 Lost & Found 的章增加細節。瓦片我們自己本身無法 加工，必須交由瓦窯工廠的水刀師父代為切割，還好以他們的技術有辦 法達到我們的要求，讓產品順利完成。想用一種較平價的商品來吸引消 費者，於是多做一系列感溫變色的卡片，也符合我們想要傳達的核心價 值。
/Final product- bracelet and card We also tried to reserve the original tactile and color, so the tile would go along with rope made of hemp and boondoggle. A stamp is inside of the bracelet could make it more delicate. Although we could not cut the tile, the master in the kiln could help us to make it real. In order to appeal to more consumer easily, we made a series of temperature-detecting cards to meet our expectation of core value.

/ 草圖發想
/Skech
以日常生活最基本的椅 子 - 板凳，作為發想的開始， 希望以形態的改變產生新的趣 味，定義坐椅子這件事可能產 生的互動性，不再只是單純坐 在上面。
Trying to make a different chair from basic stool, I think a delight could be put on. The definition of sit will be change if more interaction comes from the stool.

/ 設計背景
/Background
這次膠帶台主要針對現在家庭有各種不同的 年齡組成，每個人是使用膠帶台的方式都不一樣， 而且通常都很臨時，並不會大量或長期的使用， 找出最常被使用的幾個方式。應付一般家庭常會 發生的各種狀況，例如小孩子臨時要交美勞作業、 爸爸要貼信封、媽媽要包禮物、阿嬤要貼春聯分 別需要方便、安全、快速、整齊等不同的要求。
I focus on a normal family which is comprise kids, parents and grandparents. Tape dispenser often be used in a temporary situation. Everyone use tape dispenser in different way. Like handing in artwork, pasting an envelope, packaging a gift, and so on.

/ 設計草圖 根據現在市面上最常見到的兩種膠帶台做結 合，一種是桌上型的膠帶台，一種是專門拿來封 箱的膠帶台，擷取各自的優點，做出更能符合各 種不同用途的膠帶台。朝向可以當桌上型膠帶台 也可以做比較整齊精確的黏貼動作的膠帶台。
/Sketch In order to meet the family’s needs, the tape dispenser would be convenient, safe, fast and neat. Combining with the tape dispenser on table and the one for package to achieve the goal.

先用厚紙板嘗試出 L 形手持部 分的可行性及各個實際操作尺寸， 試操作整體運作方式，再用 ABS 版做出更接近實際材質的模型， 調整材質轉換後的問題。
I use paper to try out the funtion and the real size. Then, using ABS board to adjust the problem between exchange of material.

1.7 字型設計方便替換膠帶，三個 小轉軸讓膠帶旋轉順暢 2.7 字型單元獨立使用的膠帶切割 點仍有突起固定膠帶 3. 底座重心置於前下方，確實達 到功能所需

/ 設計背景 我曾經擔任過一些小型活動的音控人 員，對於音控這個職位有一些了解，知道可 能面臨的困難，對於音控當下需要其他人的 回饋才能完美控制場面的問題有疑問，但是 不知道職業音控人員的實際狀況，希望藉由 實地的尋查和訪問來發覺這個問題的價值。
/Background I have been a so und controller who arrange some small activities. I was confused by a problem that a sound controller may need others helping to control the activities. hoping to get some information from professional sound controller, I would make some interview.

/ 觀察及訪談 1. 實地走訪台南唱匠音響，並訪問專業音響 舞台音響人員。 2. 前往台南孔廟觀察活動現場，音響擺放方 式及使用過程。
/Observation and interview 1.I went to SONGSTAR sound stage company and interviewed the boss . 2.I observed an live activities and focused on how to arrange the equipment.

/ 定義問題
/Problem
訪問舞台音響公司後，了解專 業人員進行整個活動安排的方式， 從活動前的運送、佈置，活動進 行期間的調整，到日常的維修保 養。認為音控和佈場人員之間最 會造成誤會，有經驗差別的問題， 而且不容易銜接，所以決定從音 控及佈場人員之間的溝通下手。 讓音控知道佈場人員的位置，並 由佈場人員在各個地點回傳所在 地的音量資訊給音控，使音控在 音控台就能掌握全場聲音適切程 度。
After making a inter view of a soundstage company, I found out the process which a professional company hold an activities. There are many problem in the whole process. The communication between sound controller and people who arranged the audio is not really convenient. They misunderstood each other sometimes. So I focus on the problem that people who arranged the audio help sound controller to control any spot of activities.
/ 配合技術
/Technology
活動的場地有分室外及室內舉 辦，活動進行時通常吵雜而且昏 暗，需要的部分是定位和通訊的 技術，因為室外定位的技術較普 及，主要是 GPS 和 LBS 兩種，很多 器材都有這種功能，而且大型場 地溝通不易，所以希望朝向室內 大型活動的定位發展。
Activities would be hold outdoors and indoors. I need a technology which can detect the location of people. There a re m a n y p o p u l a r o u t d o o r s positioning system, such as GPS and LBS(located-based service). Because many activities was hold in a big indoors place, I will focus on this goal.

因為主動式 RFID 技術主要是一 個有電池的電子標籤和另一個連接 電腦的主機，而且要由燈光溝通來 客服昏暗和吵雜的問題，因此必須 容納這些機構，並加入夾子的方式 讓佈場人員活動自如。
Active RFID has a electric tag with battery and a main server. There must be a light to get through the noisy and dim on the activity. Also, put in a clip to make people who arranged the audio move easily.

1. 主動式 RFID 配合 RSSI 訊號過濾技術產生室內定位裝 置並傳遞訊息 2. 在活動場地各處隨時將音量大小及突發狀況回報給 音控 3. 佈場人員可將此裝置夾於領口或口袋，未使用時可 夾在主機上 4. 由燈光強度確認已調整音量大小，產生閃爍為回報 突發狀況
/Design feature 1.Active RFID combined with signal filtering generate Location-Based Service and send message. 2.Inform sound control of volume sizes and accident anywhere at any time. 3.People who arranged the audio may clip it at clothing or pocket. It also can clip on the server. 4.Confirming volume sizes which changed with the strength of light. Twinkling light means accident.

/ 使用情境 活動進行時，音控隨時可以藉由連接電腦 的 RFID 主機，掌握在各個地方佈場人員的位置， 由佈場人員由夾在腰際的回傳 RFID 適當的音 量大小，即使在燈光昏暗活動音量很大的場地 也可以輕鬆溝通。
/Usage situation The sound controller can communicate with people who arranged the audio by the RFID server connected to a computer and a RFID tag cliped on waist of people who arranged the audio. They would communicate in a dark and noisy place.
