After working in construction and investing in real estate Garret saw a gap in what consumers where being promised and what was being delivered. His group is based on service and results.

I continuously leverage professional contacts and the Keller Williams network to find buyer brokers Open houses are hosted for both brokers and client on an ongoing basis.

I develop and execute an intelligent, effective paid marketing plan in relevant publication. Eyecatching property signs are produced and placed outside of your property.

Building a Strategy 5

I conduct an assessment of the market response within the first 7 days of your listing going live. Feedback from agents and buyers is aggregated and the listing strategy is revised if needed.

Measuring Success

Your agent provides bi- weekly 1:1 updates and provides continuous traffic metrics.

Finalizing the Details 8

I note and observe all contingency periods throughout the in- contact stage. All financial and supplemental information is collated and submitted to the managing agent.

Optimizing the Offer 7

Following an offer, I contact all interested parties, review offer terms and raises all counter- offer options with you. The contract is negotiated and accepted, and the transaction summary is circulated to all parties.

Completing the Close 9

The property appraisal is completed and all the closing documents have been signed off. I then arrange the final walkthrough at which time the keys are handed over to the buyer.
