Carl Shurr Carl is an experienced and award-winning real estate professional in Austin’s luxury real estate market. His annual sales have consistently ranked him in the top 1% of all Austin area Realtors for over a decade. Carl began his full-time career in real estate in 2006 after spending 10 years in investment management. His interest in real estate was first as an investor buying property for himself and remodeling homes for sale or rental. Soon after he began helping others find and acquire property and his real estate business took off from there. Carl enjoys providing genuine, sound advice combined with an analytical investment perspective to insure his clients make the most of their purchase or sale. He backs up that advice with the diligence, tenacity and professionalism to get the deal done. Carl works with a wide variety of clients including buyers, sellers, investors, builders and developers and his global network is an invaluable asset to his clients.
