Biography Of Kyle Flannery
Kyle Flannery is a Project Manager at MDG Design and Construction, based in Woodbury, New York He began with the firm in 2023 as an Assistant Project Manager and was promoted six months later to his current role.

Role as Project Manager
As Project Manager of MDG, Kyle brings his experience and education in construction to the job. He has numerous responsibilities for any given project. He also oversees the procurement process, including issuing RFPs, evaluating bids, selecting contractors and vendors, and helping negotiate contracts with suppliers
As Project Manager for MDG, Kyle supervises construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards He conducts regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues promptly.

Kyle Flannery attended Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, New York, where he received his associate’s degree in building construction technology in 2020. Hudson Valley Community College is the second-largest institution of higher learning in the Capital Region of New York State. It offers more than 80 degree and certificate programs through its three schools: Business and Liberal Arts; Health Sciences; and Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM)
Kyle received his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2022 Located in Boston, Massachusetts, and founded in 1904, Wentworth provided Kyle with a curriculum ready to excel in the world of construction. He gained an understanding of the construction process, learned about state-of-the-art construction methods and materials, and developed crucial skills in management, budgeting, cost control, cost estimation, scheduling, team building, and communication – all critical for Kyle to succeed in his project management positions
His education prepared him to meet industry demands and oversee projects for construction management firms, construction contracting companies, real estate developers, appraisers, financial institutions, and real estate management firms. Kyle developed a foundation in creative problem-solving throughout his two years at Wentworth by participating in collaborative interdisciplinary projects that were both academic and industry-focused Kyle received practical experience working with design and engineering teams to produce projects on schedule, within budget, and functionally through collaborative assignments during the academic year and large construction projects during co-op.
