Things You Should Know
You have a mailbox folder located in the file cabinet by the computer area.
If you purchase keys for $25.00, you will have 24/7 access to the office. The key fob works on the front main door and the door on the Northeast side of the building.
The monthly All Agent Partners Meeting is held on the THIRD TUESDAY of each month in the 2nd floor training room. All agents are invited to attend.
Parking: You may park on the 2nd level of the parking garage or the lot on the North side of the building.

Compliance Guidelines The marketing materials you develop are important because they are your identity as a Keller Williams Arizona Realty associate; they are the face of your business. As you begin to create your brand, here are some requirements you should keep in mind. All marketing materials must include: 1. Our market center DBA logo (The only logos that are approved are below and in our shared drive) 2. The REALTOR and Equal Housing Logos 3. he ownership statement: Each Office Is Independently Owned and Operated 4. You must SPELL OUT our ENTIRE NAME: Keller Williams Arizona Realty (#KWAZ, KW Arizona Realty are NOT allowed) on ALL advertising, e-mails and contracts Our market center DBA name is Keller Williams Arizona Realty.

Compliance Guidelines You must ensure that your marketing materials comply with the local real estate laws and rules and any local MLS rules.
The agency DBA name must be spoken in all voiced materials (voicemail).
Placement and Size of Logo – Whether print or digital the employing brokerage’s name must be prominent, which means it needs to be LARGER than any other team logo and must be placed 1st – so in front of or before the team logo or personal agent logo.
If you are using a third-party vendor to create websites, update profiles, create marketing material for you and/or your team it is the AGENT’S RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that the third-party company is in compliance with ADRE – it is not the responsibility of the third party!
If you are an agent on a team – it is the AGENT’S responsibility to make sure that anything that you send out or has your name attached to it is in compliance not just your RAINMAKER/TEAM LEADER.
All agents MUST submit all advertising through the Designated Broker, Jim Dunning and Managing Broker, Kate Matteson for approval. Please make sure you receive written confirmation before proceeding to print or distribute any materials.
Change of address, email address or any other personal information must be updated on your AZRE.gov Profile within 10 days of such changes. Please log into your AZRE.gov profile and make sure that all of your contact information is correct.
All marketing materials must be free from deception and shall not misrepresent the condition of the property, terms of sale, value of real estate, company policies or brokerage services.
All marketing must comply with RESPA guidelines.
All agents MUST review ALL current and previous – marketing materials, websites, social media to include LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Zillow, Realtor.com etc. and make sure that it is in compliance with ADRE. IF YOU CAN GOOGLE IT AND FIND IT ON THE INTERNET – YOU CAN GET FINED BY ADRE $500 PER INSTANCE - IF IT IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU ARE NO LONGER USING THE SITE OR NOT! So, if you have old websites that you are no longer using, or you no longer use Instagram, FB or any other platform YOU MUST DISABLE THOSE ACCOUNTS.
Please become familiar with these rules and others within our Broker’s Policies and Procedures Manual. This manual is located on the shared drive, and there are multiple hard copies in the office as well. There may be additional regional advertising guidelines as well. While vendors approved by Keller Williams are very familiar with Keller Williams’ requirements and your local rules and laws, they cannot guarantee compliance. Legally, that responsibility is yours.

“I’m already a member of ADRE. Why do I need to join a board?” You must join a board because Keller Williams Arizona Realty is a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors). It is a NAR requirement that you must join a board. **ARMLS fees are separate and paid directly to ARMLS. Each new member is responsible for paying their ARMLS/MLS fee. Instructions on paying the fee will be provided when applying for membership.
