Totalitarian Collectivism SARTRE - March 10, 2001 Are You a 'TC' Proponent? Most have heard all they want to know about 'PC' or political correctness. But how many of you have come into contact with a much more hideous and sinister value system called 'TC'? And even more important, are you an advocate of this behavior and its imposition on society? So just what is this conduct and who are the people who accept its tenants? Fiat money creators that enslave the public with their hatred for honest money; are the designers of TC. If you support the estate tax, progressive income tax, its graduated increase on greater income and redistribution of wealth; YOU are a TC. Advocates of direct elections for the Presidency (as well as Senators), and the abolishment of the Electoral College; YOU are a TC. Proponents of the UN involvement's that conflict with American interests and impose compliance upon nations that differ with the world community; are TC. Champions of criminalizing more non violent conduct, while applying lenient standards for the political and attorney class; are the creators of TC. Supporters of the Corporate economy, with its designed elimination of small business; is a key element of TC. Accountants that defend insane tax policies that force producers to adopt behavior and decisions that have no economic value, but will reduce tax obligations; are implementers of TC. Whiners that demand special treatment from government at the expense of the rest, are truly TC. Shapers of public images and editors of news that tell only a favorable account of their masters and refuse to speak ill of corrupt political, business and public leaders; are the messengers of TC.
Government bureaucrats that live for benefits and pensions, while the policies that they administer destroy the lives of honest citizens; are the foot soldiers of TC. Local elected officials that routinely accept unconstitutional laws from State and Federal departments and courts, and do nothing to challenge their fraud; are subverters for TC goals. Educators who impose an official line for acceptable thought and refuse to debate the merits of contrary views; are the keepers of the TC keys. Tree huggers that force unemployment upon families with their belief in senseless and unscientific theories; are TC members. Civil Rights advocates who's notion of fairness justifies stealing from others to establish equality; are the robbers for TC. Private Property destroyers who rationalize piracy from others for the greater good of themselves or their 'so called' society; are TC thieves. Feminists that promote killing as a 'RIGHT' of
woman and seek to cheapen all life as a means to express yourself; are TC harlots. But the most disgusting of all, are the hypocrites who know exactly what TC is, understand that it is indefensible and evil, and continue to advocate it's use upon the sovereign individuals of America; are the worst of all TC's. So by now you may want to know just what TC stands for? Well TC is 'Totalitarian Collectivism'. It is much more dynamic than the guilt and peer pressure tactic of Political Correctness. For force is the operative word in the T. Imposition of penalties and sanctions are the means upon which individuals are compelled to accept the tenants of TC. TC is based upon the power of the State to control people. Their methods are designed to coerce acceptance and mold behavior. The C is the object of the elite's dream of complete dominion. Collectivism encompasses all the ism's that seek to enslave man. Communism, Socialism, Fascism, and the current 'Third Wave', are all part of the same scam that has been used to deceive mankind into willingly giving up their individual rights for the false promises, of a dishonest slave master. The correctness in PC is the secular relativism that justifies accepting an erroneous assemblage of political doctrines. While the collectivism in TC is the absolute aim and ultimate goal for the domination of humanity. PC is bad enough, but TC will secure the shackle and chains of despair and suffering, on the vast hordes of humankind. You are urged to start using this term in your writing and conversations and start explaining the threat that really is before us. TC is real and the operative dictum of this age. Our mutual duty is to resist it in any and every form it takes. Our aspiration is to empower the greatest number of individuals to seek and realize the excellent and ability of their talents to achieve wealth, health, meaning and purpose for their life. This goal cannot be realized within a TC culture. The enemy of the human race are the proponents, protectors and defenders of TC. Will you join the crusade against this infidel or are you content to accept the fate that is planned for you? This is one war that we are all involved, one that cannot be escaped or one that cannot be ignored. The destiny of mankind rests upon your decision to resist. The principle that the majority have a right to rule the minority, practically resolves all government into a mere contest between two bodies of men, as to which of them shall be masters, and which of them slaves; a contest, that -however bloody -- can, in the nature of things, never be finally closed, so long as man
refuses to be a slave. Lysander Spooner Totalitarian Collectivism SARTRE – 03/14/10 Part 2 – STATE Much of western civilization political thought is devoted to the nature of the STATE. Centuries of experience and aspiration are embroiled in the fundamental dichotomy between the individual and the state. When the understanding of this chronicle is applied to the American Saga, a central question emerges. By what authority does the state claim legitimacy? If we really believe that authority stems from the consent of the governed, how is it possible that in today’s Totalitarian Collectivism governance is taken as an inescapable inevitability? Wikipedia says "Consent of the governed is a phrase synonymous with a political theory wherein a government's legitimacy and moral right to use state power is only justified and legal when derived from the people or society over which that power is exercised." Under the most tortured perversion of logic, "We the People" are supposed to accept the claim that society has determined that the form of government that controls our country is legitimate, even when only the most avid toady claims it is moral. The existential scope of the demise of our nation is real and a present danger. At present, as events proceed there is the assumption and appearance of inescapability. Yet is it inevitable? As long as you have not been living under a rock, you know that the march of progress has been a retreat into oblivion. People rationalized that society takes two steps forward for everyone back. By any objective measure, progress is now equivalent to the advancement of enslavement. The American Saga bleeds with betrayal of the American Revolution. How fond a world it would be if all we had was the petty oppression of King George III assaulting our birthright? In the beginning, there were Federalists and ant-Federalists. Alexander Hamilton won the infidelity prize and betrayed the American Revolutionary War much more than Benedict Arnold. For all the reasons, review the essays on Inherent Autonomy. The anti-Federalists understood the predictability for tyranny of the central government under the U.S. Constitution. Those who force a constitutional convention wanted to substitute their rule and vision of Imperium, for that of a British Empire. Ratification of that constitution was not a noble act, but was a treacherous renunciation of the very reasons rebellion occurred and the principles of liberty. Fast forward to the 21th century. The A-Z Index of U.S. Government Departments and Agencies is but a partial database of the executive bureaucracy, on the federal, state and local level. Such a list never encompasses a final total. The living organism, especially the federal executive branch, is not even able to list all the alpha soup entities in the budget. Is this the end result of consent of the governed or even representation in a republic? Legal scholars endlessly debate precedent, jurisdiction and equity; but the law never addresses the purpose why the nation was born out of a blood struggle to achieve sovereignty. Governments want you to accept that sovereignty means
their legitimacy for controlling you. Autonomy requires self-governance under any form the STATE may design for organization. Totalitarian Collectivism regimes all share common traits. Force is the ultimate stick. Compliance is the objective with state dependency as the means. A government check, benefit or inducement, are all methods of achieving a docile and obedient public. Degrees of payment vary by the level of cooperation. Federal employees become a ‘privileged class’ because they own their economic existence to the ultimate criminal syndicate, the STATE; and are willing to employ the levers of coercion and force against the populace. The American Saga is a tragic example of a capitulation to the elements of fascism. Consent can be positive if government respects the individual liberty of citizens. Consent can be negative if individual citizens assume the function of cogs in a wheel of an all-powerful controlling governing octopus. Government agencies act as overseers above citizens, with virtual impunity from accountability. The executive apparatus actually designs and administered the rules, outside the constraints of judicial review, legislative oversight and public indignation. Who among us believes that this system of oppression is legitimate? Sadly, the majority treats this repression as a fait accompli. They resign their fate to the whims of faceless masters. Henry David Thoreau, once again, has it correct, "The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation. “What is called resignation is confirmed desperation.” This communal despair is indicative of the latter days of the American Empire. The eternal optimism, that is so often associated with the founding of the country, is fading into a shadow of past times. The STATE degenerates into a prison for the masses. The elites, especially the “Beltway Oligarchy”, bond with the “Plutocrat Overlords”, in a collaboration of malefic dimensions. Scores of authors have named names and documented the dealing of the “Masters of the Universe”, in every age. Up to now, Americans viewed themselves to be different. The scourge of other empires would not destroy their own country. The government would protect us. A democracy is a superior form of rule. A U.S. global presence is a force for good. How many times have you heard this argument defending the system? Well, does this viewpoint reflect the reality of the current state of world affairs? More to the point, is this a reasonable conclusion based upon the facts of a diverse society and the deeds of a dominating government? Since our form of government is supposed to be a republic, what role does the citizen retain in a system that now operates by fiat pronouncements? In order to answer these questions, presuppose that people share an intentional willingness and responsibility to attain a meaningful degree of self-reliance and authority over government. The goal is to achieve liberty, both personal and for the nation. Today, the STATE effectively extinguishes the objective of liberty. Besides the elites, who else shares the blame for allowing the viral contamination of the body politic? The malignant disease that facilitates and allows the elites to dominate government and manipulate our lives originates in the minds of commonplace citizens. Call it apathy, denial, rationalization or sloth. It all translates
into the same results. The excuse that one “I cannot fight City Hall”, leads to the inept justification that “I was just following orders”. The Peter Principle is the principle that "In a hierarchy every employee tends to rise to his level of incompetence." Apply the standard of citizenship and you get, people lose their dignity when they allow bureaucrats to dictate and enforce illegitimate regulations. In any level of organization, incompetence is the norm. Adherence to ethical measures risk discipline and retribution, while obedience to autocratic administration enhances upward mobility. The subtle acknowledgement that ineptitude is a prerequisite for qualification into the civil service, is well established. However, the Peter Principle breaks down when the gears of Totalitarian Collectivism plays upon the inadequacies of the public. ‘TC’ requires a ‘PC’ politically correct culture to move the public into submission. All individuals are flawed and most are prone to peer pressure. The STATE excels at destroying personal initiative and independence, using the most incompetent tools that money can buy from the government coffer. Notwithstanding the marginal caliber that is attracted to implement government dictates, the plan to exert total compliance and mastery, is brilliant in its evil composition. The STATE purports to be innate, intrinsic and normal, while it consistently violates the natural rights of human beings. Governments want you to accept that its authority is instinctive, for no other reason than it is in charge. So what is immutable about the STATE, when the only possible legitimacy for government, rests upon the conveyance of authority to it, by individual citizens? Of course, the answer is that the STATE retains only conditional authority. America is not the government. The country is not the STATE. Moreover, the nation is certainly not the tyrannical regime that seeks to establish a global New World Order. The ‘TC’ mentality that permeates the culture is a direct result of the lack in public courage to overturn an irrational devotion towards the STATE. The enormous capacity of government to punish is real and horrifying. Nevertheless, the inborn spirit of the power in human dignity and individual self-worth is much greater than all the torment that the STATE can muster against citizens. The Patriotic movement long ago understood this simple adage. "A patriot must always be ready to defend his country against his government." Edward Abbey. Morally founded in natural law, individual independence and inherent human rights; the means of that defense should maintain non-violent resistance and civil disobedience. The STATE seeks to demand divine reverence. It deserves continuous vigilance from ‘TC’ oppression and continual defiance when it becomes a tyrant. "A really efficient totalitarian state would be one in which
the all-powerful executive of political bosses and their army of managers control a population of slaves who do not have to be coerced, because they love their servitude. To make them love it is the task assigned, in present-day totalitarian states, to ministries of propaganda, newspaper editors and schoolteachers.... The greatest triumphs of propaganda have been accomplished, not by doing something, but by refraining from doing. Great is truth, but still greater, from a practical point of view, is silence about truth." Aldous Huxley Totalitarian Collectivism SARTRE – March 21, 2010 Part 3 – CHURCH The role of the Church in 21st century America has hit rock bottom. As a political influence, organized religion is treated as if it is irrelevant. By contrast, the historic influence of religion in the settling of the New World is undeniable. European mercantile motivations to explore, claim and develop the natural wealth of a rich continent, required more than daring adventurers. The repression in the mother counties played a pivotal part for the down trodden and oppressed to flee from the chains of persecution. Religious freedom was as important, if not paramount, for many of the brave souls seeking a new life. The American colonies recognized the Church as an essential part of their society. The religious sects varied in individual settlements and even were the basis of formation of new state jurisdictions. Civil laws and social customs were extensions of religious beliefs and influenced by church doctrines. These are historical facts and undisputed by those alive at the formation of our new nation. What made the relationship between the Church and State so interconnected stemmed from a core worldview that was commonly accepted. Denominations would vary and even clash, but magistrates would temper the interests of the King with that of the cleric. If the enlightenment is the intellectual foundation for a temporal formation of the “rights of man”, then religion and
especially faith in the canons of individual self-worth and all authority comes from our Creator, is central for any STATE to claim moral legitimacy. Thomas Jefferson’s 1802 letter to the Danbury Baptists is credited with the claim that the First Amendment to the United States Constitution creates a "wall of separation" between church and state. The evolution of secular rule and judicial interpretation has distorted separation to mean "freedom FROM religion". Read the Dueling Twins series, “When a government is attributed a special power to choose, select or deny approval for worship; your result is not a "wall of separation", but a rule over all religious beliefs, under an illegitimate state authority.” When the Christian bible (Matthew 23:13) refers to “Scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites”, the message hits directly at the contradiction between civil administration of the STATE, and the “Golden Rule” teaching. Pharisees and government courts are danger zones to freedom and justice. Luke 12:57-59: "Yes, and why, even of yourselves, do you not judge what is right? When you go with your adversary to the magistrate, make every effort along the way to settle with him, lest he drag you to the judge, the judge deliver you to the officer, and the officer throw you into prison. I tell you, you shall not depart from there till you have paid the very last mite." This systemic devotion to the rule on law, for, by and under lawyers is not new, nor is it reserved solely within the America Saga. “TC” compliance is much different from religious devotion. Faith in the message of the gospel is the glue that justifies the purpose of the Church. Totalitarian Collectivism is the courthouse of the State that functions as a Roman Curia under a dictatorship of deranged Nero. All we get is the revulsion of watching the society burn. The Church today has lost the resolve of its purpose. Just look what happened from the great Church deception for tax-exempt inclusion in the tax code back in 1954. “For a 501c3 church to openly speak out, or organize in opposition to, anything that the government declares "legal," even if it is immoral, that church will jeopardize its tax exempt status. The 501c3 has had a "chilling effect" upon the free speech rights of the church.” So much for the First Amendment to the Constitution, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, nor prohibiting the free exercise thereof." The separation wall that statists want you to accept has become a backdrop for the firing squad whose mission is to execute the spiritual obedience of the American congregation. Just as the laws of the land are often viewed as an evolutionary process or a living document, Churches are eager to modernize their tenets and alter accepted creeds of their followers. Liberation social justice is more akin to assimilation into State bureaucratic programs than prophetic epiphanies from on high. Even setting aside doctrinal schisms, churches frequently act as if they are adjuncts of the Totalitarian Collectivism regime.
What is undisputable is that religious belief, no matter the faith, is quite different from institutional Churches. When the State circumscribes Churches under its primacy, the flock of faithful becomes a herd of devil worshipers. You need not be religious to recognize that when the State demands a purity test to practice assemblage gathering, that the true intent is not to keep religion separate, but to make it subservient. “TC” supplants religious scriptures with the doctrine of a Global Gulag. “Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s”, is taught to mean that the State has a free hand to rule over subjects. However, according to Dr. Del Tackett from Focus on the Family's The Truth Project says: “For those who misuse this and declare that Jesus is saying that we are to give to the State whatever it requires, goes beyond the clear teaching in the rest of the Scripture.” The point is not to condense the entire relationship of taxation and submission to State authority into an either or dilemma, winner takes all. Simply put, the sanctimoniousness statists of “TC” establishment have changed little from the Pharisees of Christ’s day. The thesis is that The American "TC" Saga is a nation trapped by a corrupt system that causes a continual downward descent into greater degrees of tyranny. The Church has the role of being a steward for teaching moral and ethical conduct. When churches abrogate their responsibilities and conform to the precepts of government policy, what is left of the purpose of the religious institution? The decay that exists all around us has a direct relationship to the lack of spiritual guidance among the population. However, even more important is that this absence of morality in civic circles accelerates the disintegration of just government. Totalitarian Collectivism is contrary to the message of all the major religions. Ministers, Priests and Clergy Mendacity elaborates on the following: “The churches have failed miserably to challenge the worldly order - evil incarnate. Their craving for comfort, cooperation, compliance and concessions, will never achieve communion with Christ. The mendacity of ordained preachers reflects their disregard to the exact meaning in the Commandments.” That said, the lack of sincerity by the Church is not a condemnation for their elimination, but a cry for a spiritual resurrection. Challenging an evil government is consistent with Christian teaching, even if lacking in most churches. Social philosophers such as Ayn Rand postulate moral principles of Objectivism. The first question is: Does man need values at all—and why? Her answer is a laudable attempt to formulate an ethical system not dependent on the existence of God. The State within a “TC” world must destroy God to become god. While Rand often shares gems of wisdom, Totalitarian Collectivism demands flexible moral conduct to achieve rigid social compliance. Fyodor Dostoyevsky observed, “When God is dead anything is
possible.” The “TC” State has certainly proved this statement terribly accurate. Yet, C.S. Lewis had the correct insight of the American Saga, “The hardness of God is kinder than the softness of men, and His compulsion is our liberation." Liberation from tyrannical rule is the definitive social justice. However, liberation theology is a debased assimilation into the “TC” hierarchy in order to free the individual from personal responsibility, while courting the favors of a benign master. The Church no longer has standing armies nor does it wage war for the glory of God, but the churches in America are collateral damage from the battle they choose to abandon. In order to reverse Totalitarian Collectivism, America needs to recognize the extent of the evil authoritarianism that rules this country. Churches need to study their own traditional heritage, re-examine their doctrines and make their own confessions for sins they commit out of their unholy alliance with the State. Individual forgiveness is universal, through the grace of salvation. When will the churches start preaching the true gospel and oppose the rules of the “TC” State? "Hold firmly that our faith is identical with that of the ancients. Deny this, and you dissolve the unity of the Church." Saint Thomas Aquinas
Totalitarian Collectivism Part 4 – FAMILY The basic unit of society within Western civilization is the family. Inexorably founded upon the pillars of European heritage, the American Saga is the legacy of the family society. The esteemed professor Kevin MacDonald states that a primary characteristic of that history is "A tendency toward simple family structure based on the nuclear family." He further concludes: "This simple household system is a fundamental feature of individualist culture. The individualist family was able to pursue its interests freed from the obligations and constraints of extended kinship relationships
and free of the suffocating collectivism of the social structures typical of the rest of the world." Today’s Totalitarian Collectivism is devoted to the destruction of the family. Under the guise of social welfare and altruism, the most deprived and needy are herded into ghettos of despair and dependency. In a "Dueling Twins" segment, Altruism and Charity are Not the Same, the essential deceptive rational used for government intervention is exposed. "The core reasoning for intrusive intervention into the affairs of Free Men is the false notion that altruism is a desired goal for society to implement." The best way to combat the social isolation of oppressive regimes is the refuge and shelter of the family unit. Society is a manufactured assemblage of institutional associations and cultural relationships. The family is the only purely natural kinship; blood being the distinctive element. Loyalty towards family is very healthy, especially when the State, falsely requires, universal obedience. The "TC" culture is designed to break down the ties of kinfolk’s allegiance at minimum, and elimination of primacy of family identity as the terminal goal. The first objective of basic military training is the destruction of unique personal identity. So too, family affinity must be stripped and broken in order for the Mattoids of control to achieve their dream of utter domination. The family is better accumulated towards resistant opposition than a singular defiant loner. Take the example of the Unabomber, Ted Kaczinski. Many conclude he is mentally ill. Paul Cooijmans sums up the manifesto's conclusion: "Technological society is incompatible with individual freedom and must therefore be destroyed and replaced by primitive society so that people will be free again." Kaczinski’s critique of society often provides rational criticism. However, most people would condemn his methods for direct pro-active efforts to foster his own version of destruction. If one person could instill such an immense level of institutional fear into the system, just what could a family do? Remember, without a family member’s exposing evidence to authorities, Kaczinski might be still applying his injurious skills. The establishment relies upon citizen acceptance of government authority to maintain the appearance of legitimacy. The sense of duty to that authority, whether deserved or not, is essential for the system to operate. Estrangement from family often increases the potential of bizarre behavior that can lead to anti-social conduct. Yet, the family is ground zero and targeted for destruction, because it represents a healing force to rebellious siblings. Examples of violent hostility towards the State, only creates the self-justification to consolidate and expand greater degrees of coercion against citizens. The centralized command and controlled dictum benefits when isolated cases of desperate futility go "postal". Post 911 is an era of inexhaustible excuses for the enslavement of expendable sovereign citizens. The family is under increased and intense pressures from the culture and community forces. But the most severe assault comes from the diminished economic realities that result in a much lower
standard of living for the vast majority of families. The middle class is disappearing. A March 2010 ABC News poll reports: "A bit fewer than half of Americans count themselves as middle class -- but many of them aren't sure how long it will last: Among people who say they're in the middle class now, four in 10 also say they're struggling to remain there in this difficult economy." Owning a family home was once the American dream for raising children. Lately, paying for a house, so often with a mortgage that is under water, is a curse. Because of a bad economy, students return from college and live with parents. Grandparents sell their perennial homestead, scale back or even move in with one of their children. Widowers look for platonic partners to share the rent. Depleted, at risk or lost are pensions, annuities, equities, bonds and savings. This is life in the "TC" subsequent financial meltdown environment. Dependency seems new to many who where once middle class. Then again, most households are lulled into supporting and taking funds or benefits from government programs as an enticement of a dubious progress. The welfare state and safety nets are a nauseous chapter in the American Saga. People want them, and bargain away their individual dignity cheaply. Now add into the equation Single-Parent Households in the United State having the highest percentage of 28.8% of all households with children for 2008 in developed countries. Totalitarian Collectivism views this trend as a great success. More dependency means greater collective addiction. Autocratic administration leads to bigger despotism. Isolated and frazzled, parenting is more difficult, and complicates the sacred task of raising children. Allowing bureaucratic intrusion into every aspect of family life leads to the next step, obtaining government permission to teach your child the difference between right and wrong. The State is controlled by a gang of sociopaths bent upon destroying the family as a functioning unit. The American Saga began with a self-governing revolution and is now ending in passive mass suicide. Consider the networking abilities of coordinating extended families into a vigorous opposition to the "TC" hierarchy. Of course, those who are sucking the gracious generosity of state jobs or programs dry might vote to destroy the family, before dismantling their adopted benefactor’s system. That’s the rub; and the need for families to be devoted to traditional principles and mutual blood ties. The political correctness culture is and always has been the eternal enemy of the individual. When the family strays from genetic inherited ideals, the results usually betray their ancestors. That is why core traditional values are fundamental to the honor of any family. Morality and the practice of ethical behavior are essential to maintain the integrity of the lineage. Society does not have a moral claim over the inherent autonomy of a human being or their family. Notions of situational ethics are all the rage. Convenient rationalizations to justify destructive behavior drive the perversions of relative morality that rips apart the family. Clear and
time-honored lines of family authority are often ignored. In their place, hollow substitutes and reinforced acquiescence to external role models, replace family stability. Former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum provides this warning: "There will be an assault on the institution of marriage," Santorum promised his audience. "Why? Because the left knows that, they can't really have government come in and take control of everything unless they destroy the family. Unless you destroy the family and destroy the Church they cannot ultimately be successful in getting socialism to be accepted in this country and that's what their objective is." The family is a bulwark of opposition to collectivism. Marriage is the union that provides secure identity for children. Moreover, a child’s devotion to parents and relatives stands as a direct threat to the ultimate aims of the "TC" State. Totalitarian Collectivism in all its forms and deviations share the necessity to eradicate resistance to their top down power hierarchy. If people display their primary allegiance to be family ties, the tyrant needs to break the bond among the entire extended relationship. Society inevitably results in natural differences. Cultural, ethnic and racial dissimilarities and variations do not negate the integral bond of the family. For additional analysis on this topic read the series: Similarity, Community, Values and Human Nature. Basic standards of cordial conduct must be a conscious goal to establish reasonable order and sensible protection. Families thrive in this environment. When families reflect sound values, relationship affinity and motivated independence, social stability flourishes. "TC" guarantees chaos because the human spirit will never accept dictatorial bondage. Many will enslave themselves out of ignorance, cowardliness or slothful disinterest. Notwithstanding, a remnant of brave resistant combatants will persist in their challenge to defeat despotism. Most likely, family clans will be at the center of this struggle. Leadership may well be from the exceptional, but the troops will come from the trusted. Wearing down the will to resist is a basic tactic of any illegitimate state. The forces of designed subjugation want citizens to view the State as a substitute father and mother. That old nanny state is now an all-pervasive robotic and insidious overlord that seeks to own and control your very existence. Womb to tomb is now a vicious struggle to abolish the power of the sociopath masters of Totalitarian Collectivism. The true antisocial psychopath is a proponent or enabler of the "TC" establishment. A system that wants to destroy the family is illegitimate.
"The only rock I know that stays steady, the only institution I know that works, is the family." Lee Iacocca Totalitarian Collectivism
Part 5 – ECONOMY Economic commerce is the lifeblood of any society. In the simplest of terms, products and services are necessary for physical survival. The business history of the America saga developed under the direction of Alexander Hamilton. His view of commerce for America was to emulate the mercantile model of the British Empire. The following summary explains the essential viewpoint and legacy of his economic influence: "Hamilton differed from his contemporaries was, first, in believing that only a "talented few" -- understood to mean men drawn from the wealthy and aristocratic strata of society -- had the wisdom and dispassionate foresight to implement the measures necessary for the public good. The second major distinguishing feature of Hamilton's political philosophy was its emphasis on energetic government. He believed that the government should be proactive in economic and military affairs, have the power to supersede lower governments (as at the state level), and be able to exercise authority directly on the people." "He believed that an energetic American government should, in the interest of promoting the public good, actively encourage manufacturing, assume responsibility for the country's debts, standardize and control the currency system through a national bank, link the interests of wealthy citizens with the government's success, and, finally, maintain friendly ties with Britain in order not to provoke a disastrous trade or shooting war." The "implied powers" justification that Hamilton argued for a strong central government, remains a national curse to this day. He was more concerned with who controlled the components of commerce than the nature of the economic elements. Understanding Hamilton’s Federalist mindset and dogmatic drive for a strong central government constitution is crucial for a thoughtful comprehension of Totalitarian Collectivism. The basic factors that compose an economy are: 1) methods, means and materials of production 2) labor, intellectual expertise and innovation 3) capital, technology resources, marketing and consumers 4) government regulations, tax policy and international competition
Money as a medium of exchange is the tool for keeping score and consummating a business transaction. Barter is business in its most basic form; even so, financial instruments offer convenience and portability. Legal tender laws provides the cover for the government to prevent competing currencies from allowing free selection of superior store of value monies. Taxes and regulations have more to do with behavior control than revenue collection. Lost in the business equation is that material benefits or service enhancements should improve the ability of citizens to advance their individuality, independence and personal liberty. Contrary to the commerce clause or the general welfare tenet in the U.S. Constitution, the State is the biggest impediment to the ambition, hope and desire of Jefferson’s vision in the Declaration of Independence. The fundamental principle in any economy is that the government does not create wealth. The reason why governments are consumers and usurpers of prosperity is that it acts as a parasite. It feasts on the labors and endeavors of entrepreneurial risk takers. The state claims that it is a partner with business and is a force for economic expansion. Yet the facts tell a very different tale. The rat race is not solely a chase to acquire money, but is more a survival contest to escape the tentacles of state coercion. The "TC" society becomes more difficult to subsist within, because the economic environment favors a special elite, who are able to design and manipulate the systems of financial selection. The idea that a guild of meritocracy allows for the ascendency to the Hamiltonian "aristocratic strata" does not square with the record. Making money and placement on the Forbes 400 list, does not assure being part of the inner circle that are the real masters of the State. Becoming completely insulated from the range and influence of government is impossible. A viable and functioning economy benefits humanity. Collectivist policies directly reduce the ability of economic activity. Impeding the flow and curtailing the velocity of money causes the level of transactions to decline. "The velocity of money (also called velocity of circulation) is the average frequency with which a unit of money is spent in a specific period of time." When money turns over fast because of the reasonable expectation that funds can be replaced just as quickly, the economy hums. Tax revenues rise, loans are paid, debts retired, sales increase, new development breaks ground, workers are hired, trade markets expand, innovation research commences, M & A acquisitions rise and new venture startups go forward because confidence in a healthy economy is well
founded. Totalitarian Collectivism is the death knell of productive commerce. Free enterprise is quite different from a command and controlled economy. Most people are not business owners. Few workers understand the process of creating wealth. Those who do and decide to become employers usually do not want to take the risk or to pay the price of responsibility for the venture. The State views the business owner as a threat to the system. The government mindset sees the wealth maker as a bank account for exploiting to expand bureaucratic budgets and agencies. The "TC" juggernaut sees taxes as their revenue since their right to exist is paramount. Social welfare deprives the economy of incentives and people of dread. Prosperity has never been fashioned on subsidies and entitlements. Honest profit is beneficial to society and advances the genuine general welfare with a merchant based economy. The corporate economy is the fulfillment of Hamilton’s lust for empire. Empires all share a common thread, revulsion for a republic government based upon democratic principles. Mastery over the economy is the means to achieve the "TC" state. Citizens are not chattel. The ethos that sells consumer materialism as the American Dream, is a prime tactic and device employed to deprive people from achieving the real American ambition, that is; an independent and secure economic standard of life. Self-employed persons know the value and risks of fiscal autonomy. They also recognize the constant apprehension, especially during hard times, of their dependency upon a functioning marketplace. Contrast this understanding with the experience of the government agent. The title, municipal employee, is a misnomer. A state worker is a public servant, but often acts like a bully for a phony superior authority. When an economy relies upon government payments for providing subsistence to more people than the number of workers earning a productive livelihood, that society fails. The net result is an expediential increase in an incalculable public debt. This leads to the ultimate repudiation of the currency, default of government bonds and a total breakdown of commerce. Haughty Hamilton "proposed that the government assume the entire debt of the federal government and the states. His plan was to retire the old depreciated obligations by borrowing new money at a lower interest rate." Isn’t that the exact scheme used by the "TC" establishment to reassure that the financial meltdown is in recovery? Today, the twist is that trillions of new debt has been added, to the sum of the old obligations, in a vain attempt to postpone the inevitable. The reason why the cumulative public debt, not even considering the total of future obligation guarantees, cannot be serviced and retired, is that the productive economy is not big enough to offset the enormous sums required. The financial physics of the law of compound interest even defies the Totalitarian Collectivist junta. The monetary future holds an unavoidable economic breakdown. Dislocation of commerce will dispel the myth in the wisdom of the interdependency economy. Reduction in a robust standard of living is a planned result. Quashing middle class affluence is no longer a remote prospect. The American Saga need not end in third world subsistence.
Substantive national trade and domestic industry grows in a decentralized economy. Government policy operates against small business and self-employed enterprises. A society that aspires to qualify for a government pension lacks the character that developed this nation. The government bubble is expanding as debt inflates the balloon. A "TC" dictatorship can keep the atmosphere polluted as long as the true nature of the dilemma is ignored or denied. Jobs are a byproduct of conducting business. Paying a person for sought after social engineered conduct is not a solution. The answer is to reinvent the underlying culture that valued hard work, honest dealings and innovative ideas. People’s money must be recognized as their own. Tribute for the State is theft. The disparity in assets among classes is at a level that ordinarily results in major social disorder. Conspicuous consumption by elites and crooked financial gurus fan the flames of righteous rebellion. The manipulated economy is the hammer used by elites to pound the brains out of the masses. The end game is the Soylent Green society. The elites believe you will go quietly down the path to Totalitarian Collectivism. Will you oblige their plan for mankind? Or will you introduce yourself as Mr. Aaron Burr, to their Mr. Alexander Hamilton. We must make our choice between economy and liberty, or profusion and servitude." Thomas Jefferson
Totalitarian Collectivism
Part 6 – SCHOOL For well over a century, the systemic dismantling of traditional education is an essential objective of transforming America into a despotic dependency. Education is a process, not an indoctrination. Schools should be about tutoring in the methods of critical thinking. Sound techniques and competent teachers can assist learning development. However, it has been decades since public schools provided a positive function. Dysfunctional Public Education Is No Accident sums up the issue: "Government schools have worked their socialization for several generations, with alarming success. Their objective is not the education of the individual pupil, but the assimilation of the next generation into society. The kind of conversion that is sought, impedes independent thinking. Areas of inquiry are now limited to 'PC' approved viewpoints." The "TC" mindset is an outgrowth of the "PC" culture. Government schools primary mission is to program underdeveloped minds with a State approved curriculum. The net result of this civic brain washing machine is a dumbed down idiot that is unable to function as an independent individual. Totalitarian Collectivism is all about the supremacy of the State and a genuinely educated population is the greatest threat to the regime. Government schools act as community social welfare centers. Outreach and remedial education is not just for "special needs" students, it is a staple of the state syllabus. Can this reality be attributed to genetic defects alone? Blaming it on the drinking water just does not fly. The more money spent on public education, the greater the decay in intellectual standards. Culture, media influences and peer group pressure all reinforce the limited world vision that is the hallmark of producing obedient servants. Instead of working the fields, these serfs supply a boundless stock of sheep to eat the grass of government addiction. Their function is to consume useless products and services by running up debt. Honest work is discouraged, while government employment is preached as an ongoing community service. Service to the State and servicing the corporate economy is the sure recipe to become a valedictorian. Lost in this assembly line factory and pseudo erudite mess is character development and moral values.
The National Character Education Center provides 10 reasons to Cultivate Virtues in Schools. 1. Value-based schools and homes develop value-driven children. 2. Children who are clear about their values have minimum problems in decision-making! 3. Children learn how to respect others when there is a program on respect. 4. Cooperation and collaboration are priorities in a value-driven school and home! 5. Rules and laws alone will not improve our society! 6. When children encounter problems, schools with a values program have clear performance and behavior reference points. 7. A values program fosters personal responsibility and initiative in each child. 8. A values program will develop an understanding, an appreciation, and an acceptance of diversities in children and in their cultures! 9. Values develop inner strength and integrity, which builds a "you-can-count-on-me" generation! 10. A value-driven program develops children with a positive mental attitude who have determination and perseverance. Sounds good, but the question is what kind of value-based education should parents allow for the education of their children? National Education is too important to allow government control. "The children of America are not wards of your collectivist vision. Parents must retain the ability to educate their offspring according to the values that they hold. The scam of a national education policy is the kiss of death for our Nation." A new Rasmussen Report concludes that sixty percent (60%) of Americans with children in elementary or secondary school say most school textbooks are more concerned with presenting information in a politically correct manner than in accuracy. This point is timely with the recent Texas Board of Education approval of a new school curriculum, which influences all textbooks. Some of their additions include: Question the Founding Fathers' commitment to a purely secular government * Cover the Judeo-Christian influences of the nation's Founding Fathers, but not highlight the philosophical rationale for the separation of church and state * Stress the superiority of American capitalism while eliminating the word "capitalism" from the text
* Refer to the United States form of government as a "constitutional republic," rather than "democratic republic" * Give Confederate president Jefferson Davis equal footing with Abraham Lincoln The "TC" society is appalled at such heresy as constitutional restraints, which might be taught to young virgin minds. All that matters to the didactic validation masters is the official approval pedagogic propaganda. No, wonder that any challenges to the education establishment meet with vicious abhorrence. The National Center for Policy Analysis refers to "a report out of Stanford University shows that parents like the idea of school choice and that children in the voucher system are more apt to stay in school, learn more and earn their high school diplomas. The study surveyed programs operating in Milwaukee (which has two), New York City, Indianapolis and San Antonio. Together, the five programs are serving more than 7,000 students from low-income families." Here are some of the findings: Two to three times as many parents of voucher-school students gave "A" ratings to their schools as did parents of public school students. While children of low-income families tend to change public schools during the year -- often at a rate of 20 percent to 30 percent of the enrollment -- the rate for voucher students in Milwaukee was no more than four percent to five percent. Voucher students attending religious schools (New York and San Antonio) made remarkable test score gains; but data concerning those attending secular choice schools is flawed or incomplete because of lack of information about family background. In New York, 69 percent of voucher students are staying in school and graduating, versus 39 percent of all students in public high schools, and 29 percent in the high schools voucher students would have attended. The teachers union reflects the notion that government schools are untouchable and parents or local government must continue unlimited funding for excessive benefits and extravagant retirement costs. School Vouchers Long Overdue cites the mindset that creates this accountability disconnect. "Writing for the New York Times, Albert Shanker of the American Federation of Teachers referred to the potential of turning an education endeavor into a profit-making venture as the "threat of an educational industrial complex." Eliminating coerced government school attendance with a viable private sector educational competition could break the reckless cycle of pouring more money down the drain of "TC"
brainwashing. Abolishing property taxes to finance destructive institutions of mass disinformation needs to become a national cause. In an exhaustive and comprehensive study from the Cato Institute - They Spend WHAT? The Real Cost of Public Schools, Adam B. Schaeffer provides evidence of financial disparities. "To put public school spending in perspective, we compare it to estimated total expenditures in local private schools. We find that, in the areas studied, public schools are spending 93 percent more than the estimated median private school. Citizens drastically underestimate current per-student spending and are misled by official figures. Taxpayers cannot make informed decisions about public school funding unless they know how much districts currently spend. And with state budgets stretched thin, it is more crucial than ever to carefully allocate every tax dollar." He outlines aspects of the Financial Transparency in Education Act, as a needed policy. This formula uses a base state and education fiscal transparency model for legislation that is adopted by the American Legislative Exchange Council. Schools need to become cherished institutions for cultivating natural instincts and curiosity for intellectual development. What Price We Pay For Incompetent Education illustrates a case study in a broken educational system. "Public education has become government schooling by the ignorant, administered by the incompetent. . . . Embedded in the very composition of its organization are the kind of personnel that create and perpetuate this bureaucratic tragedy." College and higher education experience is worthless when functional idiots are granted matriculation for the price of an average starter house. The student loan fiasco is just another tyrannical entrapment into a system of endless debt consumption with diminished benefits. As the economic prospects for our offspring evaporate, future progenies will seek the rewards of real education and avoid the snares of compulsory stupidity. The Totalitarian Collectivists fear an enlightened populace. A populist political schooling, based upon traditional values, classical training, founded upon a comprehensive study of history; has the best chance of producing individuals of character and moral fiber. The American chronicle is grounded and based upon this foundation. The "TC" educational, politically correct, absolutism is anti-intellectual at its core. A purely secular government is a curse in the American Saga. The Texas Board of Education has its history right. SARTRE – April 11, 2010 "Education is what remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school." Albert Einstein Totalitarian Collectivism
Part 7 – MEDIA Totalitarian Collectivism could not exist without the active involvement and implicit deceit of the media. If you believe that the media writes the first draft of history, you must also accept that journalism is the prime distorter of facts, truth and honesty. Free speech is the soul of authentic reporting and unfeigned chronicled accounts of events. The tradition of candid expression of thoughts and interpretation is central to western civilization. The trial of John Peter Zenger is a hallmark in freedom of the press. "Seditious Libel" against the state, defined by government and implemented by court fiat is a jealously defended privilege that "TC" regimes guard. Attorney James Alexander, who actually penned the remarks that caused the governor for New York, William Cosby to suppress the publisher Zenger, suffered his own punishment and was disbarred for his advocacy. Only the brilliant defense of Andrew Hamilton prevented the seditious libel charge conviction and criminal punishment for statements impugning the authority and reputation of the government, regardless of the truth of the statements. It should be self-evident that repudiations of government officials have a sordid record at face value. Surely, the idea that truth in statements is the current basic standard for reporting published by the press is preposterous with today’s multi-media propaganda machine. The "medium is the message" and "global village" of Marshall McLuhan represents a technological age and universality broadcasts void of principles in urbane discourse and intellectual integrity. Journalism is no longer about the Who, What, When, Where, Why and How. In the post republic, the media mission is the shaping of public opinion. Reality is geared to define or exclude, realism itself. Entertainment media is show business, with fantasy about the show, while the material emphasis is on the business. Making money by manufacturing illusions plays an Oscar lead actor role. Delusional suspension of personal responsibility and subjugation under an academy of ruling elites is central to achieving a Totalitarian Collectivist society. Responding to the British parliament’s re-introduction of government licensing of printers, hence publishers, John Milton in the Areopagitica, 1644, made an impassioned plea for freedom of expression. "Give me the liberty to know, to utter, and to argue freely according to conscience, above all liberties." John Stuart Mill continued the arguments. Freedom of speech today is understood as a
multi-faceted right that includes not only the right to express, or disseminate, information and ideas, but three further distinct aspects: •the right to seek information and ideas; •the right to receive information and ideas; •the right to impart information and ideas. The mass media respects none of these rights and insults the intelligence of any thinking person with the misinformation that is provided twenty-four seven. The government facilitates media consolidation while preventing entry of dissenting viewpoints. If this is the information society, just who controls the press, the tube and the image? Ownership Chart: The Big Six and There Were 88 Media Companies . . . Now There Are 6 presents the list and ownership control of major media. Brother Nathanael Kapner argues and concludes: "An open and shut case can be made that the media in 2010 is NOT "Corporate-owned," as so many fearful political analysts put it, but rather, "Jew-owned" . . . So long as the Jews control America’s media they will control our politicians and the policies they make. We will not be able to shut down the welfare system, control our borders, or restore Christian values to our society so long as the Jewish media-masters make Americans feel "intolerant" for wanting to do these things." Does freedom of the press exist to fact check, discuss or even whisper such an assessment? Maybe this is the true "seditious libel" test of the Zenger case legacy. When the media promotes a "PC" culture, the medium gatekeepers of the message are really demanding "TC" compliance. The feeling that one is living in a real Twilight Zone is now, the new normal. The effectiveness of cultural dislocation transmission is undeniable. Media venues propagate confusion in order to create the conditions for centralized control. The eminent columnist, J. R. Nyquist cites, "in a remarkable posthumous book, titled Death of a Republic, Professor John Dickinson contrasted the moral and political conservatism of Cicero with the "instrumentalist" and revolutionary spirit of Caesar. According to Dickinson, "For Cicero the essence of tyranny is lawlessness; the two are synonymous. Where there is tyranny, there cannot be a state in any proper sense, since the essential characteristic of the state is law." We may be reminded of George Orwell’s characterization of totalitarian socialism in his novel, 1984, as a "lawless order." With Cicero we find that legitimate authority is always lawful, while illegitimate authority has the character of lawlessness." The grip of self-delusion that imprisons the addicted believers of the mass media would be better off drinking from Socrates’ cup of hemlock, than prostrate to the dictates of a despotic Caesar. Meaningful political dialogue is impossible within an environment that is based upon a distorted viewpoint of world events. The American media is especially skilled in homogeneous distortion of facts, of fairy tale versions of fabricated enemies and dedicated devotion of the corporate/state economy. The concept of liberty is absent from the press dictionary. Just like "Tinsel Town", the business of
print and broadcast news is making money. The reason why their enterprises are in such deep revenue decline is that the big six ignored the needs of their customers and provided a continuous lecture on the ills of American heritage, while postulating the virtues of "TC" ecstasy. Earnest investigative reporting is taboo. Objective, fair and balanced are mere slogans. Reapplying a FAIRNESS DOCTRINE oversight on talk radio would never produce a fairness and accuracy in reporting experience. Liberals, progressives, socialists, marxists, communists, statists, neocons, libertarians and conservatives all have their own preference for news sources. Usually the factual nature of the information within a story takes a subservient relevance to the source of the reporting. Censorship is more than the restriction of reading, viewing or discussing ideas. Effective freedom of thought requires that the right to receive information and ideas is real. Ignorance by default is the goal. The media filter allows only acceptable information to be available for the public, is the actual function of the mass media. The psychological damage done by falsehoods in reporting facilitates "TC" institutions. The lies told by the media morph into distorted current events and ultimately become fictitious history. Mr. Nyquist continues: "For Caesar the ends justified the means, subordinating institutional checks and balances in a quest for "results." Claiming to represent the people, or serve the cause of a "higher history," the dictator serves himself. Caesar destroyed the republic with no greater object than gratifying his own ego." The media is celebrity orientated. The press seeks to make or tear down public personalities. Journalists view stable social institutions as impediments to advancing humanity towards some mystical nirvana. The readers, listeners or viewers are the jury that judge on truthfulness and believability of the evidence reported. When the public rejects the notion of social progress, in the guise of media trappings, the broadcast needs to be ratcheted up. Milton’s freedom of expression is a loathsome practice to many media editors. To most media publishers Mills’ right to seek information and ideas only refers to their own newspapers or broadcasts. Moreover, to the "TC" politician the right to impart information and ideas is seditious. Albert Camus said: "The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion." Independent news reporting on the internet has ignited and fulfilled the journalist rights of Zenger, Milton and Mill. The establishment media betrays their profession every time they enable despotic regimes to deceive the public and distort events that reveal the corruptness of the "TC" system. Movie moguls, press barons, TV programmers and media conglomerates have their own agenda that serves masters other than the American people. Selective viewing at the very least and active abstinence as a habit are the best ways to combat the prevarications of manipulation. Rebellion is rational, Cicero was right and valid traditional institutions enhanced the conditions for making the practice of free speech possible. Dedicated journalists need to be defenders of the republic.
It is the responsibility of every individual to judge the truthfulness of any media report and the obligation of the public to condemn dishonest reporting to the depths of irrelevance. The duty of every citizen is to protect the truth of daily events and expose the meaning of dishonest political actions. Authentic media requires a healthy distrust of government and the corporate state. SARTRE – May 2, 2010 “The freedom of the press is on of the great bulwarks of liberty, and can never be restrained but by a despotic government” Thomas Jefferson Totalitarian Collectivism
Part 8 – CORPORATIONS and LAW Much of the United States’ legal system is based upon Roman Law. The Latin phrase, corruptissima re publica plurimae leges translates as, "In the most corrupt state are the most laws." The failure of American Jurisprudence can be directly traced to the abandonment of Anglo Saxon Law and the heretical replacement of Natural Law by the dictates of Admiralty Law. The much maligned activist Eldon G. Warman states: "We have found that we are not in Common Law under the Constitution -- in fact, we're not in Equity under the Constitution -- we are in Maritime Law (the Law of International Commerce - Law Merchant, Admiralty Law, Military Law, and Prison or Warden Law)." If you are new to these distinctions consider the following by Mr. Warman: "The UNITED STATES is a corporation, and Congress is a 'body politic' - both being Roman style incorporations (make-believe ships) under the original creation/ownership of the Pontifex Maximus (Pope) of the (still existent) Holy Roman Empire. All Roman Law documents (so-called constitutions; but, in fact, are 'ship's orders' of make-believe ships), when used as the guide to operate a country under Roman Law, always contain a "notwithstanding" clause (In the US Constitution, it is the 'general welfare' clause). This allows the "captain of the ship", the President, or a designated officer (judge or Cabinet member) leave to disregard any provision of such a constitution at his discretion. 'The CAPTAIN may deviate from ANY 'rules or regulations' when
he DEEMS it necessary for the GOOD of the ship.' That is a basic maxim of the Law of the Sea, and totally within the 'common sense' realm of operating a ship relative to safety and profitability; however, it is devastating to the unalienable rights of an individual free will man or woman living upon the land." The American Saga should be viewed through a lens of a monumental struggle between the individual and an artificial connivance called the State. The fundamental theme of Totalitarian Collectivism is that legitimate authority rests in the personage of the individual. Governments possess no natural rights. Corporations encompass no inherent autonomy or intrinsic privilege. However, the deplorable history of invalid prescient and constitutional perversions is the true record of a failed legal system. The profane concept of judicial review in Marbury vs. Madison sets the path toward total federal tyranny. The U.S. Constitution bears no relief, and fosters the legal cover of despotism. The tortuous twisting of Fourteenth Amendment interpretation to include, "Corporations -Although a corporation is the creation of a State, which reserves the power to amend or repeal corporate charters, the retention of such power will not support the taking of corporate property without due process of law", is insane. The 1886 case, Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad Company, is often cited that the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that corporations are "persons" having the same rights as human beings based on the 14th Amendment. More to the point, Cecil Adams offers this explanation. "When the case reached the Supreme Court, Chief Justice Morrison Waite supposedly prefaced the proceedings by saying, "The Court does not wish to hear argument on the question whether the provision in the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution which forbids a state to deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws applies to these corporations. We are all of the opinion that it does." In its published opinion, however, the court ducked the personhood issue, deciding the case on other grounds. The reality of this case outcome moved legal opinions in the direction of creating non-existent rights to a purely invented entity. The false notion of Corporate Personhood is challenged by Reclaim Democracy. "We believe that corporations are not persons and possess only the privileges we willfully grant them. Granting corporations the status of legal "persons" effectively rewrites the Constitution to serve corporate interests as though they were human interests. Ultimately, the doctrine of granting constitutional rights to corporations gives a thing illegitimate privilege and power that undermines our freedom and authority as citizens. While corporations are setting the agenda on issues in our Congress and courts, We the People are not; for we can never speak as loudly with our own voices as corporations can with the unlimited amplification of money." A review of our hidden history provides important perspective on this subject.
The Democracy School, is a project by Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund (CELDF). In their Model Legal Brief to Eliminate Corporate Rights, is a useful legal argument "to challenge the United States government's gift of constitutional powers to property organized as corporations." Of course the problem with any legal action in court is that the U.S. legal system is based upon a false law premise. Justice and truth has little to do with the way courts rule. The corporate structure is designed for economic supremacy. Profits are only a byproduct or an accounting tally to pacify shareholders. Making money can be avoided indefinitely as long as the corporation serves the interests of Plutocrats. When rolling over excessive debt becomes unsustainable, restructuring or mergers become preferred options. If a bankruptcy occurs, specific advantages for any of the scores of stage-managed industries, the corporation will fold into another enterprise, while maintaining the bulk of the market share. Big Business = Absence of Free Enterprise argues that the undeniable record of Big Business is one of domination over the economy for the enrichment of elites. "Monopolies by their nature are anti competitive. The model for success is to slash and burn to become an industry leader, and marginalize any remaining firms that remain in the same field. We are told that improved efficiency will bring better service at lower prices. Economies of scale promises inventive advancements - progress is our most important product . . . Has that pledge been fulfilled?" The greatest advantage of favored corporations is access to virtually unlimited capital. This real world fact results and demonstrates the foregone conclusion that the means to acquire financial resources is the primary factor of who monopolizes particular business sectors. The power of banksters is unrivaled in the unnatural survival of the most unfit. "Buying business" with the muscle of fiscal resources, guarantees that over time that very few behemoths come to control the economy. The dream of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries Robber Barons of unlimited economic ascendancy is now a fact. A film about Joel Bakan’s book, The Corporation: The Pathological Pursuit of Profit and Power opens with a portentous and chilling voice-over: "One hundred fifty years ago the business corporation was a relatively insignificant institution. Today, it is all-pervasive. Like the church, the monarchy, and the communist party in others times and places, the corporation is today’s dominant institution....What has allowed today’s corporation to achieve such extraordinary power and influence over our lives?"
Corporate tax lawyers, for the benefit of selected corporations, write most tax laws for the legislators. CNN reports, "The Government Accountability Office (GAO) examined samples of corporate tax returns filed between 1998 and 2005. In that time period, an annual average of 1.3 million U.S. companies and 39,000 foreign companies doing business in the United States paid no income taxes - despite having a combined $2.5 trillion in revenue." Society is nothing more than a playpen for multinational conglomerates controlled by the true owners of central banks. Private capital is virtually a myth, since boom balloons and business busts, have little to do with real market cycles. Often, fortunes are made or confiscated through financial manipulation, punitive targeted tax policy and the time tested method of fraud. All too many "so called" legal professionals lust for corporate clients and eagerly use the cover of law to steal from the public. Since the fad of LLC’s are in vogue, the concept of individual responsibility is practically obliterated from the corporate lexicon. Corporate by-laws relegate the idea of business ethics to a footnote disclaimer. Judicial decisions elevate, imaginary corporate rights, superior to that of live human beings. Totalitarian regimes rely upon a crude appearance of lawful authority to underpin and rationalize their tyrannical administration. "Vampire Squid" characterizations for banksters dwarfs in comparison to the collective depth of a false legal system that aid and abet in the reprehensible institutionalism of corporate theft. The craze to legislate, regulate and codify every facet of human conduct, while exempting corporations from public sanctions for the most egregious conduct, is only possible because the law officiates as a silent partner in the boardroom of a criminal syndicate. Admiralty Law functions as the corporate arbitrator for rigged exchanges, destructive trade treaties and capitalist dictators. Citizens are sacrificial lambs on the altar of "TC" conformity and compliance. As practiced in America, the corporation reigns supreme and the law protects State Capitalism at the expense of ordinary people. SARTRE – May 9, 2010 “If the great Government of the United States were a private corporation no bank would take its name on a piece of paper, because it has cynically repudiated the words engraved upon its bonds.” Garet Garrett
Totalitarian Collectivism Part 9 – CORPORATE STATE The Corporation and the State form the worst synergism. Proponents would have you accept that Corporate Governance can direct, administer and control this alliance for the public good. Do-gooders and naive well-intentioned reformers lack the ability to learn the lessons of the corporate machine, the depths of human nature or the extent of government corruption. Without the semblance of a real free market economy, the merger of big business with unmitigated government is now the norm. The American "TC" Saga progressively eliminates individual liberty, while securing the shackles of a regimented political and economic society. Daniel McCarthy, the Tory Anarchist, in the American Conservative agrees that the negative consequences of corporate parenthood led to sinister results. In Origins of the Corporate State, he reasons. "Power fled the people in the states and was absorbed and amplified by the institutions of the federal government — first by the Supreme Court, to a lesser extent by Congress, but ultimately and to the greatest extent by the executive branch, whose agencies, in the name of rights, can now seize property (the DEA), kill (the CIA), interfere in business (the FTC), censor communications (the FCC), and manipulate elections (the FEC) with nary a thought to "representation" or the legislative process. The corporate state turns out to be the executive state — which probably in the end becomes the military-security state." The government of the United States was designed to be a republic with separations of power and states’ rights. To any objective observer, the notion of a balance or counterweight to executive federal administration is a myth. Congress is systemically irrelevant, the courts are statist enablers and individual states are feudal districts. As for citizens, their natural rights are ignored, while their subsistence becomes a reward for obedience. The Axis of the Corporate/State concludes: "Now consider what happens when this governmental culture meets the monopolists? Their interests often are the same. Elimination of business competition allows for consolidation and dominance of the economy. Growth in big government expands control over the entire society. Both have the goal of dictating to the public. Setting
prices and discouraging upstarts benefits corporate commerce, all the time with the blessing of the State. The government enlarges their roles and intensifies their regulation of business, while favoring their cabal collaborators and contributors. Power shifts from a diffused economic base and the consumer is served up as the main course on the dinner table of the manipulation feast." Executive branch agencies are the arbitrators of administration. Legislative codes are incidental guidelines and court decisions become bureaucratic refinements. Dominant corporation insiders, wired to political patronage through lobbyist policy formation, rule the political process. How is this system different from the classic definition of fascism? If you think that holding shares in a corporation make you the owner of that business, you are vastly mistaken. Capitalist Owners of the Corporate Economy argues, "Those that adopt the culture of the Capitalist/State axis, surrender their independence of market competition, for the safety of a government approved protection racket. In the process, the owners of these companies are deposed from any effective control of the companies that they own." Then, who controls the corporations? The bureaucratic careerist provides the function of disciplinarian to upstart pretenders. Legislators bark at CEOs for the cameras, but never control the conglomerates. Corporations spend their way into opulence. Actual competition becomes extinct when the business plan is to be first in your industry. Finance is the key to market share success, and the ability to borrow is the path to economic dominance. Since all elections are intended to crowd out all but the richest or the most beholding, it should be no surprise that most legislators are measly busboys for the corporate interests. Presidents can jawbone all they want, while the regulators dole out special favors to financial backers of every administration. The point is that the electoral franchise is no solution, since candidates are selected far in advance for their loyalty to the corporate charter. Laurence W. Britt in, It's the Corporate State, Stupid lists the following conditions of the corporate/state. Power of corporations protected - Although the personal life of ordinary citizens was under strict control, the ability of large corporations to operate in relative freedom was not compromised. The ruling elite saw the corporate structure as a way to not only ensure military production (in developed states), but also as an additional means of social control. Members of the economic elite were often pampered by the political elite to ensure a continued mutuality of interests, especially in the repression of "have-not" citizens.
Power of labor suppressed or eliminated - Since organized labor was seen as the one power center that could challenge the political hegemony of the ruling elite and its corporate allies, it was inevitably crushed or made powerless. Rampant cronyism and corruption - Those in business circles and close to the power elite often used their position to enrich themselves. This corruption worked both ways; the power elite would receive financial gifts and property from the economic elite, who in turn would gain the benefit of government favoritism. Note that not all unions are equal. Public employee unions are foot soldiers of the state and produce little of material benefit. Trade unionists and blue-collar workers are subject to economic conditions and the needs of their corporate employers. Government employees are parasites of the productive, insulated from economic down turns. Since government never creates wealth, privileged corporations must provide the cash flow to generate tax revenue to fund public employees. Tax policy is intended to suppress individuals and workers, while granting effective exemptions for transnational corporations. Enforcement is essential for keeping the corrupt cronyism cycle going. The State uses its phony legitimacy dominance to feed the insatiable appetite of the fascist alliance. Law enforcement has little to do with keeping the peace, but has everything to do with paying homage to the system. The "TC" face of the Corporate State does not need to have the look of Il Duce or the crudeness of Uncle Joe. Huey Long was correct when he said, "When Facism comes to America, it will be wrapped in the American flag." The dramatic loss of civil liberties since 911 as seen in the sinister Patriot Act and the despotic Homeland Security agency are all examples of the Statist mindset that have drained all rational fidelity from the true purpose of this country. State Capitalism is more commonly associated with the European experience, but is now entrenched on this side of the pond. Government in control of the economy always fails. Corporations in partnership with the State are less obvious in their despotism than the familiar totalitarian regimes. However, the collectivism of their control is just as pervasive. Gerald Celente believes that the merger of corporate and government powers in modern America is plain and simple fascism. He predicts, "You’re gonna start see people taking to the streets, like they do in other countries. People have had it, they are fed up. They can’t afford it anymore. Look at what is going on. Ten major states are raising taxes again as people are losing their jobs, income is going down, they are losing their pensions, they are losing their investments – and the government is saying: more taxes, more taxes, more
taxes‌" Will Americans really take to the streets and follow the Greek model for messing with their collectivist benefits? On the other hand, will Americans just adopt the lead of their stiff upper lip Brit cousins? The Corporate/State does not care either way. Government control thrives with social unrest and plugs along with silent desperation. Obama, Bush Jr, Clinton or Papa Bush makes no difference, the axis advances and the evil empire expands. The Extinction of the Middle Class provides this account. "The federal tempest is far worse than any hurricane, foreign foes or imaginary bogymen. If the middle class ever gathers their individual dignity, their focus should be to re-establish the supremacy of local governance. Meaningful solutions start with local initiative based upon individual inventiveness. The unmistakable lesson of the last several years is that a dominant federal government is lethal. This same conclusion has been true for over two centuries, but today the extent and reach of the propaganda, destructive technology and widespread apathy allows the DC monster to trash any community. For the middle class to save itself urgent action is needed to renounce the heresy that Washington authoritarianism is a government for and by the people." The Corporate/State is a reality that cannot be ignored any longer. SARTRE – May 16, 2010 "Proponents of corporate libertarianism regularly pay homage to Adam Smith as their intellectual patron saint... Smith had a strong dislike for both governments and corporations... The classical political economy of Adam Smith was a much broader, more humane subject than the economics that is taught in universities today." David Korten, When Corporations Rule the World , 1995 Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power." Benito Mussolini Totalitarian Collectivism Part 10 – GLOBAL CONTROLLERS As difficult as it is for most people to deal with the savage events that shape and manipulate humanity, it is nearly impossible to get the multitude to admit that they are expendable bondage slaves to a global system of hideous design and sinister purpose. The illusion that governments, serve the people is a total denial of history and especially, current events. Human nature requires an eternal struggle
against the evil committed in the name of the "public good". Honesty about their plight under the boot of oppression is too hard to digest. The cause of their captivity refuses to identify their own role and compliance within the cancerous organism that rules the planet. Documentaries like to pinpoint individuals or specific groups as the culprits. The "so called" Nostradamus theme that there are three anti-Christ’s, Napoleon, Hitler and one to come, avoids the true political conflict that has been playing out with breakneck speed for the last two hundred years. It is simplistic and inaccurate to blame Bonaparte the emperor, or der Fßhrer the dictator, as the embodiment of all mankind injustices. More to the point, when viewed within the context of global politics, both were major challenges of their era’s world community. Many of the names are familiar; the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg Group and Illuminati get much of the attention. These and scores of lesser known groups and societies have a long and dark record of running the world behind the scenes. Claims that only a nutcase conspiracy theorist would hold to such an examination is anti-intellectual by all historic standards of rational inquiry and analysis. In order to be a member in good standing of polite society, one must discredit such research. The unadorned reason why facts, evidence and proof of the way the world really works is taboo, reveals the true character of the "TC" mindset. Interdependence, global economy, climate change, quasigovernmental organizations and a myriad of other terms are all code words for the implementation of a Global Gulag. The United Nations, World Trade Organization, Intergovernmental Organizations and Multinational Corporations all function as components of a universal system of predatory carnivores that feed on the carcass of humanity. The ultimate objective is the age-old drive of all empires, total world domination. Totalitarian Collectivist policies are the means and methods of achieving the satanic aspiration of an immoral scheme of sheer wickedness. For the want of a better name, "The World Community" is the New World Order. There is no need to fabricate secret societies to implement the global strategy for aggregate slavery. Often mentioned openly in the mass media are the names of the players and driving forces behind the plot. When in 1991 David Rockefeller thanked the press for their discretion that supported the implementation of the NWO and when in the same year President George H. Bush acknowledged, ". . . forge for ourselves and for future generations a new world order . . . "the existence of a secret NWO, went mainstream. In the deeds that these "Mattoids" perpetrate, lay the real crimes against humanity. Make no mistake about the global comingling program; it is the death-blow to all that is dear in our Western Civilization heritage. The Global Controllers are not playing a parlor house game. The stakes cannot be any higher. The Totalitarian Collectivists are dedicated to the eradication of any resistance to their slave-state diagram for command and control.
The State is used as the blunt instrument to force people to obey. The Church is marginalized and invalidated as a source of moral authority and responsibility. The Family is assaulted and broken up as the basic unit of personal identity and security. The Economy is manipulated and stilted to impoverish main street business and create government dependency. The School is used to brainwash innocent students and mold them into dysfunctional obedient servants. The Media is used to distort reality and portray the "TC" society as the only social structure. Corporations control the marketplace under a court-enforced protection racket. The Corporate/State merges together to achieve domination over all aspects of commerce and public administration. The final solution is the holocaust of the NWO global gulag. Is this malevolent juggernaut inevitable? Up to this point, no viable opposition seems feasible. If former historic patterns remain intact, the prospects for humankind are bleak. Reform is counterproductive because the understructure no longer supports a legitimate authority. Progress is absurd when the integral ruling cabal is running a system that seeks the demise of human dignity. The premise upon which the world community operates is false and rests upon lies, deceit and fraud. When governments claim to punish, remove or eliminate rogue regimes, it is really saying that there is no toleration of dissent to the NWO. Freedom of self-determination, the cry that justified the carnage of past world wars, is now a phony phrase. Resistant to the dictates of international councils and world government results in the most punitive measures. Economic sanctions and withholding of financial credit automatically follows. Military coercion is the terminal routine response for consistent defiance. Bring democracy to every corner of the planet is really paying homage to the beast. It took a "reign of terror" to set the conditions for Napoleon and a hyperinflation destruction of currency to bring Hitler to power. Conversely, the global controllers are on the path to achieve total domination through the inevitable debt repudiation that is coming to the world economy. When the collapse arrives and the fiscal dike is broken beyond repair, the crisis that will come will dwarf 911 to a footnote of history. "You never want a serious crisis to go to waste" has an absolute meaning, when the New World Order manufactures the ultimate excuse for Totalitarian Collectivism. Just what can be done to stop this despotic madness? Institutions only provide reinforcement to the "Establishment". The law engenders no relief. Public officials are miniature poodle lap dogs, soon to become bloodhounds. In the end, all that is left is you . . . thrust into a lonely and frightful position that no sane person would eagerly embrace. Yet that is where we each find ourselves. Defense of the realm is now unpatriotic. Real Conservatism demands Radical Reactionaries. Revolutionary rebellion is a positive concept when viewed as a moral and non-violent force. Accepting insane government control is about as alien to the true meaning of the American Saga as surrendering the principles of the Declaration of Independence to the "Crown" of supreme oppression, the New World Order.
The Bill of Rights needs to be used daily to keep the relevance of the principles. Defying bureaucracy is moral and dynamic in an age of "TC" regimentation. Laws become irrelevant when individual’s natural rights are subverted. Governments in the normal course of affairs habitually commit treason against their own citizens. The global controllers are no more powerful than the jackboot stooges who do their dirty work. The system enslaves public officials and creates the plantation society for the remaining freemen. The overseers willingly use the whip on their fellow neighbors, for the reward of ill-gotten pay and unwarranted retirement benefits. If Washington DC is out of touch with the heartland, just what hope would an American have under a world government? Accepting the dictates of a federal government and a fraudulent financial banking system is insane on its face. Both are committed to the consolidation of world governance. There is no solution for reversing this rush into total despotism if you continue to give your consent to an immoral system. Totalitarian Collectivism is the enemy of all mankind. There is no legitimacy for any level of government, the corporate/state or a financial apparatus of debt created central banking that is based upon elimination of individual sovereignty. The Inherent Autonomy that is the literal heritage of the American Saga calls for rational, moral and measured civil disobedience against injustice and oppression. Re-establishing a true Free Market using honest "debt free" specie money is a necessary step for renouncing an empire and reinstating a true republic. The New World Order will cease if courageous Americans overthrow the tyrants that rule our own country. This task seems so immense that each person, who contributes to the continuation of this despotism, must reject his or her own part in the process. That is why the prospects are bleak. The only white knight that will ride to your rescue is yourself. The "TC" system seems all-powerful, but it is vulnerable because it is based upon your submission. The choice is yours, live free or die. SARTRE – May 30, 2010 "The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences. The apex of the systems was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank...sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world."
