A licensed Realtor since 1983, Susan’s experience, knowledge, and commitment to integrity have continuously earned her the respect of her clients and peers. Susan has a thorough knowledge of the real estate trends of Austin, where she grew up, and its surrounding areas.

Susan learned the nuts and bolts of residential construction while representing a high-end custom builder. As a member of a residential development team, she gained and applied knowledge in helping bring into fruition two successful neighborhoods, Travis Settlement and Kirby Springs Ranch. A real estate investor herself, Susan has valuable insight to help her customers make informed real estate decisions and purchases.

Susan has a passion for Austin, her “favorite city in the world,” and has committed her time and money to local charities through the years. She currently sits on the advisory board for Trotter House and on the board of directors for Bee Cave Recovery. Both of these grassroots non-profit organizations sought her out for her expertise in making things happen in order to bring their visions to reality. Susan considers it an honor to serve others as they accomplish their goals.
