We purchased Kramer at the 2021 Southern Roundup from Terry and Marty Vernon. Unfortunately for Kramer when he got home to us last spring, we were pretty heavy on bull power so we didn’t get to use him much, in fact he only got two cows to breed. Since we are still long on bulls in the pen we decided to consign a good one , and this long spined two year old is the guy we chose to share with the industry. His pedigree is stacked with greats, his calves come unassisted, he’s long as freight train and with a great temperament. I think this 2 year old has a lot to offer and will breed a lot of cows.

5K is one heck of a bull. Currently at the Olds College RFI test he is the top average daily gaining bull of all breeds. He is out of a beautiful fleckvieh first calver we purchased from Sandy Hill Simmentals that did an awesome job on him. His sire Circle G Heat Wave owned by Lewis Farms and Michael Maronda is averaging 79 lbs on his progeny’s birthweights. 5K has a nice hip, good muscle expression, smooth shoulders, narrow skull and good depth. He’s a great bull that’s quiet and super easy to work with and I think he’ll calve easy and produced stout well-muscled calves.
