Marbella sold fewer homes in the First Quarter of 2015 The first quarter of 2015 has started with fewer home sales (850 units sold) than in the same period of 2014 (858 units sold). This represents a -0,9% year difference. Marbella has become national flag by number of transactions in 2014, peaking at number 7 of the Ranking of Spanish Towns, where most homes were sold (among 8,122 municipalities).
