His mother is quite possibly my favourite red factor cow we have raised, with a little fleck in there to ensure enough milk and excellent feet and legs. Jarvis is a real soggy, deep made bull out of one of our most important cow families, his dam Kelcie always impresses us with the capacity of her females and the performance she lays down with each calf. I have no doubts that Jarvis will make tremendous calves whether they be bulls or heifers.

Edsel is from one of our taller, larger framed cows. We love these JNR Conan calves and he is no exception. That fantastic disposition combined with consistent calving ease put our Conan animals at the top of our program annually. You’ll notice he’s lost his switch, an unfortunate outcome from the yearling pen. I expect this missing switch to have no effect on his performance.
