We have practised expressing our demands on quality so accurately, that the suppliers deliver at optimum level. We define the best possible fabrics sold by the metre, reinforcements, zippers, buttons, reflectors and thread. And we provide the factories with perfect designs, so that the result is exactly as we intended – on your behalf.

OUR SUPPLIERS ARE WELL-BEHAVED Moreover, we not only impose high demands on the quality of the products. All J.A.K. suppliers are obliged to comply with the requirements for the environment, work environment and social responsibility, which are stipulated in the Global Compact of the UN. Isn’t it nice to know that your safety is not provided to the detriment of hard-working men and women in far-off countries?

In speedway, you’re on your own: It’s all about getting the best start, pushing the gear to the limit and using all your strengths and abilities in every single curve.

The same applies to J.A.K., when we solve a task for you. We are well aware that we are measured on every little detail being solved to perfection. Naturally. The final result is the sum of all the details.

Here is an example: If we are familiar with your design and already have your logo, you will have your delivery the day after you have ordered it. If you have placed a large order or if you are a new customer, you need to wait a couple of days. But believe us: We will not waste a second of your time!

Most of our competitors do not see the world in the same way. In that case, they can very well enjoy the vision of J.A.K, as we constantly move forward!

HANDELSBETINGELSER Generelt Alle priser gælder ab lager. Reklamationer vedr. fejlleveringer skal ske senest 8 dage efter modtagelsen. Køber bærer alene ansvaret for at modtagne varer kontrolleres inden videre bearbejdning. Der tages forbehold for trykfejl, moms/afgiftsændringer, modelændringer mv.

Levering Alle varer leveres ab lager Esbjerg eller Vallensbæk. J.A.K. Workwear hæfter ikke for forsinkelser, der skyldes fragtfirma eller force majure. Ved ordrer over DKK 2.500,- sendes franco. Ordrer under DKK 2.500,- pålægges DKK 50,- pr. colli. Ved forsendelser til udlandet afregnes fragt efter gældende fragtprisliste uanset ordrebeløb.

Betalingsbetingelser Alle kunder kreditvurderes.

Betalingsbetingelse er 14 dg. netto.

Ved fortsat udeladelse af betaling af forfalden gæld, ændres betalingsbetingelser til efterkrav/ kontant uden yderligere varsel.

Priser Alle priser er ex. moms og i DKK eller Euro hvor angivet. Priser er gældende indtil ny prisliste udsendes.

Returvarer Returvarer modtages kun efter aftale og modtages kun ubrugt og i original emballage.

Returvarer krediteres -20%. Fragtomkostninger krediteres ikke.

Farvelighed Visse farvenuancer er af tryktekniske årsager svære at gengive nøjagtigt i kataloget. Der tages forbehold for nuanceforskelle på indfarvet tøj pga. forskellige farvemetoder ved forskellige produktionsmetoder.

LIEFER- UND ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN Allgemeines Alle Preise gelten ab Lager. Reklamationen bezgl. Fehllieferungen sind bis spätestens 8 Tage nach Eingang der Waren mitzuteilen.

Es obliegt dem Käufer allein, die erhaltenen Waren zu kontrollieren, bevor er diese weiter bearbeitet.

Druckfehler, Änderungen von Steuern und Abgaben sowie Modelländerungen u. a. vorbehalten.

Lieferung Alle Waren werden ab Lager Esbjerg geliefert.

J.A.K Workwear haftet nicht für Verspätungen, die durch den Frachtführer oder durch Force Majeure entstehen.

Bei Sendungen ins Ausland werden - ungeachtet des Bestellwerts - die tatsächlichen Versandkosten berechnet.

In general All prices are ex works. Complaints concerning wrong delivery must be made no later than 8 days after receipt. The purchaser has the sole responsibility for checking received goods before further processing.

Subject to misprints, changes in VAT/fees, changes in design, etc.

Delivery All goods are delivered from stock in Esbjerg.

J.A.K. Workwear is not liable for delays caused by the freight company or force majeure.

For shipments to foreign countries the delivery charge will be settled according to current freight price list no matter the amount of the order.

Terms of payment All customers are assessed. Payment are 14 days net. In case of failure to settle due debts,

Farbentsprechung Bestimmte farbliche Nuancen können im Katalog aus drucktechnischen Gründen vom Original abweichen. Farbabweichungen können bei eingefärbten Textilien aufgrund der verschiedenen Färbungs- und Produktionsmethoden auftreten und bleiben vorbehalten.
